Warmly Opt Out: Remove Your Profile and Limit Data Sharing
Use Warmly’s privacy form to request profile removal or a sale opt-out. Learn the fields, verification steps, retained email preference, and follow-up.

To opt out of Warmly, use its Do Not Sell/Share My Data form and select the rights you want to exercise. Warmly says it will remove your profile from its services while retaining the email address you provide to respect your opt-out preference. That retained suppression email is different from keeping a profile available to customers.
We checked the current form and privacy notice on October 1, 2026. The page provides opt-out@warmly.ai for form questions and says identity verification is required. We inspected the public controls without submitting personal information or testing a completed request.

Choose the right Warmly privacy action
The official privacy form covers several requests under applicable US state privacy laws. Its choices include access, knowledge of information categories, deletion, correction, portability and sale or sharing opt-out. Availability and handling can depend on your jurisdiction.
If your main goal is to stop your profile being made available through the service, identify that clearly. If you also want deletion, select and describe the relevant objective. Do not assume a general unsubscribe from a sales email has the same scope as the privacy form.
| Concern | Relevant choice or action | Scope to confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Stop sale or sharing | Sale or sharing opt-out | Whether the profile is suppressed from the service |
| Request deletion | Deletion choice | Which information is removed and what remains for compliance |
| Fix inaccurate details | Correction choice | The particular information corrected |
| Understand the information held | Access or know request | Does not automatically perform deletion |
| Stop a specific sender's marketing | Unsubscribe or sender's privacy route | May concern a separate business using its own records |
Prepare the minimum accurate information
Warmly's form asks for your name, street address, city, state, ZIP code and email. Use information that describes you accurately and a mailbox you control. If the concern relates to a work profile, explain the relationship through the privacy team's instructions rather than inventing a new identity to match it.
Keep your request focused. You do not need to send a complete contact list, private sales correspondence or other people's personal details to explain that you want your own profile removed. The page says request information is used to process the request and that further verification can be required.
A useful private record contains the company, request date, email used, request types and any later reference. That lets you follow up without repeatedly sharing the same personal information or losing track of which action was requested.
Complete the public form
1. Identify who is submitting
The first control asks whether you are making the request for yourself or acting on behalf of the consumer. Choose the accurate option. Helping someone read a guide does not make you their authorized agent, and an agent request can require additional evidence.
For agents, the page asks for written authorization signed by both the consumer and the representative. It warns that unsigned forms will be rejected. Follow that requirement only where you are actually acting as an agent; do not attach another person's documents without their authorization.
2. Select the intended rights
The inspected form contains both Request to Delete and Request to Deletion labels, as well as the separate sale or sharing opt-out. This duplication is part of the observed interface. If it makes the correct choice unclear, ask opt-out@warmly.ai which control they want used for your request.
Do not treat two similar labels as proof that there are two different deletion products or legal rights. State the practical outcome you want: remove the profile, stop eligible sale or sharing, and explain any retained records. Clear wording helps avoid a response to a narrower request than you intended.
3. Review details and retain the response
Complete the designated identity fields, check the accuracy declaration and review the request before submission. Use the upload field only when required for the applicable authorization or verification process. The public page states a ten-megabyte file limit; that limit is not a reason to upload extra material.
- Open the form from Warmly's official site.
- Choose self-request or authorized representation accurately.
- Select the desired rights rather than every option without a purpose.
- Enter a reachable email and the matching details requested.
- Keep the acknowledgment and later confirmation with your private request log.
The form says it will send an email confirmation once the request has been processed. We did not trigger that email, so this guide does not describe an unobserved inbox message or claim that a specific verification link always follows.
Verification, timing and suppression email
Warmly says it must verify identity and may request more information if the submitted details are insufficient. A request received is therefore not necessarily a request completed. Watch the mailbox you entered and respond through a verified channel if additional matching details are needed.
The page's embedded confirmation text says Warmly will remove the profile or contact the requester within thirty days. That is an either-or statement, not a measured guarantee of completed deletion within thirty days. We saw the page text but did not submit a form or observe the confirmation after submission.
The retained email has a stated purpose: storing and respecting the opt-out preference. If you receive a response that mentions retained information, ask whether it is this suppression record or some other category. Those outcomes have different implications for whether a profile remains available.
Do not create repeated requests with unrelated email addresses simply to eliminate every trace of the first request. That can make matching and preference handling harder to interpret. If your address changes, ask the privacy team how to maintain the intended suppression accurately.
What the request does not automatically reach
Warmly's privacy policy covers its platform and related processing. A request to Warmly is not a deletion instruction to every company that has ever contacted you. A separate business may have its own customer records, website activity and legal responsibilities.
If the concern is an email from another business, identify the sender and consider its unsubscribe or privacy route as well. Keep that action separate from your Warmly profile request. Stopping one sender's messages does not prove the provider profile has been removed, and the reverse is also true.
For other business-data providers, the Apollo guide and Clearbit guide describe independent processes. Similar sales or enrichment uses do not establish that a request sent to one provider is forwarded to the others.
Follow up and manage future exposure
If the response is unclear, refer to the original date and ask which action was completed. Ask whether the profile was removed, whether a sale preference is recorded and what information remains. If the company declines to act, the form states that an appeal is available; request the relevant procedure.
A later appearance could involve a changed identifier, new source information or a separate business's copy. Those are possible explanations, not proof that the company ignored your request. Document the specific exposure and compare it with the scope of the earlier response before making a follow-up.
Our data-broker removal walkthrough helps organize a multi-provider effort. The opt-out guides hub provides current routes for other companies. A free privacy scan can identify supported public exposure, but is not a view of Warmly's internal records or proof that its suppression email was erased.

Frequently asked questions
Why does Warmly keep my email after removal?
Its form says the address is retained to record and respect the opt-out preference. A limited suppression record serves a different purpose from a customer-facing profile. Ask for clarification if the response does not explain what remains or how it is used.
Is opting out the same as unsubscribing?
No. A message unsubscribe typically concerns communications from a sender. The privacy form covers specific information rights and profile processing. Use the relevant route for each problem instead of assuming one click handles every record connected to your address.
Do I have to upload an identity document immediately?
The page discusses verification and agent authorization, but the presence of an upload field does not establish a universal need for a full identity document. Follow the actual instructions and ask which details are required. Avoid sending sensitive documents to an unverified contact.
Does the thirty-day text guarantee completion?
The embedded text says the company will remove the profile or contact you within that period. Contact could involve verification or clarification. It should not be represented as an independently tested deletion deadline or a promise that every retained category disappears.
What if the two deletion labels confuse me?
Use the published opt-out support address to ask which choice applies. Explain your desired outcome in plain language. The duplicated wording should not lead you to invent different rights or submit contradictory requests just to cover every possible interpretation.
