PossibleNOW Opt Out: Online and Postal Privacy Requests
Find PossibleNOW's official opt-out and deletion routes, including its postal alternative when online security checks block access to the request form.

To opt out of PossibleNOW, use its official Do Not Sell page or send a written request to its Compliance Officer at 4400 River Green Parkway, Suite 100, Duluth, GA 30096. California residents can also request access or deletion through Manage My Privacy Rights. The official California notice explicitly offers mail as an alternative to those online routes.
On October 2, 2026, both online pages displayed a security check before the actual request controls. We did not bypass it or submit information. This guide explains the verified postal alternative, what the public pages establish, and how to keep sale restrictions, deletion, and marketing preferences separate.

Choose the PossibleNOW route for your request
PossibleNOW's general privacy statement and California supplement describe different but related choices. Start with your objective and actual residence. A California-specific form does not establish that every reader everywhere has identical rights.
| Objective | Official route | What we could verify |
|---|---|---|
| Stop sale of personal information | Do Not Sell My Personal Information page or postal request | Public page and written postal alternative |
| Request access or deletion as a California resident | Manage My Privacy Rights page or postal request | California heading and policy authorization for mail |
| Change advertising-cookie choices | Cookie Preferences | Browser/device preference, separate from a named-data request |
| Stop marketing email | Manage Preferences or unsubscribe instructions in the message | Communication preference, not proof of all-data deletion |
The Manage My Privacy Rights page specifically welcomes California residents and describes access and deletion. The sale opt-out page describes a request not to sell personal information. Their similar appearance should not obscure their different purposes.
How to make the verified postal request
1. Address the request to the named privacy recipient
The California supplement directs requests to PossibleNOW, ATTN: Compliance Officer, 4400 River Green Parkway, Suite 100, Duluth, GA 30096. Use the full address, including the suite and attention line. A general sales inquiry or demo request is not the same privacy process.
Check the linked notice again before posting, since contact addresses can change. Keep a copy of the policy address with your own request record. This guide verifies that mail is an authorized channel; it does not claim a particular delivery service is required or that delivery alone completes verification.
2. State your requested outcome plainly
Say whether you want to opt out of sale, request deletion, or request access. If you want more than one outcome, list them separately. Include enough identifying and return-contact information for the company to understand whom the request concerns, without sending an unnecessarily broad identity dossier.
A concise request can explain that you want PossibleNOW to stop selling personal information associated with your name and contact details. If deletion is also your goal, ask for deletion where applicable and an explanation of any retained categories. Identify your residence accurately so the company can apply the relevant process.
3. Keep a record and answer verification questions
Retain the date, destination, request text, and delivery record if available. Watch the return channel you specified for acknowledgment or a request for clarification. We did not submit a sample letter or observe the company's actual response to one, so we cannot promise a particular message sequence.
The California supplement says an authorized agent may need power of attorney or other valid written authority. Do not include someone else's personal information unless you have the right to act for them. If the company requests proof, ask how to supply the necessary material securely.
- Use the Compliance Officer address from the official notice.
- Distinguish deletion, access, and sale opt-out in your request.
- Keep your identifiers and contact details consistent in follow-ups.
- Save the final response and any explanation of retained information.
What if you prefer the online form?
Open the appropriate official page above in your own browser. During our inspection, each showed a Security Check and a Verify & Continue to Form button. The actual privacy-request fields were not exposed to us, so this article does not invent their names, required documents, or confirmation screens.
If the security check succeeds for you, review the newly displayed controls before entering personal information. Confirm that you are still in the privacy request flow. PossibleNOW's pages also contain newsletter, website-feedback, and sales features; information entered there should not be assumed to reach the privacy team as a rights request.
If the form remains unavailable, the postal route is explicitly documented. You do not need to keep retrying a blocked page indefinitely or disclose information through an unrelated form. Preserve a screenshot or note of the access problem for your own records if it helps explain why you used mail.
The initial online pages say the company will respond as soon as possible. They do not reveal a completed request workflow or establish a measured deletion time. Treat the visible heading and the policy as evidence of the route, not evidence that an individual request has succeeded.
How long should you wait, and what can remain?
The checked general statement and California supplement do not provide one universal turnaround guarantee for the postal process. Submission, delivery, identity matching, and final action can occur at different times. Use a date given in the company's acknowledgment if it supplies one and retain any explanation of additional information needed.
If there is no response, follow up through the official privacy contact described in the general statement, referencing the original channel and date. That statement lists privacy@possiblenow.com for privacy complaints. A follow-up question is different from assuming every general contact address is a documented replacement for the formal request route.
PossibleNOW's policy allows retention where there is a legitimate business reason or legal requirement. Deletion can therefore have exceptions. Ask the company to distinguish active use, compliance records, and information it cannot erase, rather than treating a broad acknowledgment as proof that all records have disappeared.
The provider also sells compliance and preference-management services to businesses. Removing data held under PossibleNOW's own privacy process does not establish that every business using such tools erased its customer records. A request to the organization that collected your information may still be necessary.
Separate cookie settings, email preferences, and deletion
Cookie Preferences concern browser-based advertising choices. Their availability can depend on browser settings and JavaScript, according to the general statement. A cookie selection is not a complete request about information matched to your name, email, or postal address in other systems.
Marketing messages have their own Manage Preferences or unsubscribe route. Use it when your immediate goal is to stop that mailing stream. Keep the rights request separate if you also want access, deletion, or a sale restriction. This makes a later response easier to evaluate against what you actually asked.
Our guide to removing yourself from data brokers explains the broader sequence. If your evidence identifies another marketing-data source, the Acxiom opt-out guide explains that separate process. Neither a cookie change nor a request to one company guarantees that all unrelated marketing will stop.
How to check the result and limit repeat exposure
Read the final response for the type of request fulfilled, the identity matched, and any exceptions. If a later contact uses a different name or address, compare it with the identifiers in your original request. Ask which organization holds that record before assuming PossibleNOW is the source.
Do not treat every new advertisement as proof that the request failed. Marketing data can come from several sources, and a privacy request can affect only the records and purposes within its scope. Save concrete evidence, such as a sender, profile URL, or dated mailing, for a focused follow-up.
The data-broker opt-out directory and opt-out guide hub help you choose other relevant provider requests. For supported online exposures, a free privacy scan can give you a starting inventory. A scan does not verify PossibleNOW's private systems or replace its written response.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use mail when the web form is blocked?
Yes. The official California supplement explicitly offers postal requests, and the general statement gives the same postal route for sale opt-outs. Use the named recipient and complete address; keep a copy of what you send.
Is the security check itself the opt-out form?
No. The observed page puts it before the request controls. Completing that check, if it works in your browser, is not evidence that a privacy request was submitted or fulfilled. Read the next screen and retain the actual confirmation.
Does Manage My Privacy Rights apply to every country?
The visible page is labeled for California residents. The general statement separately discusses other jurisdictions. Use your actual residence and the applicable official process rather than claiming California residency to use a particular form.
Can an agent send my request?
The California supplement allows authorized-agent requests and describes possible proof of authority. Make sure the agent has your permission and can respond to verification requirements. A paid removal subscription is not itself evidence of authority for every provider.
Does unsubscribing delete my data?
An unsubscribe changes marketing communication preferences. It does not prove completion of a deletion or sale opt-out request. Ask for the separate outcome you need and judge success from the scope of the final response.
