Traackr Opt Out: Request Influencer Data Removal
Follow Traackr’s current opt-out form, verify your social-profile identity, and distinguish deletion, correction and sale opt-out requests.

Traackr opt out starts on its Data Opt-Out Request page.
The embedded form offers access, deletion and rectification requests and asks for your name, confirmed email and at least one supported social-profile handle or URL.
Traackr says it will contact you to verify identity.
For a sale opt-out or a request the form does not clearly represent, use legal@traackr.com and state the intended outcome.

The official request page and Influencer Privacy Notice were checked September 17, 2026. The request page embedded a Formsite form. We inspected its controls without submitting a request, connecting a social account or sharing personal information.
How to submit a profile request
- Open the Data Opt-Out Request page through Traackr’s official legal navigation. The observed page is dated June 22, 2026 and explains that verification follows the initial request.
- In the embedded form, select access, deletion or rectification. Choose access for a copy, deletion for removal, or rectification for an inaccurate field.
- Enter first name and last name, then provide and confirm the email address where the provider can reach you.
- Add at least one Twitter, Instagram or Facebook handle or URL. The form says this is needed to validate identity. Include only profiles you are entitled to identify as yours.
- Add other relevant URLs if useful, review the request and submit it yourself. Save any acknowledgement and watch for a verification follow-up.
The Other URLs field accepts additional profiles or blogs. Its purpose is to help match the influencer record, so include a relevant page rather than a long list of unrelated websites. If you no longer control a listed account, explain that to the compliance team instead of claiming control you do not have.
Why the form title and choices need care
The page is called Data Opt-Out Request, but its observed request-type choices were access, deletion and rectification. We did not see a separate sale opt-out choice in that embedded menu. A page title should not be used to infer an invisible control or a assuranced outcome.
The Influencer Privacy Notice separately describes the right to opt out of future sales and allows contact through the published methods. If sale suppression is your goal, state that explicitly to legal@traackr.com or ask how the form records it. If you also want deletion, ask the provider to address both actions.
- Access asks what information is held and can help identify an inaccurate profile.
- Rectification asks the provider to correct inaccurate personal data.
- Deletion asks for erasure, subject to applicable exceptions and verification.
- Sale opt-out concerns future disclosure and should be clearly identified in your request.
These distinctions are especially useful for creators who want to keep a public social account while limiting a separate market-research profile. Removing the source account is not a stated prerequisite for opening the public Traackr request page.
Which influencer information does this cover?
Traackr’s notice describes information gathered from public social networks and other internet sources, as well as information supplied directly in some circumstances. Examples include names, handles, public posts and professional information. It also describes metrics and audience-related information associated with an influencer.
That means a request can concern a profile even if you never bought a Traackr customer subscription. Identify the relevant public handles and explain which record you want addressed. Do not confuse a business customer’s paid account with the influencer record represented in the research database.
Studio users have an additional context. The notice describes Studio profile information and says another website/platform privacy notice also applies to general Studio use. If you use Studio, explain whether your request concerns the Studio account, the research profile or both.
Customer CRM data can require a separate request
The Influencer Privacy Notice distinguishes certain CRM-stored influencer data processed solely for a business customer. In the circumstances it describes under European data-protection law, that customer acts as controller and Traackr acts as processor. The notice says that processing is outside the scope of this particular influencer notice.
In practical terms, a brand’s private relationship notes and Traackr’s own research profile may not have the same responsible party. If a response directs you to a customer, ask which data it concerns and how to identify the correct contact. Do not assume one confirmation covers every brand that has interacted with you.
Likewise, a Traackr request does not delete your public social posts or control what another analytics provider collected independently. Source-profile changes and downstream requests are separate tasks. Keep those decisions distinct so you do not remove a public account unnecessarily while trying to correct one research record.
Identity checks and realistic timing
The public request page says Traackr will reach out shortly to verify identity, but it does not give a fixed completion date. Its notice explains that verification depends on the type and sensitivity of the request. Additional details can be requested, and a deletion request may need confirmation before action.
The form’s initial receipt therefore should not be treated as completed removal. Keep the verification message and reply through the existing case. Ask what specific information is needed and how to provide it securely; the public form does not justify sending passwords or social-account recovery codes.
The notice also discusses authorized agents and may require evidence of permission.
If a request is declined, keep the stated reason.
The notice provides legal@traackr.com for an appeal in the circumstances it describes.
We have not inferred a universal deadline or assuranced outcome from that provision.
Reappearance and related cleanup
Because this service uses public sources, changes to a handle, a new profile or a differently matched record may matter to later checks. Ask whether a suppression preference covers your known identifiers and how to report a new one. The sources do not establish that your information can remain absent indefinitely.
Use the opt-out hub, data broker list and manual removal guide to track separate cases. The Captiv8 guide, Famous Birthdays guide and ContactOut guide cover different forms of creator or professional exposure.
For wider public listings, run a free scan. The service comparison hub can help assess recurring assistance, but a scan is not proof that a private creator-marketing database has been searched or cleared.
Traackr opt out FAQ
Is a social-profile URL required?
The observed form required at least one Twitter, Instagram or Facebook handle/URL for validation. Other URLs were available as additional matching context.
Does the form connect my social account?
We observed fields for handles and URLs, not a requirement to authorize a social-account connection in this request flow. We did not sign in or connect an account.
Can I correct data without deleting my profile?
Rectification is a visible request type. Identify the inaccurate information and the correction you want considered, then complete any verification the provider explains.
Is sale opt-out the same as deletion?
They are separately described rights. The visible form menu did not contain a distinct sale option, so use the published compliance contact to make that goal explicit.
Does the request remove a brand’s private notes?
That was not established. The notice distinguishes certain customer-controlled CRM data from Traackr’s own data. Ask which party handles the specific information.
Sources and verification notes
The official influencer notice and request page supplied the source basis. Browser evidence includes the actual Formsite controls on September 17, 2026. No request, paid account or customer outcome was tested. Timelines, verification and exceptions must be checked against the provider’s current response; this guide does not provide individual legal assessment.
