US Marketing Group Opt Out: Deletion and Privacy Requests
Request US Marketing Group deletion or a sale opt-out using its privacy contacts. Check verification options, response timing and third-party limits.

To opt out of US Marketing Group, use the privacy-request options in its official policy, including privacy@usmarketinggrp.com and 866-581-4810, extension 102. State whether you want to stop sale or sharing, request deletion, or withdraw marketing permission.
The policy identifies the company as BH Marketing Group, LLC doing business as US Marketing Group. Verification can apply to access and deletion requests, and a request to this company does not automatically remove copies held by every marketing partner.
We inspected the policy and its public request fields on November 4, 2026. We did not send a request, call the company or submit personal information. The following instructions separate the privacy route from forms used to collect new marketing leads.
Start with the privacy policy, not a quote form

The official US Marketing Group policy names the controller and explains the request methods. Its footer links CCPA – Do Not Sell My Info to a section of that policy. A general lead or quote form can carry permission for marketing contact, so it is not an interchangeable way to request deletion.
| What you want | How to describe it | What to confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Stop sale or sharing | Request an opt-out of sale or sharing of your personal information | Which records and future uses are restricted |
| Delete records | Request deletion of personal information the company holds about you | Matching, verification and any retained exceptions |
| Stop marketing contact | Withdraw the relevant marketing permission and identify the channel | Whether third-party senders need separate requests |
| Access or correct information | State the specific right and relevant record | Required verification and response scope |
The policy contains several state-specific passages. Use your actual residence and ask which process applies to your request. This guide describes the company's published routes; it does not validate every legal statement in the policy or give individual legal guidance.
The opt-out guides hub lists other controller-specific workflows. Similar business names are not enough to establish a shared database or a shared removal process.
Prepare a clear request
For an email request, type privacy@usmarketinggrp.com carefully. During our inspection, the page contained both working mail links and a link that resolved as a website path. The visible published address is therefore more dependable than assuming every repeated link opens an email client correctly.
State that the request concerns BH Marketing Group doing business as US Marketing Group. Identify the action you want and the contact information relevant to the record. If your concern is a particular marketing message, include enough context to identify it without forwarding unrelated personal correspondence.
- Identify the company and the privacy action you want.
- Give accurate matching information relevant to the record or message.
- Separate deletion from stopping sale, sharing or marketing contact.
- Ask how to supply any additional verification securely.
- Keep your sent request and the company's reply together.
The policy page also displayed a request form with first name, last name, full address, phone, email and message fields, plus an anti-abuse check. We inspected it without submitting. Read the nearby text and required markers before using it; do not assume that an ordinary sales form elsewhere on the site serves the same purpose.
If you call 866-581-4810, extension 102, explain that you are making a privacy request. Record the date and any reference number, and ask how you will receive a written response. A conversation or sent email establishes an attempt, not completed deletion.
Understand verification before sending documents
For access, portability and deletion, the policy says the company must verify identity or authority and confirm that the information relates to the requester. It describes two approaches: a legible government-issued photo ID, or at least three specific data points the company already maintains. It says additional points and possibly a signed affidavit may be needed.
That is a provider description of verification, not a reason to attach a full ID to your first message. Ask which option applies to your request and what information is already available for matching. If using a document, confirm the transfer method and whether unnecessary details can be masked without defeating the verification purpose.
Do not send passwords, banking credentials or an unrelated family member's documents. A request should disclose only what is relevant to identifying and processing the case. The company's policy says it uses information supplied for a verifiable request to establish identity or authority.
The policy says an account is not required for a verifiable request. It also distinguishes an authorized representative from an unrelated third party. If someone acts for you, ask how the privacy team verifies their permission rather than having them present themselves as you.
For buying decisions around help with these steps, our identity-verification guide explains why basic service onboarding and a broker's later verification are separate stages. A removal subscription does not guarantee that no follow-up will ever be needed.
Timing and follow-up
The policy says it generally confirms receipt within ten days and fulfills a request within 45 days, with up to 90 days if it explains why more time is needed. Treat those as the company's conditional statement for its described process, not a promise that every record is gone on day 45.
The page also publishes past-year request metrics. Historical totals and averages are not proof of an individual result and are not necessary to submit your request. Use the response to your case to understand what was found, what action was taken and whether any exception remains.
Keep three milestones separate: acknowledgment, completion of verification and final disposition. If you have no acknowledgment after the stated period, follow up through the official channel. If the company requests clarification, respond on the same case and retain the new date.
Ask for an explanation if it cannot comply, including whether the issue is a missing match, authority, an exception or incomplete verification. Repeatedly starting new cases can make the history harder to understand. A concise follow-up that names the original request is usually a clearer record of what remains unanswered.
What deletion and marketing withdrawal do not cover
The policy describes information coming from marketers, clients, website activity, data suppliers and other sources. It also describes sharing with partners and service providers. A request to US Marketing Group should not be represented as a command that deletes every independent recipient's records.
If another company continues to send messages, identify that sender and review its own privacy contact. You may need a separate request addressing its records or consent history. The Buyerlink guide covers one distinct lead-data workflow, while eLocal's guide explains another. Use them only when those companies are actually relevant.
A retained compliance record can also differ from an active marketing profile. The policy describes exceptions to deletion and retention related to obligations or consent records. If a response is qualified, ask what remains and for what purpose rather than assuming either complete erasure or complete failure.
New lead forms can create new permissions or records. Read the terms before submitting another quote request and avoid using such a form to chase a privacy response. A privacy email is not the same action as requesting a new marketing offer.
Check wider exposure separately
Keep a dated record of later marketing and public listings. A new message is a useful lead for investigation, but it does not identify the source by itself. Separate phone, email, postal and public-directory concerns so you can choose the right follow-up.
The guide to removing yourself from data brokers explains how to organize requests across providers. For public people-search listings, you can run a free data broker scan. It helps discover possible exposure, but does not certify that US Marketing Group holds no internal records or has completed a request.
If you want paid help, verify specific coverage and whether the service assists with identity checks. Compare the work it performs with the manual process you can complete yourself. Do not assume a general broker-count claim includes every lead company or every right described here.
Frequently asked questions
Is BH Marketing Group a separate request target?
The policy identifies BH Marketing Group, LLC doing business as US Marketing Group. Name both in your request if helpful. This guide treats that named controller as one workflow, without claiming unrelated similarly named businesses are covered.
Do I need an account to request deletion?
The policy says a verifiable request does not require an account. Matching and verification can still apply. Use the privacy contact rather than opening an account or entering a lead form unnecessarily.
Must I send government ID first?
The policy describes an ID option and an alternative involving data points already held, with possible further checks. Ask which applies and how to provide it securely. Do not attach a document before understanding its purpose.
What if clicking the email address opens a broken page?
Type the published privacy@usmarketinggrp.com address into your email client. We observed inconsistent links on the policy page. Recheck the current official policy before sending if the contact details change.
Does unsubscribing from one email delete all my data?
Do not assume that. A channel-specific unsubscribe, withdrawal of marketing permission, sale opt-out and deletion can have different scopes. State the actions you want and check the written response.
Can another marketer keep contacting me afterward?
A separate recipient may hold its own copy or permission. Identify the actual sender and request action from that company where appropriate. US Marketing Group's response is evidence about its stated scope, not every organization online.
