Cybba Opt Out Guide: Cookies, Sale Requests and Deletion
Use Cybba privacy forms to opt out of sale or request deletion. See current fields, browser-control limits and what to expect after submitting.

To opt out of Cybba, open its official Your Privacy Choices page and choose the control that matches your goal. Browser cookie preferences apply to the browser or device in use.
The separate sale/share opt-out form covers information held across Cybba's systems, including offline information. Deletion uses another privacy-rights form. This Cybba opt out guide shows the observed fields and explains why clicking a cookie control is not the same as requesting deletion of an email-linked record.
Official pages and both public forms were checked September 24, 2026. We inspected them without entering personal information or submitting a request. Screenshots show available controls, not proof of processing or a completed removal.

Which Cybba control should you use?
| Goal | Official route | Scope |
|---|---|---|
| Reduce browser advertising disclosures | Manage Cookie Preferences | Current browser or device |
| Send a browser preference signal | Supported Global Privacy Control setting | Enable on each browser/device |
| Opt out beyond cookies | Sale/share request form | Email-linked information across systems |
| Limit sensitive-information use | Choice on the sale/share form | Subject to applicable rights |
| Delete or correct held information | Privacy Rights Request Form | Matching and verification may apply |
The Your Privacy Choices page is the best starting point because it explains the boundaries and links to both forms. A single button labeled with privacy language does not necessarily do all three jobs. Decide whether you need browser controls, a broader processing opt-out, deletion, or more than one action.
Cybba's choices page describes advertising and analytics disclosures, along with information collected outside cookie activity. The broader form uses an email address to find associated records. It is not a public people-search directory where you locate a listing and click a removal button. If you are handling several adtech companies, use the opt-out guide hub to keep their request routes distinct.
The page describes additional rights by state. Choose your actual residence when a form asks for it; do not select another location to reveal more controls. An option visible in the interface is not a determination that every visitor has identical rights. Ask the listed privacy contact when the available option does not match your situation.
How to submit a Cybba opt-out request

1. Set browser preferences where appropriate
Open Manage Cookie Preferences from the official choices page. Apply the advertising settings you want in that browser. The page says this control applies only to the device or browser used for the request, so repeat your choices where necessary. A preference on your laptop does not automatically establish the same state on your phone.
Cybba also describes Global Privacy Control as a way to send a browser opt-out preference. Use a browser or extension that supports it and enable the signal on each relevant browser or device. GPC should be part of the browser-control task, not evidence that an unrelated email-linked database entry has been deleted.
2. Use the broader opt-out form for system-held data
Follow the link from Your Privacy Choices to the sale/share opt-out form. The inspected form explains that its scope includes information held across systems and collected offline. It explicitly distinguishes this route from cookie choices.
The form showed a required request-type selection and an email field. Available choices were Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information and Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information. Select the action appropriate to your request. Use an email address associated with the information you want Cybba to locate and that you can monitor for correspondence.
Do not put someone else's address into the form to see whether it is present in a database. We did not submit any address, so this guide cannot confirm the next screen or whether a particular request triggers an email. Save whatever receipt the provider gives you after your own submission.
3. Make a separate deletion request if needed
For deletion, follow the Privacy Rights Request Form. The inspected page showed country, request choices, first and last name, email, brand context, and an optional detail field. It also offered a supporting-document upload with a stated 4 MB limit.
Choose Delete my information if deletion is your intended action. Other visible options included access, correction, portability and objections to processing. The form asks which brand is involved if the inquiry concerns another company's advertisement, email, or website. That context can help distinguish Cybba-held information from information controlled by its customer.
Only provide supporting documents when needed to fulfill the request. An upload control is not a reason to attach a complete identity file at the outset. Ask privacy@cybba.com, the address displayed on the forms, how to verify securely if the requested information seems excessive or unclear.
4. Keep browser, opt-out and deletion records separate
- Record which browser preferences you changed and on which device.
- Save the date and email used for the broader opt-out request.
- Keep the deletion case separate if you submit both request types.
- Retain any acknowledgment, verification request and final response.
This separation is useful if you later receive a marketing message. You can ask whether it concerns a different email address, a customer-held list, or a request that has not finished. It is more informative than assuming a cookie preference must have removed every marketing record associated with your name.
Verification, timing and troubleshooting
The rights form says identity verification may be necessary depending on the request. That does not establish that every sale/share opt-out uses the same checks as deletion. Follow the instructions for the action you chose, and monitor the correspondence address for any request to resolve a matching problem.
We did not observe an end-to-end processing time. The inspected choice pages do not support a universal immediate-deletion promise. Ask Cybba for the applicable response timeframe in your acknowledgment and retain it. If you receive no confirmation, contact the published privacy address with the date and route used.
If the form will not load, return to the official choices page rather than searching for a replacement form on an unrelated website. Confirm that you have JavaScript enabled as needed and that a browser extension is not hiding the controls. Do not disable protections broadly just to get past an unexplained error; use the privacy contact for an alternative.
A no-match response should be read narrowly. The form explains that email helps locate records.
A different email, changed identifier, or customer context can affect matching. Ask which scope was searched without providing a list of unrelated family details. No match is not a claim that you have no data exposure anywhere.
The DataDelivers guide covers another provider with separate deletion and sales-opt-out choices. The Retention.com guide explains a different email-linked suppression process. Follow those only when the company is relevant to your own exposure; a Cybba request does not submit them for you.
Reappearance and the limits of a request
An opt-out preference restricts covered processing; deletion concerns information held within the relevant request scope. Neither operation automatically recalls every copy another business may already hold. If a brand continues contacting you, identify the sender and ask which company controls the list before repeating the same request indefinitely.
Browser settings can also differ across profiles, devices and browsers. Recheck them after changing software or clearing site data. Keep your system-level request receipt separately so that a changed cookie does not erase your evidence of a broader request.
Future activity may use another address or identifier. Reappearance is a possibility to monitor, not a measured finding from this guide. The manual data broker removal overview provides a way to track separate companies and follow-ups. The data broker opt-out list helps identify other routes without assuming every company holds your information.
Frequently asked questions
Is the cookie button enough to delete my data?
No. Cybba describes cookie controls as browser or device choices. It provides a separate form for deleting information it maintains. If your goal includes both advertising preferences and deletion, keep those actions distinct and retain each response.
Why does the broader opt-out form ask for email?
The form says the address helps find associated records and apply your preference. It does not demonstrate that the address is already present. Use a relevant address you control and avoid submitting extra addresses simply to test the database.
Can I request access before deletion?
The rights form provides access and deletion choices. Think about whether you need a copy of information before asking to delete it. Follow the provider's current instructions if requests need to be handled separately; this guide does not claim they are processed in a particular order.
Do I need to upload identification?
The form allows supporting documents and says verification may be required. We did not submit a request and cannot predict your verification step. Ask which evidence is necessary and whether irrelevant details can be redacted before sending a sensitive document.
Will a scan show all Cybba data?
No public people-search scan proves what an advertising company holds internally. If you also want to identify supported public listings, run a free data broker scan. Use the result to plan those requests while keeping your Cybba correspondence as separate evidence.
Sources and evidence
The official Privacy Choices page and its two linked request forms were checked September 24, 2026. Their public controls support the steps above. Our screenshots show the broader opt-out form and separate rights form; no consumer data, identity document or request was submitted. Processing time and successful removal remain untested.
