To opt out of Allant Group, use the Privacy Request Portal linked in its privacy policy, email privacy@allantgroup.com or call 800-367-7311. State whether you want deletion, a sale-sharing opt-out or access to your information.

Allant's current policy describes different verification requirements for different rights, but its public forms also display a photo-ID upload prompt. If that conflicts with the request you intend to make, ask the privacy team to confirm the minimum information and secure submission route before sending sensitive documents.

This guide covers Allant Group, not the separately named Alliant. We inspected Allant's policy and two blank OneTrust forms on November 4, 2026. No identity document, personal record or consumer request was submitted.

Find the right company and request route

Official public interface checked November 4, 2026. No personal information or request submitted.

Start at the Allant privacy policy. Its How to Exercise Your Rights section lists the portal, email and phone alternatives. The footer also links a separate Do Not Sell My Information form. Opening the policy first helps you verify that a hosted OneTrust page is the provider's current choice.

The Alliant opt-out guide is for another company and intake. Check the spelling on any correspondence rather than assuming the two requests are interchangeable. For other providers, use the English opt-out guides hub.

How to prepare the Allant form

The general portal currently offers Access My Information, Delete My Information and Do Not Sell My Information. Choose the right that matches your objective. A request for access does not itself ask for deletion; a sale restriction and deletion also have different scopes.

The blank form displayed email, first and last name, optional-style name components, address lines, city, state, ZIP, phone and birth date. It also displayed a Request Details box, acknowledgment and photo-ID upload area. We inspected the fields without completing them and did not test validation after submission.

  • Select the action you want before deciding what information to supply.
  • Check the current form's required markers and the matching policy section.
  • Use accurate details relevant to the record, including an apartment or unit where needed.
  • Keep free-text details focused on the request rather than adding unrelated personal information.
  • Read the acknowledgment and any document instructions before submitting.

For example, a sale-sharing request should say exactly that. If you also want deletion, ask how both actions will be recorded rather than assuming one choice accomplishes both. Retain any confirmation number and copies of the choices you made.

The separate footer form is labeled Do Not Sell. It still displayed birth-date and photo-ID prompts during our inspection. Do not treat that appearance as proof that every field is mandatory for every request type; no validation or completed submission was tested.

Handle the policy and form mismatch carefully

Allant's policy lists full name, address, phone and email for a sale-sharing opt-out. Its deletion section adds a government-issued ID showing name and address. Its specific-information access section describes further birth-date and selfie requirements. These are the provider's stated procedures, not a finding that every listed requirement is legally necessary.

Because the hosted forms display a broader set of prompts, ask privacy@allantgroup.com or the published phone number which fields apply to your selected right. Ask whether a document-free matching route is available for that request, and how any required document should be transferred securely. Do not email a full ID merely because a blank portal contains an upload label.

If a document is genuinely requested, clarify which details must remain visible and whether irrelevant information can be masked. Do not alter the details needed to verify the request without discussing that with the provider. Never include account passwords, financial credentials or unrelated family records.

The distinction between service onboarding and broker verification is covered in our data removal identity-verification guide. A service may require a basic matching profile while a particular broker asks for additional proof later. Those are different decisions about disclosure.

Email, telephone and authorized agents

The policy explicitly lists email and telephone as ways to exercise privacy rights. Use the published address or number, identify Allant Group and name the action you want. Ask for the next verification step if necessary. A contact request is not a final deletion result, so keep a record of the answer.

If you call, note the date, request type and any case reference. Ask how to receive the outcome in writing. Do not assume a conversation with a general sales contact has entered the privacy team's workflow.

Allant says an agent needs written authorization signed by the consumer, plus the identity evidence applicable to the request. The general form's acknowledgment refers to the individual submitting it. An agent should confirm the appropriate route rather than sign a declaration that inaccurately describes their role.

A marketing message may concern data passed to a client. Allant's policy says its clients determine how shared personal information is processed. Ask which records the response covers and whether another organization requires a separate request. Shared marketing relationships are not proof of one universal deletion process.

What to expect after submission

Allant says that if it cannot verify your identity or determine which information relates to you, it may be unable to comply. Its policy says it will notify you within ten days if it cannot fulfill the request, including the reason. That is a stated notification condition, not a guaranteed ten-day deletion period.

The policy also publishes past-year request counts and response statistics. Those are historical aggregate disclosures. They should not be used to predict your completion date or claim that your record was successfully removed within a few hours.

Track acknowledgment, verification and final disposition separately. If a reply says no matching record was found, review the identifiers you supplied. If it cites an exception, ask what category remains and why. If a response does not address every action, follow up on the same case with the missing question.

No universal current completion deadline was established by our blank-form inspection. Follow the provider's stated case window and applicable notice, and keep its written response. This guide explains the published process rather than providing individual legal guidance or promising an outcome.

Reappearance and other marketing records

Allant describes receiving data from brokers, clients, public records and service providers. That makes source scope important: stopping one company's sharing does not automatically erase upstream records or every recipient's existing copy. Freshly supplied data and identity variations may also need later attention.

A related marketing supplier may have a different route. Data Axle and Claritas each have their own guide. Use those only when relevant to an actual exposure or identified source, rather than sending unnecessary information everywhere.

For visible people-search records, you can run a free data broker scan. Its findings can help prioritize public listings, but cannot certify that Allant has no internal marketing data. Before paying for help, check the provider's specific coverage and how it handles requests requiring your participation.

Frequently asked questions

Is Allant the same as Alliant?

This guide concerns Allant Group and allantgroup.com. Alliant has a separate guide and request process. Confirm the exact company on your correspondence and official policy before submitting anything.

Must I upload an ID for a sale opt-out?

The policy and visible portal prompts differ. The policy's sale-sharing list does not include ID, while the inspected forms display an upload area. Ask the privacy team to confirm the minimum requirement for your request; we did not test mandatory-field enforcement.

Does the dedicated Do Not Sell form also delete data?

Its label identifies a sale opt-out. The general portal separately offers deletion. Make your intended action explicit and ask how to record both if you want both outcomes.

Can I use email instead of OneTrust?

Yes. The policy lists privacy@allantgroup.com and 800-367-7311 as alternatives.

Verification can still apply. Begin with the request and ask how to provide any additional evidence safely.

Do the published response statistics apply to my case?

No. Past-year averages and medians summarize other requests. Your matching, verification, exceptions and correspondence may differ. Keep the actual case response as evidence.

Does an Allant response cover clients that already received data?

Do not assume that. The policy distinguishes Allant's data and client processing. Ask about scope and contact another controller when it holds its own copy or sends the marketing you want to stop.
