Emailchaser Opt Out Guide: Remove Your Business Profile
Use Emailchaser’s name-and-email form or support email to request removal. Learn verification limits, profile scope, and customer-copy follow-up.

To opt out of Emailchaser, open its official opt-out request page, enter your full name and the email associated with your business profile, and use the removal button. The page also allows requests at support@emailchaser.com. Its privacy policy directs business-profile subjects to this route to update or delete data in the Profiles Database.
This Emailchaser opt out guide reflects the public form and policies checked October 5, 2026. We inspected the visible name and email fields without submitting them. Emailchaser says it may request additional identity information case by case; no automatic verification sequence or completed removal was tested for this guide.

Which Emailchaser data are you trying to remove?
Emailchaser distinguishes public professional-profile data from customer accounts and customer-managed campaign data. That distinction matters when unwanted outreach continues. Removing a profile from the provider's database does not establish that a customer has deleted an existing lead or email conversation.
| Data or activity | Appropriate starting point | Important limit |
|---|---|---|
| Your business profile in the Profiles Database | Public opt-out form or support email | Ask for the matching profile's removal |
| A customer sends you a campaign | Contact the sender as well | The sender controls its own campaign use |
| Your own Emailchaser account | Account settings and support | Account closure is a different workflow |
| Sale or sharing of your personal information | Explicit sale/share opt-out request | Scope and eligibility matter |
| Incorrect professional details | Request correction or deletion clearly | Editing leaves a record in place |
The privacy policy describes public professional-data collection and the separate roles of Emailchaser and its customers. It was visibly updated September 27, 2026 when checked. Use the opt-out guide hub for other databases rather than treating this request as a universal unsubscribe.
How do you use the public removal form?
Open the actual opt-out page
Visit the official opt-out request page. The heading discusses sale or sharing, and the introduction specifically describes California consumers. Further down, the form asks for full name and email address and offers a Remove my information button.
The broader privacy policy also directs business-profile subjects to this page for updating or deleting profile data. If your location or requested action is unclear from the short form, use the published email fallback to explain the scope. Do not assume that the heading alone describes every right or request the provider can handle.
Enter the profile's matching details
Use your full name and the business email connected to the profile. The two fields were visible during our inspection; we did not trigger live submission validation. No address, phone, or identity-document upload was visible in the initial form.
Before submitting, check spelling and whether the email belongs to the record you want removed. If several work addresses are involved, ask support how to cover those records. Sending an unrelated personal address may not identify the business profile you have in mind.
Save the request and follow actual instructions
After submitting your own information, keep a private record of the date and identifier. Save any confirmation the page or email provides. The opt-out page says Emailchaser may request additional verification information case by case. It does not establish that every request receives the same email link.
A received request is not a completed removal. Wait for a response that describes the action taken. If no acknowledgement arrives, check the mailbox and contact support using the official address. We did not test delivery, so this guide does not claim that a response always arrives within a fixed period.
When should you use the email fallback?
The opt-out page expressly permits requests at support@emailchaser.com. Use that route when the form fails, when you cannot access the associated mailbox, or when you need to distinguish deletion from a sale/share opt-out. State that your request concerns the Profiles Database rather than account billing.
A concise request could say: Please remove the business profile associated with the email below from Emailchaser's Profiles Database and stop further sale or sharing where applicable. Please confirm the identifiers covered, any verification needed, and the action completed. If a customer controls another copy, please explain how I should direct that part of the request.
- Include the relevant name and business email.
- Add a known profile or source URL if it helps locate the record.
- Explain any old-email access problem instead of inventing an address.
- Ask whether suppression will prevent future rediscovery.
- Save the reply and any case number privately.
Do not send government documents or unrelated personal details in the initial email merely to make it longer. If additional information is requested, ask why it is necessary and how to provide it securely. The published case-by-case verification language is not evidence of a standard identity-document requirement.
What timing and retention limits are published?
Emailchaser's California notice says it endeavors to answer a verifiable consumer request within 45 days, with written notice if an extension is needed. It describes extensions up to 90 days. Treat that as the notice's stated response framework, not a measured result for every form submission or a worldwide processing guarantee.
The general policy separately says public profile information can remain while its source stays available or until removal is requested. It describes removal within three months after data disappears from the public sources it checks. That source-disappearance schedule is not the same thing as a promised completion time for a direct privacy request.
The policy gives still other retention descriptions for account, support, and campaign records. Do not apply an account deletion period to an independent professional profile. Ask the response to distinguish the database record from support correspondence or a limited record needed to honor an objection.
If you are also cleaning up other contact databases, the Hunter guide and Snov.io guide cover their separate procedures. Similar professional-data categories do not mean the companies share a request system.
How do you check the result and handle customer copies?
Read the final response for the identifier and dataset affected. If it only discusses unsubscribing from Emailchaser's own mail, ask for a direct answer about the Profiles Database. If it says no record was found, preserve the answer and ask about another known business identifier only if there is a concrete reason.
Emailchaser describes customers who obtain Profile Data as independent controllers of their copies. It also processes campaign and lead-management data on customer instructions. A customer can therefore be the relevant contact for a campaign record even when Emailchaser supplies the software.
If outreach continues, ask the identified sender where it obtained your address and request that it stop using it. Do not assume every campaign came from a newly collected Emailchaser profile. A pre-existing list, another provider, or an old export could explain the contact.
For reappearance, retain the original completion message and compare the new identifier, employer, and source. Ask support whether it can maintain suppression and whether the returning record differs from the original. The checked pages do not support an unconditional claim that one submission prevents all future collection everywhere.
The data broker directory and general broker-removal guide help organize separate requests. A free privacy scan can identify broader public exposure, but it does not certify this Emailchaser request or access every professional database.
Frequently asked questions
Is the form only for account holders?
The public form does not require a login to display its fields. The privacy policy explicitly directs business-profile subjects to it. Removing your profile and cancelling a customer account are different actions, so describe the one you need.
Why does the page mention California?
The opt-out page explains California sale and sharing rights. The general privacy policy also links business-profile deletion and correction to the same route. If your location or request falls outside the short form's wording, explain it in an email and ask how the provider will handle it.
Will I receive a verification link?
The public page says additional identity information may be requested case by case. We did not submit a request and cannot confirm an automatic link for every user. Follow the actual response rather than relying on an invented post-submission sequence.
Does deleting my account remove every business profile?
The policy describes account data and Profiles Database data separately. If both concern you, request both actions and ask for separate confirmation of scope. Account settings alone should not be treated as proof that an independently collected professional record was removed.
Can I stop a customer's campaign through this form?
The form addresses Emailchaser's privacy workflow. A customer can control its own campaign records and already-acquired profile data. Contact that sender separately when necessary and keep its response distinct from Emailchaser's confirmation.
