MedPro Systems Opt Out: Privacy Contacts and Data Requests
Request a MedPro Systems opt-out, correction or deletion. Find the right privacy contact and understand professional-data and verification limits.

For a MedPro Systems opt-out or deletion request, use the contact route that matches your record and location. Its California rights instructions list CCPA@MedProSystems.com.
Its general privacy and Oregon broker-data instructions use Privacy@MedProSystems.com. Describe the data and requested action clearly; a request does not automatically erase professional licensing or customer-controlled compliance records.
We checked MedPro's privacy policy and Data Privacy and Security Rationale Statement on October 24, 2026. Both were readable and provided actionable email instructions. We did not send a request or test a completed deletion. The steps below distinguish the routes the company publishes from outcomes that depend on your record and applicable rules.
Establish who controls the MedPro record
MedPro describes providing healthcare practitioner and organization data to life-sciences businesses for regulatory compliance and commercial purposes. Its rationale statement distinguishes third-party information from customer data supplied for verification, aggregation and enrichment. That difference determines whether MedPro can respond directly or needs instructions from a customer controlling the record.
If your concern comes from a pharmaceutical company's system, start by identifying that company and the data at issue. MedPro says people seeking access, changes or removal of customer-controlled information should first contact the controlling entity, unless its statement says otherwise. Asking MedPro to explain the controller is more useful than assuming every record is a public people-search listing.
| Situation | Published starting route | Important limit |
|---|---|---|
| California broker-data rights | CCPA@MedProSystems.com | Rights and exceptions depend on the record |
| Oregon broker-data opt-out | Privacy@MedProSystems.com | State-specific broker-data scope |
| Website information or promotional contact | Privacy@MedProSystems.com | Website preferences are not all database records |
| Data supplied and controlled by a MedPro customer | The controlling customer | MedPro may act under that customer's instructions |
The opt-out guide hub helps keep each provider's request separate. A healthcare compliance database, an expert directory and a consumer people-search website should not be treated as interchangeable removal targets.
Prepare a request that can identify your information

Use the official rationale statement together with the privacy policy. The statement explains how MedPro handles brokered and customer data. The policy adds website practices, rights procedures and response expectations. Reading only a cookie banner would miss the professional-data context.
Follow the California instructions when applicable
MedPro's California instructions ask for the subject line “CCPA Request,” the rights you are exercising, your full name and previous names, and current and previous residential addresses. They also ask for a telephone number or email where you can be reached. The stated purpose is to locate your information and communicate about the request.
Those instructions are sensitive enough to warrant care. Send information only through the verified official contact, and ask the privacy team for a secure alternative if needed. Do not place the request in a public comment or an unrelated sales form. Avoid adding medical records or identification documents that have not been requested for a specific reason.
Use the Oregon or general route accurately
The rationale statement gives Oregon consumers an opt-out route for all or part of the collection, sale or licensing of brokered personal data. It identifies Privacy@MedProSystems.com and the published telephone number, (833)-633-4866. The general policy uses the privacy email for access, correction or deletion of information supplied to the company and promotional-contact preferences.
If you live elsewhere, explain your location and the record rather than presenting yourself as a California or Oregon resident. Ask which process applies. A company can receive a request without every jurisdiction providing identical rights, deadlines or exceptions. This guide reports MedPro's published routes rather than deciding the legal outcome of your case.
Specify the action instead of asking to disappear
- Identify the provider as MedPro Systems and describe the record or interaction.
- State whether you want access, correction, deletion or an opt-out from sale or sharing.
- Explain whether you believe the information is held for a named customer.
- Ask what verification is required and how to supply it securely.
- Request an explanation of any retained data and the reason for retention.
A correction can be more appropriate than deletion for an outdated professional address. If your concern is commercial disclosure, say so separately from a request to change a licensing record. MedPro cannot be assumed to amend the original government or professional register merely because it processes information drawn from that source.
Send, verify and follow the response
For a California request, a useful message begins: “I am making a California privacy request concerning information MedPro Systems holds about me. I request [specific action]. Please identify any customer-controlled records that require a separate request and explain any exception you rely on.” Add the matching information the current official instructions require.
This is suggested wording, not a company-approved form. Keep the message focused on your own record and actual rights. If you use an agent, MedPro's policy describes signed permission and identity checks. Do not send a request for another adult merely because you know their professional details.
The policy says it may use existing identifying information or a third-party verification service. It also says it will try to avoid asking for sensitive personal information and that a verifiable request does not require creating an account. We did not observe an actual verification message, so we cannot promise a particular email link, code or document sequence.
Keep the sent message, any acknowledgement, and the case reference together. Read a request for more information carefully before replying. Confirm it is connected to your original request and uses an official channel. An acknowledgement is a receipt, while a substantive response should explain the action taken or why it could not be taken.
MedPro's California policy describes attempting to respond within 45 days, with up to 90 days when an extension is needed and notice is provided. This is a response framework, not a measured deletion speed for every record. The policy also gives an appeal email route within 30 days of a denial in its request instructions; check the actual denial for the applicable procedure.
Understand compliance retention and later records
MedPro's rationale describes uses such as healthcare professional verification, transparency reporting and product-distribution compliance. Those purposes can affect deletion requests. The company also says customer data belongs to the customer under its agreements. A response may therefore redirect you to the controller or retain information for an explained purpose.
Do not confuse “request completed” with “all records erased.” Read whether the result is a correction, an opt-out, a partial deletion or a refusal based on an exception. Published aggregate request metrics cannot establish what happened to your record, and we do not use them as a personal completion promise.
Professional information can be refreshed from source records or supplied again by a business with its own relationship to you. Ask how an opt-out or correction will be preserved during later updates. If an inaccurate address originates in a licensing or customer system, correcting that source may reduce repeated mismatches without assuming that every source is removable.
For neighboring workflows, see the H1 expert-profile guide and the Definitive Healthcare guide. Those services have their own request systems. Neither request substitutes for resolving a MedPro customer-controlled record.
The healthcare-worker privacy buying guide explains the broader boundary between professional visibility and personal exposure. If you want to check supported consumer broker listings as well, run a free data broker scan. That scan does not certify MedPro coverage or establish whether an internal compliance record exists.
For organizing requests across several providers, use the manual broker-removal checklist to track each request, response and follow-up date.
MedPro Systems opt-out questions
Does this remove my medical treatment history?
This guide concerns MedPro's published practitioner, organization, website and customer-data processes. It is not a procedure for erasing clinical records held by your doctor, hospital or insurer. Contact the actual organization controlling a treatment record about its correction and privacy process.
Can I simply unsubscribe from a MedPro email?
You can address promotional email through the privacy contact, but that may leave professional database processing untouched. Identify both issues if both matter. The policy also distinguishes promotional preferences from information connected with transactions and service experiences.
Do I need a MedPro customer account?
The policy says a verifiable consumer request does not require an account. You still need enough information for the provider to identify the correct record and evaluate your request. Being absent from a customer login does not prove you are absent from a dataset.
What if MedPro says another company controls the data?
Ask for a clear explanation of the controller and the relevant dataset, then use that organization's privacy process. Keep MedPro's response so you can connect the cases. Do not assume the referral itself confirms deletion or means the data cannot be corrected.
Can I request only a correction?
Yes, correction is among the actions described in the published instructions. Identify the inaccurate field and the accurate replacement, with relevant supporting context. Keep unrelated personal material out of the request and ask for confirmation of the corrected scope.
