To opt out of Mobilewalla, open its Global Opt Out Request page and provide your email and a valid Mobile Advertising ID, or MAID. Read the warning before submitting: although the form offers several request types, Mobilewalla says it treats all requests through that form as deletion requests.

We inspected the public form and Business Services Privacy Notice on October 20, 2026. No identifier was entered, no request was submitted and no removal was measured. This guide explains the observed fields and the limitations that matter before you use them.

Understand the form's deletion-only warning

The form displays deletion, sale or sharing opt-out, access or portability, and sensitive-information choices. Its later declaration says Mobilewalla lacks data to verify identity or agent authority in the stated manner, so it treats every selection as deletion. Do not select access expecting that the visible label guarantees a downloadable report.

Form elementWhat it asksLimitation
Request typeSeveral privacy actionsAll treated as deletion by the warning
Email and MAIDContact and matching identifierValid MAID required
Country and stateResidence contextNot proof of equal worldwide rights
Requester roleConsumer or agentTruthful authority declaration required

If your aim is to obtain a copy before deletion, contact privacy@mobilewalla.com for clarification before using this form. State that you are asking how to exercise access without unintentionally initiating deletion. The form's warning is more useful than a third-party guide that only repeats its first set of labels.

The opt-out guide hub contains separate routes for other companies. A device identifier can be used in more than one advertising system. A request to Mobilewalla is not evidence of deletion by every company that has received a related identifier.

Prepare the correct identifier

Distinguish a MAID from other numbers

The official request page asks for a Mobile Advertising ID and links to an explanation. A phone number, device serial number or IMEI is not an interchangeable substitute. Do not enter a guessed value just to get past validation.

We did not verify a universal current operating-system path for retrieving this identifier. Devices and privacy settings differ. Use current official device guidance or ask Mobilewalla how to proceed if the identifier is unavailable. Avoid installing an unfamiliar identifier-finder app merely to complete the form.

Consider changed or unavailable identifiers

If you changed devices or reset an advertising identifier, explain that situation to the privacy contact. A newly available ID should not be assumed to match every older record. Keep any legitimate historical identifier privately if you already have it, but do not recover it through an untrusted service.

Do not enable additional tracking solely to produce an identifier without first asking about alternatives. A browser form that requires a MAID can be unsuitable for someone who cannot access one. An unavailable field is a reason to seek guidance, not to weaken unrelated device protections.

Keep the request focused

Have an email address available for correspondence and identify the relevant device identifier accurately. Do not send location history, a full contact list or unrelated account credentials. The published form asks for specific matching information; additional sensitive material is not a substitute for the requested identifier.

For related concepts, what data brokers collect explains why advertising identifiers and public name-search records need different approaches. A name disappearing from a directory says little about a separate device-based record.

Review and submit the public form

Mobilewalla MAID form and deletion-only warning checked October 20, 2026
Public source checked October 20, 2026. No request or purchase submitted.

The inspected page shows an email field, MAID field, country selector and state selector. It also asks whether you are the individual consumer or an authorized agent. Read the declaration about truthfulness and authority yourself. Do not select an agent role if you do not have the required authorization.

  • Confirm that the domain is Mobilewalla's official site.
  • Select the requested action with the deletion warning in mind.
  • Enter the valid identifier and a reachable contact email.
  • Use your actual country and applicable state.
  • Review the requester declaration and any CAPTCHA.
  • Save any acknowledgement and request reference.

We inspected the empty interface only. We did not test validation, CAPTCHA completion, email verification or the post-submission confirmation. If a search engine displays hidden success text, that is not proof a request was made or a current promise that your request will finish within that period.

If the form fails, save the error wording without the identifier and contact privacy@mobilewalla.com. Tell support whether the failure happened before or after submission and whether you received an acknowledgement. This helps avoid duplicate requests with conflicting identifiers.

Timing, appeals and alternative contact

The Business Services Privacy Notice links the request form and publishes privacy@mobilewalla.com for privacy questions and appeals.

It also gives a postal route: Mobilewalla Inc., 2472 Jett Ferry Road, STE 400-214, Attention: Consumer Rights Requests, Dunwoody, GA 30338. Verify the current notice before mailing.

We did not establish a universal processing time from a completed request. Ask for the response period applicable to your request and whether it is complete. Record the submission date, any clarification and the final response separately. An automated acknowledgement is not a deletion result.

For a refusal, use the appeal route with the original case reference and explain what needs reconsideration. Ask whether the issue is an invalid identifier, scope, authority or an exception. Do not assume the form's broad country list creates identical rights in every jurisdiction.

The notice describes access and deletion options for U.S. consumers regardless of state residence. The form's deletion-only warning still creates an important practical limitation for an access request.

Clarify that mismatch directly rather than promising the reader a process we did not observe.

Separate deletion from other advertising controls

Mobilewalla's notice distinguishes privacy requests from unsubscribing to its own marketing emails. Clicking an email unsubscribe link concerns that mailing list. It is not proof that a MAID-linked record used in business services was deleted. Keep those actions separate in your records.

Likewise, device advertising preferences and app permissions influence collection or use on those surfaces. They do not by themselves prove that a prior recipient erased historical data. Use the provider request for the record at issue and review device controls as a separate prevention task.

The Cuebiq guide and Outlogic removal guide address other location-data workflows. Their inclusion is related reading, not evidence that either holds your data or supplied Mobilewalla. Confirm each company's current process before disclosing identifiers.

The privacy notice also describes different retention treatment for received data and derived products. A retention schedule is not a consumer-specific confirmation of deletion. If a response refers to retained products or exceptions, ask what remains linked to your identifier and what the requested action covers.

Check the response and future exposure

A useful response should identify the action taken and the identifier or scope addressed. Ask for clarification if it merely says the request was processed. Keep the message privately so you can reference it if a later issue appears. Avoid posting the MAID in a public complaint or support forum.

Use the multi-broker removal checklist for separate request tracking. A free exposure scan can help investigate public personal-information listings, but does not certify the absence of Mobilewalla's non-public device records. These are different evidence sources.

Future exposure can involve a changed identifier, another app or another recipient. Ask about the specific new evidence rather than assuming every recurrence has the same cause. You may need to address an upstream collection setting or a different company independently.

Mobilewalla opt-out FAQ

Can I enter my phone number instead of a MAID?

The form explicitly requires a valid Mobile Advertising ID. A phone number is not the same identifier. If you cannot obtain the MAID, ask the privacy contact what alternative process is available instead of guessing a value.

Will selecting access produce a copy of my data?

The page says all its requests are treated as deletion requests despite the access option. Contact Mobilewalla first if access is your goal. We did not observe a successful data export or a separate verified access workflow.

Does an email unsubscribe complete this opt-out?

No such equivalence is established. Marketing-email unsubscribe and the business-services privacy request address different activities. Use the MAID request or ask the privacy contact how to address the specific record.

Can an agent submit for me?

The form includes an agent declaration about authority and identity verification. Only use that role with actual authorization. The form also states its own verification limitation; an agent checkbox does not remove that caveat or establish acceptance.

How do I know deletion finished?

Keep the response and ask what action it confirms. A submitted form, acknowledgement or hidden success message is not proof of completed deletion. No removal result was tested for this guide.
