Question 1

Why is CrabClear cheaper than services that do less?

Accepted Answer

We're bootstrapped, not VC-funded. We don't need to pay for YouTube sponsorships or 70% influencer discounts. Our fair pricing reflects our actual costs plus a reasonable margin, not investor growth demands.

Question 2

Do you really cover 1,500+ data brokers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We have the email addresses and removal processes for over 1,500 data brokers. While competitors claim 420-600 (and deliver ~70), we actually remove your data from everywhere it exists.

Question 3

Why subscription instead of one-time payment?

Accepted Answer

Data brokers continuously collect data. One-time removal is like cleaning your house once, it doesn't stay clean. Monthly removals ensure your data stays removed and catches new listings.

Question 4

How long does the removal process take?

Accepted Answer

You'll see first removals within days. We process 150-200 new removals monthly, prioritizing the biggest data brokers first. Full coverage happens over 6-8 months, with continuous protection after.

Question 5

What's your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

30-day results guarantee - See hundreds of real removals in your first month or get a full refund. No questions asked. We're confident you'll see value within days, but if you're not satisfied with the results, we'll refund your payment.

Question 6

What makes CrabClear different from other services?

Accepted Answer

• Real coverage: 1,500+ brokers vs their 420 • Honest pricing: No fake 70% discounts needed • Transparent results: See exactly what we remove • EU-based: Your data never leaves Europe • Bootstrapped: We answer to customers, not investors

Question 7

How does the Family Plan work?

Accepted Answer

It covers you plus up to 4 additional family members living at any address. You get one simple bill, but every family member gets their own private login and dashboard. We do not share their private data with you (or vice versa).

Question 8

Why is your Family Plan so affordable?

Accepted Answer

Privacy is a household issue. Data brokers often link family members to find addresses. By cleaning your whole family's footprint, we make the removal process more efficient, and we pass those savings on to you.
