Explorium Opt Out Guide: Form Fields and Data Removal
Use Explorium’s official opt-out form with the correct matching details. Learn about required fields, verification and customer-data limitations.

To opt out of Explorium's enrichment of your personal information, use its official Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page and complete the Privacy Request Form. The inspected form asks for your name, email, residence country, street address and ZIP code; phone is optional. Other rights, including access or correction, are directed to privacy@explorium.ai.
This Explorium opt out guide follows the public request page and platform privacy policy checked October 9, 2026. We inspected the form without entering personal information or submitting it. Availability of a form does not establish a completed request, successful identity verification or guaranteed removal.

What does the Explorium opt-out cover?
Explorium describes an external-data platform supplying information about businesses and professionals to customers. Its request page calls this Enrichment Data. It acknowledges that professional and publicly available information can still be personal information under some privacy laws.
The same page distinguishes Enrichment Data from Customer End User Data supplied by customers and usage information about customer representatives. A request to stop enrichment is therefore not automatically a request to delete every original customer record or close a subscriber account.
| Your goal | Official route | Important limit |
|---|---|---|
| Opt out of enrichment involving your personal data | Privacy Request Form on the opt-out page | Applies to the described processing and relevant rights |
| Ask for access or correction | privacy@explorium.ai | Verification and applicable exceptions can affect the response |
| Address customer-supplied information | Relevant customer, with Explorium clarification as needed | Customer-controlled originals can remain separate |
| Change website tracking preferences | Current website privacy controls | Browser choices do not prove enrichment-record removal |
The data broker directory helps track other providers independently. Avoid treating professional-data enrichment, advertising-cookie settings and a customer's contact list as one interchangeable database.
How do you complete the public request form?
Open the official Explorium opt-out page and read the explanation above the form. Scroll to Privacy Request Form rather than using the site's demo, sales-contact or newsletter forms. The designated request page explains why it asks for matching information.
- Enter your first and last name as relevant to the personal information involved.
- Supply the email address requested by the form and an optional phone number only if appropriate.
- Select your actual country of residence.
- Complete the starred street-address and ZIP-code fields shown in the inspected form.
- Review the page's scope and current submission instructions, then submit your own request if the information is accurate.
- Keep the submission date and any confirmation, reference number or subsequent verification message you receive.
The browser inspection showed required name, email, country, street-address and ZIP inputs; phone was not marked required. Field labels and conditional controls can change, so follow the live page rather than treating this list as a permanent interface contract.
We did not submit the form and cannot promise a particular success message, email-link sequence or case-number format. If a required field does not fit your situation, ask the listed privacy contact how to proceed. Do not invent an address or choose a different country to fit a form.
How should you handle matching and other rights?
The request page says it may obtain additional information to validate and process a request. A completed form is only the first step if the provider needs to distinguish your record from another person's. Keep the details consistent with the information that actually concerns you.
When you want access or correction
The page explicitly directs other data-subject rights, such as access and correction, to privacy@explorium.ai. Explain which action you want and which record or field is involved. A request to correct an employer association does not necessarily ask the provider to stop every form of processing.
When your record uses old details
Identify the old work email, employer or other relevant association in a follow-up if matching fails. Distinguish that record from the contact address where you want the response sent. You do not need to claim control of an old mailbox that you can no longer access; explain the situation and ask for the available verification method.
When a representative acts for you
The platform policy discusses authorized-agent requests and verification of identity or permission in its California section. The inspected public form did not establish a complete separate agent interface. An authorized representative should ask how to provide the required authority rather than submit a request under a false identity.
Use the manual broker-removal guide to keep the initial form request and later email clarification connected. A correction, access response and enrichment opt-out should each have a clear recorded outcome.
What geography, verification and timing limits apply?
The opt-out page names California, Colorado, Virginia and Connecticut in its United States explanation and describes deletion rights for EEA residents. The form's country list is much broader. A selectable country is not proof that all legal rights and outcomes are identical everywhere, and the named states should not be read as a complete legal survey.
Use your real residence and ask the privacy team how the process applies to your case. This guide reports the provider's current instructions; it does not determine which law grants an individual a particular right. The page's jurisdiction wording also does not justify changing your location to unlock an option.
Explorium says it processes requests after determining validity and obtaining the information needed, within the time required by applicable law. It says it will notify you through your preferred contact method if it cannot process a request. The source does not support a single guaranteed number of days for every enrichment opt-out.
If more information is requested, ask what is missing and why it is needed. Provide necessary verification through the official process and retain the explanation. An email acknowledging receipt should not be recorded as proof that the enrichment restriction has taken effect.
If you have no confirmation, check whether the form displayed an error and whether any verification message arrived. Avoid repeated submissions with different addresses until you understand whether the first request was received. A concise follow-up with the original date and relevant matching details gives the privacy team a clearer case history.
What remains outside the form's scope?
The request page explicitly says the form does not affect sharing outside the described sale or deletion scope, processing subject to exemptions, or United States enrichment with information not considered personal information under the relevant law. Those are provider-stated boundaries, not reasons to assume a request will always be refused.
The platform policy also describes Explorium acting as a processor for Customer End User Data received from a customer. If a company supplied your information through its own service, ask that company about its record and any instructions to Explorium. A response about enrichment does not prove the customer's original account, transaction or CRM entry was erased.
Public business information and personal information can overlap without being identical. Identify the facts about you instead of demanding removal of an entire business record. If a source website contains an outdated professional biography, correcting that source can be a separate useful action.
The Clearbit opt-out guide and People Data Labs removal guide describe other enrichment-related request paths. These links do not assert that either company supplied your Explorium record or that a request to one is automatically forwarded to the other.
How do you verify progress and reappearance?
Look for a final response describing the information matched and the action applied. If you requested an opt-out but received an access report, ask whether the restriction was handled too. If Explorium explains that a customer controls the information, keep that explanation and contact the identified organization separately.
There may be no public listing to revisit. In that case, preserve the provider's response and any relevant reference you already hold. A lack of search-engine results does not prove that a private enrichment record never existed, and an old customer email does not prove that a later opt-out failed.
If you later encounter a new record, compare its identifiers with those used in the request. A new employer or email can affect matching; an independently maintained customer copy can also explain continued contact. Ask whether the previous restriction covers the new information and what further action is appropriate.
The opt-out topic hub helps organize further requests. A free exposure scan can identify some public listings, while Explorium's written response addresses its own processing. Neither substitutes for asking a separate customer about the data that customer controls.
Frequently asked questions
Is a phone number required in the Explorium form?
The inspected form marked first name, last name, email, residence country, street address and ZIP as required. Phone was optional. Recheck the live form because its fields and conditional requirements can change.
Can I use the form to correct inaccurate information?
The request page directs other rights, including correction and access, to privacy@explorium.ai. Use that route to describe the inaccurate field and the change you want, and ask how it relates to any opt-out already submitted.
Does choosing my country guarantee eligibility?
No. The country selector collects residence information; it does not establish identical rights for every location. Use accurate information and ask the provider to explain the applicable process rather than selecting a different country.
Will the request remove information from a customer's CRM?
The sources do not establish that outcome. Customer-supplied data and enrichment are distinct, and the customer can control its own originals. Contact that business if its records or outreach are part of your concern.
Does an acknowledgement mean the opt-out is complete?
An acknowledgement establishes receipt at most. Verification, matching and processing can still be pending. Keep the final response that explains the action taken and any limitations or retained information.
