Adprime Opt Out: Privacy Forms and NPI Removal Steps
Use Adprime’s regional privacy forms for deletion or sale and advertising opt-outs. Check verification, NPI removal, timing and agent instructions.

To opt out of Adprime, open its Your Privacy Rights page and choose the US or EU/UK request form that applies to you. The US form separates deletion, targeted-advertising opt-out and sale opt-out. Enter the requested matching details and select the action you want. Adprime also publishes privacy@adprime.com for privacy requests, authorized-agent contact and removal from its healthcare-provider NPI database.
This Adprime opt out guide is based on its official policy and both regional forms checked November 6, 2026. We inspected the public controls without submitting personal information or a request. The forms show how to ask; they do not prove a completed deletion, a response time in a particular case or removal from other companies.
Choose the right Adprime request

| Concern | Published route | What to distinguish |
|---|---|---|
| Sale of personal data | US form: sale opt-out | Separate from deleting retained information |
| Targeted advertising | US form: targeted-advertising opt-out | Generic advertisements may continue |
| Deletion | US Right to Delete or European Right to Erasure | Verification and exceptions may apply |
| Healthcare-provider NPI record | privacy@adprime.com | Removal from Adprime's database does not alter the original NPI source |
| Agent acting for another person | Privacy email listed above the US form | Do not make the form's self-request declaration as the consumer |
| Marketing emails | Unsubscribe instruction or privacy email | Email suppression is narrower than a data-rights request |
The official regional entry page links to both forms. Use it when a saved deep link changes. The accompanying privacy policy explains verification, contact options and the scope of the advertising service.
Adprime's policy names Newsweek Publishing LLC as its parent and covers Adprime services and specified websites, including thirdage.com and modernclinician.com. That does not justify assuming a request deletes every record held independently by a parent, advertiser or publisher. Ask which services the response covers.
How to use the regional forms
1. Check your actual location and role
The US privacy request form is intended for residents of the covered states described on that page. Its state selector includes named states and an option for another US state with comprehensive privacy legislation. Select only a location that accurately describes you.
The EU/UK form also describes the EEA and Switzerland. It asks for country of residence and includes a confirmation about being situated in the covered region. If neither route fits, consult the policy or contact the privacy email instead of using an inaccurate declaration.
The US form specifically directs authorized agents to privacy@adprime.com. Its final declaration says the submitter is the individual whose data is at issue, so an agent should not treat that checkbox as a substitute for permission or an agent-specific process.
2. Provide the fields the form requests
The US form visibly asks for state, first and last name, email, request type and confirmation. It also has an additional-comments field and an optional interaction checklist. The checklist can identify advertising exposure, surveys, promotions, client relationships, marketing emails, site visits, social media or an NPI-database concern.
Select only interactions that actually apply. You do not need to claim an advertising exposure merely because you want to investigate whether a record exists. The form itself says the interaction field may be left blank.
The European form asks for first name, last name, email, country and the requested right. Its choices include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. Optional comments can explain the specific record or processing you want addressed.
3. Separate different requests and retain confirmation
The visible forms use a request selector, not a promise that one selection invokes every right. If you want deletion plus a sale or advertising restriction, state the full scope in comments or ask the privacy team whether separate requests are needed.
- Check the official domain before entering information.
- Choose the accurate region and requested right.
- Use an email address you can monitor for verification.
- Add only relevant context about the record or service.
- Read the declaration and submit only if it is accurate.
- Save the acknowledgement and follow-up correspondence.
We did not submit either form, so the acknowledgement wording and downstream verification screens remain untested. Do not mark your own request complete solely because the form disappeared or a browser returned to the homepage.
Verification, response timing and NPI records
Adprime says it may ask for data points that match existing records to verify a request. If it cannot verify the consumer, it may request more information or be unable to fulfill the request. Agent requests may require written authorization, and some parent or guardian requests may require supporting evidence.
Use the identity-verification checklist before sending sensitive documents. Verify that a follow-up comes through the official channel and ask why each item is needed. The initial forms we inspected did not require an identity-document upload.
In its US state-rights section, Adprime says it makes every effort to respond within 45 days. It describes up to 90 days for complex requests with notice of the extension within the first 45 days. These are published response terms with applicable exceptions, not a promise that all data disappears by day 45.
If a request is denied, the policy describes an appeal process where applicable. Follow the instructions in the decision and retain its date, reasons and any deadline. The policy gives different appeal response periods for some jurisdictions, so do not reuse one state's timeline as a universal rule.
Healthcare providers have an additional explicit option. Adprime says a provider with a registered NPI can request removal of that NPI and other personal information from its NPI database by emailing privacy@adprime.com. Identify the relevant NPI and clearly describe the removal you want without adding patient information.
That request does not remove the underlying government registration or records independently retained by another marketing vendor. For a separate healthcare-data record, the MedPro Systems guide explains another controller's process. Keep the requests and their confirmations separate.
Advertising preferences and deletion have different effects
Adprime describes cookie-based advertising choices and says it honors Global Privacy Control. Its policy also explains cross-device matching and notes that generic ads can continue after an advertising opt-out. Seeing another advertisement therefore does not, by itself, prove the request failed.
Browser preferences can be useful, but they should not be presented as proof of deletion from every audience or NPI record. Ask how the company applies a preference to information held beyond the browser that sends the signal.
The policy's description of certain data being generally deleted within 100 days is a retention statement, not the response deadline for your specific request. It also describes retaining some information for ongoing legitimate needs. Avoid combining those passages into a fabricated universal deletion schedule.
Other advertising companies may receive or collect their own records. The LiveRamp opt-out guide is relevant when the source or response identifies that separate company. Adprime's policy names a LiveRamp-related advertising use, but an Adprime request should not be assumed to close the separate workflow.
Follow up and check the scope of the result
Keep a small private log with the requested actions, the regional form used, submission date, relevant record context and response. When the published response window passes, ask whether the request is awaiting verification, has been completed, or has been denied with an explanation.
Ask the final reply to distinguish database deletion, sale restriction, targeted-advertising restriction and marketing-email suppression. A reply addressing only one of those does not necessarily answer the others. It is reasonable to clarify an incomplete response before starting a duplicate request.
Use the opt-out guide hub for other controllers identified in your records. A free exposure scan can help prioritize supported public listings, but it cannot certify the absence of Adprime's internal advertising or NPI records.
For the wider relationship between source data and repeated requests, read the data-broker removal workflow. Rechecking should be tied to actual evidence, new identifiers or changed processing, rather than assuming any one opt-out makes all future data collection impossible.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to be an Adprime customer?
The US form includes several possible interactions beyond a customer account and allows the interaction checklist to remain blank. Follow the actual eligibility language for your region and the requested right rather than inventing an account relationship.
Can I email instead of using the form?
The privacy policy publishes privacy@adprime.com for exercising rights, and the US form directs agents there. The email route is also expressly listed for healthcare-provider NPI removal. Explain your request and ask what verification applies.
Does one request stop both sale and targeted advertising?
The US form lists separate choices. Ask for both explicitly when both are your goal and confirm how Adprime wants them submitted. Do not assume a single selected option automatically includes the other.
Will deleting an NPI record change my professional registration?
This guide concerns Adprime's own NPI database. It does not describe changes to a government registration, a professional license or an independent source. Those records have their own processes and purposes.
Is a request guaranteed to remove every record?
No. Matching, verification, legal exceptions and independent recipients affect the result. This guide reports the observed public instructions; it does not provide a personal legal recommendation or claim that a completed removal was tested.
