RealCall Opt Out: Request Data Deletion and Close Access
Request RealCall data deletion through its support email. Understand verification, retained identifiers, call forwarding, and why uninstalling is separate.

To opt out of stored RealCall personal information, send a specific privacy request to info@realcall.ai, the support address listed in its policy. If you also want to stop using the app, review call forwarding and account deactivation before uninstalling. The policy says an identifier can remain after app deletion, so uninstalling alone is not evidence that stored account data has been erased.
We checked the public policy on October 17, 2026. Its displayed revision date is June 23, 2022; we are not presenting it as a newly updated statement. For a separate public-listing problem, the phone-number removal guide helps identify the relevant data source.
Decide which RealCall action you need
RealCall's policy covers its call and text protection services, account information and related processing. Its privacy-request route concerns information it holds about you. We did not verify a standalone public-directory unlisting form or a promise to remove a number from every spam database.
| Desired outcome | Starting action | Important distinction |
|---|---|---|
| Delete stored personal information | Email the official support address | Subject to verification and retention limits |
| Stop using account features | Follow current service settings | Can affect how calls are handled |
| Remove the app | Device uninstall process after setup review | Does not prove stored data deletion |
| Stop promotional emails | Unsubscribe or contact support | Administrative messages may continue |
Read the official RealCall privacy policy before sending the request. It describes access, correction and deletion requests, plus possible identification and residency checks. It also distinguishes privacy requests from marketing preferences and uninstallation.
The most useful request names the information and outcome you mean. “Delete my account information and explain any retained records” is more precise than “stop spam.” A privacy team cannot infer whether the latter means blocking calls, ending a subscription, removing an account or correcting a public label.
Gather the minimum matching information
Use the email address and number associated with your RealCall use when you describe the request. Keep your message focused on data that relates to you. Do not attach contact lists, voicemail archives or identity documents by default.
- Identify the RealCall account or service you used.
- Provide enough account context for support to find the relevant record.
- State whether you want access, correction, deletion or a combination.
- Ask what information will remain and why, if deletion has exceptions.
- Keep the sent date and any confirmation in a private request log.
These are suggested email contents, not fields from a form we observed. The current public route is an email address. If you have never used the app and are reporting a number-related issue, say that clearly rather than inventing account credentials.
If you act for someone else, do not submit a request pretending to be them. The policy discusses authorized representatives and verification of authority. Ask support what evidence it needs for that relationship before transmitting documents about another person.
Send the privacy request and handle verification

Email info@realcall.ai, as shown in the policy's Contact Us section. Use a clear subject such as “RealCall personal information deletion request.” Explain the scope, ask for acknowledgment and request confirmation when the team has completed its review.
Expect possible ownership checks
The California section describes verification through an account phone number or reasonable documentation of account and number ownership. Other parts mention identification and residency information. These are possible checks, not proof that every applicant must complete the same sequence.
Ask about retained records
The policy describes retention for business, compliance and other purposes. Its wording does not establish a simple universal deletion date. Ask support to identify any retained categories and whether they remain connected to your account after the request is completed.
Keep the request channel focused
Reply within the official conversation when verification is requested. If a message asks for unrelated passwords or expansive records, clarify the purpose before responding. The public policy provides a way to request deletion; it does not require sharing the contents of every call or message you have received.
You can use the YouMail guide to understand how another service separates account, forwarding and public-data requests. Its instructions are not interchangeable with RealCall's and should not be copied into RealCall settings without checking the current app.
Review forwarding and billing before uninstalling
RealCall's policy instructs users to disable call forwarding and deactivate the account through service settings before removing the app. We verified that written instruction, not the authenticated screens or a particular carrier's deactivation code. Follow the current in-app guidance for your setup.
Before making changes, identify which features you enabled and how you subscribed. A stored-data request does not establish that future billing has stopped. Check the relevant billing account separately and save its cancellation confirmation if you choose to end a paid subscription.
After changing call handling, check that ordinary calls and voicemail work as expected. That is a functional setup check, not a test of database deletion. Avoid using a generic dial code copied from another app when your provider or carrier may require a different process.
The policy says a device-related identifier may remain after uninstalling and may reconnect later activity if you reinstall. If that retention concerns you, raise it explicitly in the deletion request. Removing an icon from your phone does not provide a read-back of the provider's stored records.
Understand timing, confirmation and later data
The checked policy does not give a simple completion promise for every deletion request. Its statement about up to ten business days concerns promotional-email preference changes, not a universal data-deletion deadline. Keep those timeframes separate when planning your follow-up.
An acknowledgment confirms receipt, not erasure. Ask for a response describing whether the request was completed, partly completed or declined, and what categories remain. If support needs additional verification, record that stage rather than counting the original email as a finished removal.
Future use can generate new information. Reinstalling, reopening an account or enabling features again may create a new processing context even after an earlier request. Keep a record of what the provider confirmed and when, especially if you later return to the service.
A similar distinction appears in the Robokiller deletion guide. For unrelated people-search records, the opt-out guide hub provides separate routes. No RealCall account response proves that another company removed a record about you.
Before replacing an app, compare call blocking with data removal so the next tool matches either unwanted interruptions or existing public exposure.
Frequently asked questions
Is uninstalling enough to delete my personal information?
The policy itself describes retained identifiers after uninstallation. Use the explicit privacy-request route if deletion is your goal, and ask what remains. Treat app removal, account deactivation and a provider's deletion confirmation as three different events.
Will support ask me to verify my number?
It may. The policy describes phone-based ownership verification and reasonable documentation in its California request section. Ask for the applicable process in your case rather than assuming a particular code, document or verification deadline in advance.
Is the ten-business-day period a deletion guarantee?
No. The checked wording applies to processing promotional-email preferences. It should not be generalized to every privacy request. Ask support for the expected timing of your deletion request and note any verification step that remains outstanding.
Will this remove public profiles or stop every spam call?
A RealCall privacy request concerns the information and scope the provider confirms. It is not proof of removal from unrelated public databases or an outcome test for call blocking. You can run a free data broker scan to investigate separate broker-listing exposure.
Sources and limits of the evidence
This guide uses the currently served RealCall privacy policy, including its privacy-rights, uninstall, retention and Contact Us sections. We checked the public document on October 17, 2026 and preserved its June 2022 revision date. No personal request, account login, carrier change or subscription transaction was performed.
The policy's age and some incomplete wording limit what can be stated confidently. We have not converted it into a comprehensive description of current law or invented additional request rights. Confirm unclear operational details with the provider and keep its response alongside your original request.
