Use Dynata’s official no-contact numbers and privacy email. Separate survey-call suppression, panel accounts and personal-data deletion requests.

To opt out of Dynata survey calls, its official no-contact page lists 1-833-757-1746 within North America and 1-801-341-0764 outside North America. For personal-data access, deletion or other privacy requests, use the privacy contact listed in its policy, including privacy@dynata.com for Dynata LLC. Stopping calls and deleting personal data have different scopes, so state both goals if both matter to you.

Dynata opt out: calls, accounts or personal data?

Dynata's public no-contact page and global privacy notice were checked on September 29, 2026. The no-contact route addresses future survey phone calls. The privacy notice covers a broader set of relationships, including business contacts and services. A panel account can also have its own preferences and applicable notice.

Use the numbers on the official Called By Dynata page, rather than a number supplied by an unexpected caller. Caller identification alone cannot establish who is contacting you. You can initiate your own contact through the verified page without continuing an unwanted survey conversation.

How to request no further survey calls

The page publishes a no-contact phone route but does not display a universal completion deadline or a step-by-step recording transcript. The instructions below therefore explain how to prepare and document the request without inventing prompts that were not observed.

  • Open the official no-contact page and verify the number for your location.
  • Call the relevant no-contact number when you are ready to provide the number receiving survey calls.
  • Follow the current instructions and make clear which telephone number should be suppressed from future survey contact.
  • Record the date and any confirmation or reference supplied. Ask when the request should take effect if you speak with a representative.
  • If calls continue, use the official enquiry route and reference the earlier request, including dates and the affected number.

A no-contact list needs enough information to recognize the number that should not be called. This means a limited suppression record can serve the purpose of your request. Asking for all identifying information to disappear without clarifying that you also want no further calls may create an avoidable scope question. Ask how Dynata records and honors your preference.

How to request deletion or access

The Dynata privacy notice lists privacy@dynata.com for Dynata LLC and privacy@researchnow.com for Dynata Global UK Limited.

It invites people to use those contacts to exercise rights, object to certain uses or raise a privacy complaint. Choose the contact relevant to the relationship described in the current notice; if unsure, ask the privacy team to route it.

Explain whether the request concerns survey calls, a panel membership, a business relationship or another interaction. Provide the contact detail that would identify that relationship, such as the receiving number or account email.

State whether you want access, correction, deletion, an objection to processing or consent withdrawal. These terms can produce different responses, so avoid relying only on the word “unsubscribe.”

A useful initial message asks the team to confirm what it needs to locate the record and which actions it can take. Attach only relevant evidence through an appropriate channel. You should not need to disclose a password, banking credentials or a large collection of unrelated documents simply to ask where a privacy request belongs.

If you have a panel account, check its privacy settings and notice as well. Closing the account may affect access to rewards or history under that panel's terms. The global notice's direction to change account preferences does not establish one identical closure process for every Dynata-associated panel.

What should happen after you ask?

The privacy notice describes rights subject to applicable law and explains that some rights can be limited. It also describes retention considerations, including the relationship, possible re-enrolment and legal obligations. It does not establish one fixed deletion deadline for every request covered by this guide.

Ask for acknowledgement, the relevant response period and any verification steps. The team needs to distinguish your record from someone else's before disclosing or changing it. Use the official contact again if a message asks for surprising information, and request a secure method for any necessary identity evidence.

Keep the no-contact request and data request as two entries if you made both. A telephone suppression confirmation does not answer whether survey responses or business records were deleted. A privacy response may explain that some information remains for a permitted purpose. Read the scope before marking the whole process complete.

Why calls or other exposure may continue

A later call can have several explanations: the no-contact instruction may still be processing, another number may be associated with you, or the caller may be a different organization. Record the date and claimed company without providing new sensitive information during the call. Share those details through the official enquiry channel if you need Dynata to investigate.

Data can also be collected through a new panel enrolment, a new interaction or a different organization. Review invitations and participation choices before creating another research relationship. Website cookie preferences apply to their own browser context; changing them does not replace a phone no-contact request.

Our Cint guide and GWI guide cover other research workflows where the panel relationship or survey identifier matters. Use them when the provider actually appears in your records. Their presence here does not mean either company received your information from Dynata.

For public broker exposure beyond research calls, use the data-broker opt-out list and opt-out topic hub. The broader data-broker removal process helps organize follow-ups. A free privacy scan can identify supported public listings, but it cannot verify membership of Dynata's internal no-contact list.

Dynata opt-out FAQ

Which Dynata number is for opting out?

The official page identifies 1-833-757-1746 within North America and 1-801-341-0764 outside North America for the no-contact list. Its enquiry numbers are different. Check the page again before calling because contact details can change.

Can I use the privacy email instead?

The policy's privacy contacts are appropriate for personal-data rights and questions. For survey-call suppression, the dedicated no-contact route is the clearest published starting point. If you email, identify the affected number and explicitly ask how the no-contact preference will be recorded.

Does opting out cost money?

The no-contact page does not advertise a removal fee. Telephone charges can depend on your location and calling plan, especially for an international number. There is no reason to purchase a data-removal subscription simply to use Dynata's published no-contact route.

Is call blocking enough?

Blocking a number on your device can reduce interruptions from that number. It does not itself notify Dynata of a no-contact preference or request deletion. Use the provider route if you want the organization to record your choice too.

Were these removal steps tested with a real request?

The official pages and contact instructions were inspected publicly. No call, consumer email, panel closure or deletion request was made for this article. Request processing and final outcomes therefore remain matters for Dynata to confirm to the individual requester.
