To opt out of Endgame's sale or sharing of your personal information, email privacy@endgame.io with the subject Personal Information Sharing Opt-Out.

To request deletion, its current policy specifies the subject Forget me. Describe the relevant personal record and ask for confirmation of each requested action. Customer-controlled CRM data and customer AI-training preferences have separate scopes.

This Endgame opt out guide covers Endgame Labs and the endgame.io revenue-intelligence platform. It follows the September 11, 2026 privacy policy and public trust documentation checked October 9, 2026. We inspected the routes without submitting personal information or testing a removal result.

Which Endgame request fits your goal?

Endgame's current policy covers its website and AI-enabled revenue-intelligence services. It describes professional profiles, lead information and records connected from customer systems. It also says it acts as a service provider or processor when handling a customer's users, prospects and business contacts on that customer's instructions.

That distinction matters if you discover information through a sales representative. The representative's employer may control the original CRM record, while Endgame processes or enriches information within its service. You can ask Endgame about its handling without assuming it controls every connected system.

The data broker directory is useful for organizing other requests. A contact-data request to Endgame is separate from asking another business to stop contacting you.

How do you email an Endgame opt-out request?

Use the address in the official privacy policy. The Endgame trust page independently directs data-deletion requests to privacy@endgame.io and links the full policy. Those two official routes support an email workflow; the guide does not invent a public profile-removal form.

  1. Choose the policy's subject line for deletion or sale-sharing opt-out.
  2. Identify the personal information involved, such as your professional name, relevant business email and known company association.
  3. Explain how you encountered the record, including a profile reference or customer context if you have one.
  4. If both deletion and sale-sharing restriction matter, name both actions in the message.
  5. Ask for any necessary verification, a case reference and a written response explaining what was done.

These matching suggestions are not a claim that the policy requires every listed identifier. Start with relevant information you can accurately connect to the record. If you do not know whether Endgame holds your data, say so and ask how to identify the processing rather than inventing a profile URL.

Keep the request in one thread. If the team asks you to clarify an employer or email association, answer that question directly. A copied sales email may help establish context, but remove unrelated third-party details before including it.

What information can the request cover?

Endgame describes obtaining lead-enhancement information from third-party data providers, social platforms and public sources. Examples include contact, employment, education, social activity and broad location information. Its current notice also describes customer-connected business records and communications used by the service.

Professional and lead information

If your concern is professional contact information, identify that record and state the action you want. A personal-data deletion request is more precise than a request to remove an entire company from all research. If the association is wrong, a correction request can identify the error without asserting that every company fact must disappear.

Customer-connected records

CRM records, email, Slack, calendar, call-recording and document-storage connections can involve systems controlled by the customer. The policy says those connected services have their own privacy practices outside Endgame. Ask the relevant business about its original record and its instructions to processors.

AI processing and training preferences

The policy describes AI processing and separately offers customers a model-training opt-out through their account representative or the privacy email. That customer choice is not the same as deleting an individual's professional record. Nor does opting out of training establish that the service stops processing all data needed to provide a customer's service.

Our general broker-removal guide explains how to record distinct requested actions. It is especially useful when a provider and its customer each need to respond.

What verification and timing should you expect?

The public email instructions do not establish a universal sequence of verification fields or a fixed completion promise. Expect the privacy team to need enough information to locate the record and establish authority. We did not submit a test request, so we cannot report a tested acknowledgement, verification email or completion time.

Endgame's trust page publishes consumer-request statistics for January through December 2025. Those are historical aggregate statistics, not an individual service guarantee for a request made in 2026. We do not turn a prior-year response average into a deadline for your case.

Similarly, the full policy's retention schedule describes categories such as customer data and service logs. Those periods explain general retention practices. They do not prove that every deletion request will finish on a particular day or that a customer-owned source record is removed at the same time.

Ask the team to confirm the applicable response period and explain any extension or limitation. If more identifiers are needed, ask which part of the matching process is unresolved. Provide information through the current official process and avoid sending unrelated documents before their necessity is explained.

A reply saying no matching information was found is different from confirmation that a known record was deleted. If you have a concrete reference that appears inconsistent with the response, return that reference in the same thread and ask for clarification. Do not describe a mismatch as proof of intentional noncompliance.

Why should you contact the business using the data too?

The current policy explicitly says the customer's privacy notice governs its collection and use of contact information. Endgame's notice explains how Endgame handles that information for the customer. This means a sales prospect may need a request to both the platform and the business that owns the relationship.

For example, deleting information from Endgame does not itself establish that a customer's CRM, original email conversation or other connected source is erased. Ask the customer to explain the systems covered by its response and whether it will instruct relevant service providers. Keep each organization's answer with its own case reference.

Marketing unsubscribe is another separate action. Following an unsubscribe instruction can stop messages from a particular sender without settling the broader storage, enrichment or sharing request. If the main problem is unwanted outreach, make that preference explicit while keeping the data-rights request clear.

The Apollo removal guide and ZoomInfo removal guide cover other professional-data workflows. Their inclusion here does not establish that either provided data to Endgame or to the business that contacted you.

How can you track completion and renewed processing?

The most useful completion evidence is a response describing what information was located and what action was taken. Ask whether deletion, sharing restriction and any customer referral were handled separately. Acknowledgement of your email is not proof that all requested actions are complete.

Private CRM and revenue-intelligence systems may not offer a public search page. A web search that finds no Endgame result cannot establish the absence of a private customer record. Preserve the written response, relevant identifiers and any later evidence rather than relying solely on public indexing.

If a record seems to reappear, check whether it uses a different email, new employer association or another customer source. Send the new evidence with your original reference and ask what explains the difference. Also ask whether a retained restriction can prevent the same professional record being processed again where applicable.

The opt-out hub helps plan other relevant requests. A free exposure scan can identify some public listings, but it does not inspect every private sales workspace or connected CRM. No single request or scan should be treated as a complete inventory of all organizations using your information.

Frequently asked questions

Is Endgame's deletion address different from its legal contact?

The policy directs deletion and the listed data-rights requests to privacy@endgame.io.

It separately lists legal@endgame.io for questions about the policy. Start a deletion request through the designated privacy route rather than assuming every contact address has the same function.

Can one email request deletion and sale-sharing opt-out?

You can clearly ask for both outcomes and request confirmation of each. The policy lists different subject lines for the two actions, so make the additional action explicit in the message body. We did not test how Endgame internally categorizes a combined request.

Will a training opt-out remove my sales profile?

Do not assume that. The policy's training choice is described for customers and concerns use of customer data to improve or train models. Use the individual deletion or sharing route for the relevant personal record and ask how the scopes interact.

Does the 2025 response-time figure guarantee my deadline?

No. It is a historical aggregate published for a prior period. Ask for the timeframe applicable to your current request, including any necessary matching or verification, rather than using a past average as a promise.

Must I pay for access to make a request?

The inspected policy and trust page offer a public email route. They do not direct a person requesting deletion to purchase a subscription. The team may still need information to verify identity or authority and identify the correct record.

Sources and verification

The September 11 Endgame privacy policy and official privacy documentation were checked October 9, 2026. Screenshots document public instructions and policy scope. No customer account, consumer request, verification exchange, training opt-out or removal outcome was tested. This guide describes provider instructions, not a determination of individual legal entitlement.
