JMR Media Opt Out: Sale, Sharing and Deletion Requests
Use JMR Media’s privacy request form for sale opt-out or deletion. Learn which fields to provide, how postal requests differ and what to verify next.

To opt out of JMR Media, open its official Privacy Request Form, enter your name, email and state, and select the relevant privacy right. The form asks you to submit a separate request for each right. If you want both sale/sharing opt-out and deletion, keep separate records for those actions.
JMR Media's published services involve consumer and business audiences, email campaigns and postal marketing. You do not need to find a public people-search profile before using its privacy process. Focus on the contact details and processing that concern you.
- Open the official JMR Media privacy form.
- Provide name, email and actual state of residence.
- Include postal details when the request concerns postal marketing.
- Submit separately for each right you want to exercise.
- Keep each request record and follow up through the privacy channel.
Select one request at a time
| Your goal | Form choice or route | Detail to include |
|---|---|---|
| Stop sale or sharing | Opt out of sale/share | The contact identifiers you want covered |
| Request deletion | Right to delete | Relevant name and email; postal details when applicable |
| Ask what is collected | Right to know | A clear description of the relationship or concern |
| Correct information | Correct inaccurate personal information | Which detail is wrong and what should replace it |
| Limit sensitive-information use | Limit-use choice | The processing you are asking about |
Use the official JMR Media form, linked from its privacy notice. Its label covers more than sale opt-out. The choices include access, deletion, correction and limiting sensitive-information use, so read the selection rather than relying on the page address.
Fill in the required identity fields

Our November 2, 2026 inspection found first name, last name, email address and state of residence as required fields. A separate instruction asks for postal address, city and ZIP when the request relates to postal marketing. Give the actual state and information associated with the contact you are addressing.
For an email-only concern, do not assume that a full postal address is always necessary. For direct mail, leaving out the mailing information may make the relevant record harder to identify. The form's conditional instruction helps you avoid both under-identifying the record and providing unrelated details.
The page includes a security-verification step. Complete it yourself if making a real request. We inspected the unfilled public form without entering personal information or submitting anything, so we cannot describe a confirmation screen or later verification exchange as tested.
Keep sale opt-out and deletion separate
The form expressly asks for a separate submission for each right. If both actions matter, record which submission requested sale/sharing opt-out and which requested deletion. A response to one should not silently close the other in your own tracking log.
The privacy notice also lists 1-888-831-6911 and privacy@jmr-media.com. The online form or published privacy phone route is the clearest starting point for rights requests. Use the privacy email for questions or to clarify an unresolved response; avoid the sales contact for sensitive identity details.
You are not required to create an account according to the notice. If an unexpected page asks you to purchase marketing data or open a commercial customer account, return to the official privacy link and check that you are on the intended route.
Ask what records the response actually covers
JMR Media's notice describes handling vendor-provided information and passing files to clients. Its marketing pages describe audience and campaign services. Neither description establishes that one request erases every supplier's original file or each client's retained copy.
Ask which identifiers were searched and which actions were applied to records JMR Media controls. If the company says another organization is responsible, request the name or route needed for your next step. Preserve a copy of the response rather than assuming a no-match message resolves the wider exposure.
For another marketing-data provider, use the Malvern Media guide. For records tied to a separate list company, the TelephoneLists.biz guide explains its own process. These are independent requests, not interchangeable forms.
Verification and response timing
The notice says identity verification occurs before processing. Use the information tied to the actual record and respond through the official channel. If acting as an agent, ask what proof of authority is needed rather than submitting as though you were the individual.
The general request section refers to timeframes required by applicable law. Regional appeal provisions differ, and those appeal periods should not be presented as a universal initial deletion deadline. Ask for the response window applicable to your request, including any extension notice.
The notice contains historical request metrics with an example-data qualification. We did not use those figures as evidence of actual success rates or expected completion. A published count is not a substitute for a confirmation addressing your identifiers and selected action.
Follow up on continuing marketing
If unwanted mail or email continues, keep the sender, date and contact identifier. Determine whether the sender is JMR Media, a campaign client or another company. A marketing unsubscribe can address that sender's messages while the broader privacy request remains a separate task.
New list deliveries, another vendor or changed contact details can produce later exposure. Ask how JMR Media handles suppression and changed identifiers. Do not assume that a first confirmation guarantees permanent absence from every audience list.
The Data Axle guide covers a separate large marketing-data source. Browse the opt-out guide hub or data broker directory when you know the name of another provider that needs attention.
A free privacy scan can help identify supported public contact exposures. It is not a direct search of all private campaign files, and a clean scan cannot certify the outcome of a JMR Media request.
Use a short, specific follow-up
For a delayed or unclear JMR Media response, reference the date and right selected in each submission. Ask whether identity verification is outstanding, which contact details were matched and whether the action is complete. If postal marketing prompted the request, identify the mailing address already supplied rather than sending unrelated financial or household records.
If a client or vendor is named in the answer, record that organization separately. Ask whether JMR Media forwarded the request or whether you need to contact the recipient yourself. Those are different next steps. Keep the original response so you can explain the relationship without resending every personal detail to a new contact or assuming responsibility transferred automatically.
Frequently asked questions
Can I request two rights in one submission?
The inspected form instructs users to submit separately for each right. Keep distinct records if you want both deletion and sale/sharing opt-out.
Is a mailing address always required?
The form specifically asks for postal address, city and ZIP when the request concerns postal marketing. Name, email and state are the visible required identity fields in the initial form.
Do I need a public profile link?
The inspected form does not ask for one. Match the request to your contact information and explain the relevant processing if the company needs clarification.
Does a no-match response cover every campaign vendor?
No. Ask what JMR Media checked and contact separately identified vendors or recipients when necessary. One company's response does not establish the state of another company's records.
Sources and verification
JMR Media's official Privacy Request Form and privacy notice checked November 2, 2026, with browser evidence of fields and request choices. No consumer submission or completed deletion was tested.
