Intentsify Opt Out: Request Deletion or Stop Data Sharing
Use Intentsify's consumer form to request deletion, stop sale or sharing, or limit targeted advertising. Follow the verified steps and track your request.

To opt out of Intentsify, use its official consumer request form and choose whether to stop sale or sharing, stop targeted-advertising processing, or request deletion. Enter your current email, name, and country of residence, then confirm your authority to act. Intentsify may contact you to verify identity or clarify the request before fulfilling it.
We inspected the public form and consumer privacy policy on October 2, 2026. No request was submitted and no removal result was measured. The steps below describe Intentsify's own consumer process, including its limits and the distinction between a deletion request and an advertising preference.

Which Intentsify request matches your goal?
The official request form uses one request dropdown for five different outcomes. Select the option that expresses what you want changed. A request to learn what data exists is not the same as a request to delete it, and a sale restriction does not necessarily erase every retained record.
| Goal | Request category | What to track afterward |
|---|---|---|
| Stop sale or sharing | Sale/sharing opt-out | Confirmation of the restriction and its scope |
| Limit advertising use | Targeted-advertising restriction | The processing preference applied to your record |
| Remove information | Deletion or erasure | Deletion or deidentification, with any exceptions explained |
| Fix incorrect information | Correction or rectification | The field corrected and the identity matched |
| Understand the record | Access to personal information | Verification and the information supplied |
The consumer policy covers interactions such as lead-generation forms, relevant websites, and platforms integrating Intentsify's services. Professional details and engagement information can be involved. A cookie preference alone is not a reliable substitute for a request about a named professional record.
How to complete the current consumer form
1. Use the provider's request page
Open the form from Intentsify's consumer policy or the direct link above. The page introduces the process as control over your privacy and asks for a current email address and full name. It also offers a downloadable postal form; use that provider-linked document if you prefer mail rather than inventing a mailing address from a sales page.
Before typing, decide which outcome matters most. The observed dropdown accepts one request type at a time. If you want both deletion and a sale restriction, keep track of each request or ask the privacy team how it will handle both outcomes. Do not assume choosing one automatically completes every other right.
2. Enter the matching details
The visible required inputs are email, first name, last name, country of residence, and request type. There is also a separate email field for an authorized third party or proxy. Use a mailbox you control so you can receive questions about the request.
Country selection should reflect your actual residence. The policy distinguishes regional rights and response rules; choosing another country is not a valid shortcut to a different outcome. If a professional profile uses an old address, explain that mismatch through the official follow-up process rather than supplying an email you cannot access.
3. Review the declaration before submitting
The declaration asks you to confirm that the information is accurate and that you act for yourself or with authorization. It also warns that Intentsify can contact the named person and require additional information to validate the request. Read it before using Submit.
We observed the initial page, including its security-verification integration. We did not submit identifiers, complete a consumer verification challenge, or see a final confirmation screen. If the form cannot load, the policy also lists +1-781-708-8902 for requests to know, correct, or delete.
- Record the selected request type and submission date.
- Keep the confirmation or reference number, if one is issued.
- Watch the supplied mailbox for identity or matching questions.
- Save the final response separately from the initial acknowledgment.
What happens after the request reaches Intentsify?
The California process in the policy describes confirmation of receipt within ten business days. If no confirmation arrives in that period, it directs consumers to privacy@intentsify.io. An acknowledgment means the request was received; it is not proof that deletion or a sale restriction has already taken effect.
That policy describes a response to a verified consumer request within 45 days, with additional time when allowed and explained. Its EU and UK section describes a response within one month, potentially extended in specified circumstances. These are provider-stated procedures, not turnaround times tested by CrabClear or a universal deadline for every reader.
Intentsify may need information to distinguish your record or validate an agent. Answer the specific question through an official channel and avoid sending unrelated identity documents preemptively. If a document is requested, ask why it is necessary and how to provide it securely.
If the request is denied or only partly fulfilled, retain the explanation. Identify whether the problem was verification, a scope mismatch, or a stated retention exception before repeating the form. A correction to the matching details can be more useful than submitting the same incomplete request again.
How does this relate to 5x5 Data and Salutary Data?
Intentsify's acquisition announcement identifies its ownership of Salutary Data following Five by Five. Corporate ownership is relevant context, but it does not establish that one consumer request covers every separately operated database or request endpoint.
The 5x5 Data opt-out guide points to that provider's own consumer form. The Salutary Data guide explains its separate professional-data form and contact routes. This article addresses the direct Intentsify form and the engagement information described in its own consumer policy.
If your evidence names one of those businesses, start with the corresponding request and ask whether the response covers any related systems. Do not treat a parent-company name as proof of group-wide deletion. Conversely, avoid repeatedly submitting the same request to different brands when a response already clearly identifies the records covered.
What deletion and advertising controls do not promise
The policy lists circumstances in which information may be retained, including security, legal compliance, and other permitted purposes. It describes deleting or deidentifying information outside applicable exceptions. That is narrower than a promise to erase every historical copy, source record, or lawful business record immediately.
An email unsubscribe changes communications from that sender. Browser signals and cookie controls concern associated advertising activity. The consumer form addresses requests matched to a person. These tools can be complementary, so keep evidence of which action you used and what the provider says it changed.
Information supplied to another website, event organizer, or business may remain with that organization even after Intentsify responds. If unwanted outreach continues, identify the actual sender and source before attributing it to a failed Intentsify request. Our data-broker removal guide explains how to follow those separate records.
How to follow up and check for new exposure
Keep a short log with the provider, request type, date, identifiers used, and response. If a later exposure involves a new work email or employer, explain the connection to the earlier record. New data can complicate matching even when a provider has honored a previous preference.
There is no public lookup in the inspected form that proves every internal record is gone. A response from the privacy team is therefore more useful than treating a lack of search results as definitive evidence. Check any visible profile or message source separately and retain its URL or date.
For broader exposure, a free privacy scan can help identify supported sources to investigate. It does not audit Intentsify's private systems. Use the opt-out guide hub and the data-broker directory to choose additional requests based on actual evidence rather than sending sensitive information indiscriminately.
Frequently asked questions
Does selecting deletion also stop targeted advertising?
The form lists them as separate request choices. Deletion can affect the information used, but the observed page does not promise that one selection satisfies every preference. Ask for confirmation of both outcomes if both matter to you.
Can I use the form without buying a product?
Yes, the public consumer page is accessible without a customer login. Its presence does not prove the company has your information; it provides a way to make the request and establish the appropriate response.
Can an authorized agent submit for me?
The form includes a proxy email field and an authorization declaration. Intentsify may verify the named person's identity and the agent's authority. The declaration is not permission to submit someone else's information without authorization.
Is the ten-business-day acknowledgment a removal deadline?
No. The policy separates acknowledging receipt from responding to the request. Keep both messages, and evaluate the final response for the actual action and exceptions rather than marking the request complete when it is first acknowledged.
Does this delete the original information from public websites?
No. A provider request addresses that provider's handling of information. Source websites, employers, publishers, and other organizations can hold separate copies. Contact the responsible source when the original exposure itself needs to change.
