AggKnowledge Opt Out: Sale, Sharing, and Deletion Steps
AggKnowledge provides a California opt-out form plus email routes for sale, sharing, deletion, access, correction, and other privacy-rights requests.

AggKnowledge opt out requests work best when you choose the exact outcome and use a provider-owned route. The current route is California opt-out webform for stopping new professional-information offerings, plus privacy@aggknowledge.ai for access, portability, correction, deletion, sale or sharing opt-out, and other rights available by location. Keep the confirmation, complete only necessary verification, and recheck the same identifier because an opt-out, deletion, correction, marketing unsubscribe, and browser choice are not interchangeable.
AggKnowledge opt out at a glance

| Question | Current answer |
|---|---|
| Official route | California opt-out webform for stopping new professional-information offerings, plus privacy@aggknowledge.ai for access, portability, correction, deletion, sale or sharing opt-out, and other rights available by location |
| Likely data scope | Network Data such as names, professional and employment details, work and personal contact details, LinkedIn URLs, approximate location, and inferences, plus separate website or account information |
| Verification | The policy says AggKnowledge may ask you to confirm information already on file and may request additional information only when needed to verify identity; an authorized agent may need direct authorization evidence |
| Timing | The provider promises to respond as required by the applicable privacy law but does not publish one universal completion time for every jurisdiction or request type |
| Expected result | A successful sale opt-out stops AggKnowledge from proactively offering the matched professional record for new opportunities, while deletion, access, correction, and client-controlled data require the matching request path |
This table summarizes provider-owned material checked September 2, 2026. It is practical privacy guidance, not legal advice or a guarantee that every record will be found or removed.
What information AggKnowledge handles
AggKnowledge separates Network Data from Client Content and website or account information. It acts as a processor for content that clients upload and as a controller for other records. That boundary determines whether AggKnowledge or its client can make the requested change.
The current policy says Network Data can include a name, LinkedIn URL, work or personal email, phone number, location, company, title, seniority, job history, and related inferences. Choose identifiers that are likely to locate the record without sending unrelated sensitive documents.
Choose the right AggKnowledge request
- Use a sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising opt-out when you want to stop a defined disclosure or advertising use but do not need every retained record deleted.
- Use deletion when you want the provider to erase a matched record, subject to verification, legal exceptions, processor or client boundaries, and necessary suppression records.
- Use access or portability when you first need to see what the provider can match. Use correction when keeping an accurate record is better than deleting it.
- Treat cookie, device, marketing, and universal opt-out settings as separate controls unless the provider explicitly says they also change its main data record.
The provider says its Network Data activity can qualify as a sale under California law. The opt-out form is therefore a narrower but useful action even when you do not request a copy or full deletion.
How to submit the AggKnowledge opt out
- Open the official AggKnowledge California opt-out form and confirm that the professional record belongs to you or that you are authorized to act for the person.
- Use the form when you want AggKnowledge to stop proactively providing the matched professional information to new clients. Do not describe this choice as deleting every client-held copy.
- For deletion, access, portability, correction, or another right, email the official privacy address and name the exact outcome and jurisdiction you are relying on.
- Provide only the identifiers reasonably needed to locate the record, starting with your name, current professional context, and a contact address you can verify.
- Complete a verification request through the official domain. An authorized agent should keep direct written authorization ready instead of sending it before the provider requests it.
- Save the confirmation and recheck the same professional identifiers. If a client still controls a separate copy, send that organization its own privacy request.

Verification and privacy precautions
The policy says AggKnowledge may ask you to confirm information already on file and may request additional information only when needed to verify identity; an authorized agent may need direct authorization evidence
- Start with the fields shown on the provider-owned form or listed in the current policy.
- Do not email a full government ID, financial record, account password, or unrelated household data unless the official process explains why a narrower verification method cannot work.
- Check the domain, save the request number, and keep replies in the same thread so a follow-up can be tied to the original request.
- An agent should prove authority only through the provider’s current route and should never claim authority that the person did not grant.
How long the request can take
The provider promises to respond as required by the applicable privacy law but does not publish one universal completion time for every jurisdiction or request type
Submission, verification, provider processing, customer or source-owner action, and public search reindexing can be separate stages. A confirmation that one stage finished does not prove that every copy, search result, or downstream use changed at the same time.
Why AggKnowledge data can reappear
A client-controlled record, a different identifier, an unmatched professional profile, or later public or third-party information can remain outside the first request or create a new match
Record the exact identifier, request type, date, ticket, verification state, response, and next check date. That log makes it easier to tell the difference between a newly sourced record and an unfinished first request.
Common problems and what to do
The provider cannot find a match
Reply with one additional matching field at a time, such as an old name, email, address, company, title, device, or network detail that the policy says it uses. Ask what field is missing before sending broader identity evidence.
The request changed only one outcome
Review the selected right. A sale opt-out, marketing unsubscribe, cookie choice, device setting, correction, access request, and deletion request solve different problems. Submit a second request only when the first selection could not produce the intended result.
A customer or source controls the record
Use the customer or original source’s privacy route when the provider is acting only as a processor or republishes public information. Keep the provider ticket because it documents the boundary and may help locate the controlling organization.
Marketing unsubscribe, cookie controls, sale opt-out, and deletion are separate outcomes. An email unsubscribe does not remove a professional data record, and a browser setting does not necessarily reach Network Data collected from public or third-party sources.
Manual request versus recurring monitoring
A manual provider request is useful for a known record and gives you direct control. It does not automatically inventory the wider broker ecosystem. Learn how to remove yourself from data brokers, use the data broker opt-out list, and browse the opt-out guide hub.

Frequently asked questions
Does the AggKnowledge opt out delete everything?
No. The result depends on the selected right, matched identifiers, location, controller or processor role, legal exceptions, and source boundaries. Use deletion separately when that is the intended outcome and keep the provider confirmation.
How do I know the AggKnowledge request worked?
Use the ticket, completion message, access result, corrected record, preference status, or a recheck of the same identifier. A short-term change in ads, email, calls, or search results is not reliable proof by itself.
Should I submit another request for a second identifier?
Yes when the provider describes the match as email-specific, address-specific, device-specific, network-specific, household-specific, professional-profile-specific, or customer-specific. Do not assume one confirmation covers every variation.
Can an authorized agent submit the request?
Often yes, but the provider may require direct written authorization, power of attorney, or confirmation from the person. Follow the current form and do not expose more identity data than the verification process needs.
What if the form or policy changes?
Return to the provider’s current privacy page and follow its official rights, privacy-center, or contact link. Compare the new route with your saved confirmation and avoid third-party forms that cannot prove where the data goes.
