To opt out of LeadFuze, open its official opt-out page, select your country of residence, and choose Do Not Sell My Information or Delete My Information. Complete the required matching fields. The form says US sale opt-out and deletion requests receive an email confirmation link; other requests go to the privacy team for review.

This LeadFuze opt out guide is based on the live form and privacy policy checked October 5, 2026. No request was submitted. The policy describes suppressing verified professional profiles from future licensing and enrichment outputs. That is the supported scope; it is not a guarantee that every customer copy or public source disappears.

Which request type fits your goal?

LeadFuze's form provides three request choices. They are related, but they do not mean the same thing. Choose the outcome you want and keep a record of that choice. If you need more than one action, ask the privacy team whether separate requests are necessary rather than assuming a single selection silently covers everything.

The official policy describes a professional-profile opt-out from its Identity Graph. Account cancellation and removal of a database profile are different tasks. A person who never bought the service can still use the consumer request page.

For requests to other data providers, start with the opt-out guide hub. It helps keep each provider's form, confirmation, and outcome separate.

How do you complete the LeadFuze form?

Choose the correct country and role

Open the LeadFuze opt-out page. The country selector offers United States and Outside the United States. Choose your actual residence.

The screen also offers Consumer, Business Contact, and Authorized Agent roles. An agent should have authority to act; do not use that role simply to avoid verifying your own request.

Country matters because the screen explicitly distinguishes the email-confirmation path for US sale opt-out and deletion requests. Other requests are reviewed by the privacy team. That does not tell us how every international request is verified or when it completes.

Supply the matching fields

At inspection, the form required country, first name, last name, email address, street address, and city. Phone number, state or province, and ZIP or postal code were visible without required attributes in the initial state. Live validation may change as you interact, so follow what the current form actually asks.

This is more information than a simple email-only opt-out. Review the official page and privacy policy before entering it. Use accurate details needed to match your record, and do not include extra phone numbers or addresses solely because optional fields exist.

If you cannot safely complete a required field or it does not fit your record, stop and ask support for the appropriate route. The policy directs removal questions to support at leadfuze.com and its contact form. Do not invent invented identity data to get a request through validation.

Select the right action and submit

Review the request-type selector immediately before submitting. The visible default is the sale opt-out choice. If deletion is what you want, change the selection accordingly. Save a private note of the right selected, country, identifiers, and submission date.

For US Do Not Sell and Delete requests, watch the email address you supplied for the promised confirmation link. Check spam folders as well. Confirm the message belongs to the request you initiated before following it. We inspected the public notice, not an actual confirmation message or completed request.

What happens after verification?

The policy says that, after verification, LeadFuze suppresses the profile from future licensing and enrichment outputs. Ask the final response to state what was suppressed or deleted and which identifiers it covers. This is particularly useful when you have an old employer, multiple work emails, or a changed address.

An acknowledgement does not establish that verification is complete. An email confirmation link does not, by itself, establish the final database result. Keep those stages separate in your notes so a follow-up can identify exactly where the request stopped.

  • Save the original form submission date and selected right.
  • Note whether a confirmation email arrived.
  • Record when you completed the requested verification.
  • Keep any case number or privacy-team reply.
  • Ask for a completion statement and retained-data explanation.

The current form promises prompt handling but gives no fixed universal completion deadline. We do not translate that phrase into a number of days. Older promotional or compliance copy should not override the narrower live workflow without resolving any differences first.

How do you handle missing emails or unclear replies?

If the expected US confirmation does not arrive, check the submitted email spelling and spam folder. Then contact support with the original request date and the selected action. Ask whether the request exists and whether the verification message can be resent. Repeatedly filing new forms may make it harder to track the original request.

For a request assigned to privacy-team review, wait for the actual instructions instead of expecting the same automated link. If support asks for additional identifying details, confirm what is necessary and use the official channel. This guide found no standard requirement to attach an identity document to the initial form.

If a response discusses only an account closure, explain that you requested action on a data profile. If it says no record was found, ask which known identifier was checked. Keep a no-match response as evidence of the provider's answer at that time, rather than proof that no old or variant record could exist.

The LeadIQ removal guide and Apollo removal guide cover related professional-data workflows. Their verification rules do not determine LeadFuze's rules, and a request to one service does not opt you out of the others.

Can your information reappear or remain elsewhere?

Suppression is intended to stop future availability through the provider's outputs. It does not automatically remove the underlying employer website or an independent customer's existing contact list. Those are separate places to investigate if outreach continues after a completion response.

Compare any later record with the original request. A new employer or alternate email can affect matching. Reply to the earlier thread with the new evidence and ask whether it is the same record, a new identifier, or a separate recipient's copy. Avoid treating every later sales email as proof of a failed LeadFuze request.

If an outreach sender identifies another source, investigate that source directly. The People Data Labs guide is useful where that provider is actually involved. The general broker-removal workflow helps organize multiple requests and keep their results distinct.

You can also use a free privacy scan to review broader public exposure. A scan is a starting point for further checks, not proof that a particular LeadFuze request has completed or that every business database is covered.

Frequently asked questions

Is deletion the same as Do Not Sell?

They are separate selections in the live form. Deletion asks for matching information to be removed, while the sale opt-out addresses future sale. The policy describes suppression after verification. Ask the response to clarify the result and any exceptions instead of assuming the choices are identical.

Do I need a paid LeadFuze account?

The verified request page is public and exposes its fields without a paid login. It is intended for privacy requests about personal information. Do not buy a subscription merely to submit this form or assume that account cancellation is the only removal route.

Why does the form ask for my address?

Street address and city are required in the observed initial form, alongside name and email. The guide records that fact without claiming why each field is necessary. If the request seems disproportionate for your record, ask the privacy team about alternatives before entering extra information.

Will I always get a confirmation link?

The page explicitly promises that link for US sale opt-out and deletion requests. It says other requests are reviewed by the privacy team. We did not submit a request, so no later email format, verification method, or completion screen is claimed as tested.

Does opting out stop every sales email?

No universal result is supported. Senders may already hold a copy or use another source. Request a clear LeadFuze completion statement, then contact identified senders separately where needed. Keep evidence so any reappearance can be compared with the original identifiers.
