Venntel Opt Out: Device ID, Deletion and Request Steps
Use the official Venntel opt-out form or privacy email. Learn which device ID is requested, how verification works and what deletion may not cover.

To make a Venntel opt-out request, open its official Opt Out & Delete Request page. The embedded form asks for an email address and a mobile advertising ID. Venntel also authorizes requests through privacy@venntel.com. Keep a record of the device identifier and ask separately about deletion, sale opt-out and any customer-held copies you want clarified.
We inspected the public policy and embedded form on October 26, 2026. No personal information was entered and no request was submitted. This guide explains the observed route; it does not claim a completed deletion, a working CAPTCHA submission or a measured response time.
Understand which Venntel data you are addressing
Venntel describes location-data services using information obtained through partners. Its policy distinguishes information collected through its website from device and location information used in its services. An email unsubscribe or a cookie choice on the corporate website is therefore not enough to establish a change to device-linked location records.
The opt-out page also says that customers may combine information received from Venntel with information from other sources. It does not claim that a request to Venntel erases every customer's separate records. If a particular customer's use is your concern, ask Venntel to explain the scope of its action and any appropriate next contact.
| Your concern | Starting route | What to confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Device-linked sale or deletion | Official Opt Out & Delete Request form | Which mobile ID and which actions were processed |
| Unable to supply a device ID | Published privacy email | What matching information is necessary and whether the request can be located |
| Copy of your information | Right to Know route linked by Venntel | Identity verification and response scope |
| Another company's copy | That company's own rights process | Whether its records are independently controlled |
Location-data handling also appears in our Mobilewalla opt-out guide. Treat that as a separate provider request, not evidence that one opt-out reaches both companies. The identifier and source relationship must be checked for each recipient.
Follow the official form step by step

Open the current opt-out page
Start at Venntel's official request page. Its page heading identifies the opt-out and deletion route. The relevant intake is an embedded form; general contact fields elsewhere on the page are not the same process. If the embedded area is blank, use the published privacy email rather than guessing which marketing contact form is intended.
Identify the device without sending extra data
The embedded form observed during our check displayed Email and Mobile Advertising ID fields. The latter was marked required and showed an advertising-ID example. The page says the email address is for communication with Venntel. Do not substitute an account password, device unlock code, serial number or someone else's advertising ID.
The form includes device-ID discovery guidance, but operating-system menus and identifier availability can vary. If your device does not expose the identifier, ask Venntel for a supported alternative. Installing an unfamiliar app solely to obtain an identifier can introduce a different privacy decision. Do not invent an ID or assume a phone number will identify the same record.
Review the action and any verification
Read the current form language before submitting. Save the displayed action and the device context. Complete any challenge yourself if one appears. We observed anti-abuse controls but did not complete them, so this article does not certify the form's final submission or delivery behavior.
Venntel's policy permits additional information to verify identity or authority for access and deletion. An authorized agent may need signed permission, and the individual may still need to confirm the request directly. A paid service does not necessarily remove that verification step.
If you use email, identify that you are requesting a sale opt-out, deletion, or both. Describe the device-data context and ask how to provide the necessary identifier securely. Avoid attaching unrelated identity documents or location history before the company explains what is needed.
Processing limits and device changes
The Venntel privacy policy describes deletion subject to exceptions and directs service providers to delete where applicable. That is different from a promise that every downstream customer, archived record or legally retained item disappears. Ask for an explanation if the reply leaves those boundaries unclear.
Keep a private record of the identifier you used before resetting or replacing a device. A later identifier may not match the original request. Ask whether a new request is needed for the new identifier; do not interpret a device reset itself as confirmation that historical data was erased.
Review app location permissions separately. A Venntel request addresses Venntel's handling of matched data, while app settings affect a different stage of collection. Our Babel Street guide explains another location-related rights workflow, and the general broker-removal guide helps organize separate requests.
Verify the response and keep a useful record
A form submission, email acknowledgement and completed request are three different events. Save the date and the wording of the action you requested. If a response says only that a ticket was created, leave the case marked pending. Wait for a response that identifies the action actually taken and the records or identifiers it covers.
Keep this record somewhere private. It should contain the official contact route, the request type, a masked identifier and any case number. There is no need to put a full advertising ID, home address or exported data file into a public discussion. If you share a screenshot with support, remove unrelated browser tabs and information about other people.
- Record whether you requested access, deletion, an advertising opt-out or more than one action.
- Note the specific browser, device or account involved so you can repeat a check in the same context.
- Watch the reply address and spam folder for a verification message or a request for clarification.
- Save the outcome separately from the initial acknowledgement, including any exception or retained-data explanation.
When a response is incomplete, reply on the existing case with the missing scope. For example, ask whether an advertising preference was saved and whether the separate deletion request was completed. Repeated new submissions can make it harder to connect the answer to the original identifier. Keep a clear chronology instead of interpreting silence as success.
The public pages checked for this guide do not establish a measured end-to-end removal time. Do not turn an estimate for filling in a form into a promise about processing. Follow any deadline or verification window in the provider's response.
If it refuses part of your request, ask for the reason and the applicable escalation or appeal route. Availability depends on your location and the request involved.
What to check if data or targeting returns
A later advertisement does not, by itself, prove that a privacy request failed. Advertising can be contextual, delivered by a different company, or associated with another identifier. Compare the same scope before drawing a conclusion. A browser preference, an email-linked record and a mobile advertising identifier can represent different pieces of the problem.
Review the apps, websites or accounts that supplied the data as well as the receiving company's response. A request sent to one recipient does not establish what every other recipient holds. If you recognize the original publisher or service, use its own privacy settings or rights process for that relationship. Keep those case records separate so the answers remain understandable.
For named broker listings, a free data broker scan can help identify a separate public-exposure task. It is not a test of whether this provider erased a cookie, device identifier or internal audience record. Do not buy a removal subscription solely on the assumption that it covers the workflow in this guide; check the current supported sources and exclusions first.
The opt-out guide hub helps you find other provider-specific routes. Work from the companies actually connected to your information, rather than sending the same detailed identity packet to every company on a list. A targeted request is easier to verify and avoids sharing unnecessary personal details.
For another device-ID request example, the Adsquare guide explains why matching the identifier matters. Use it only if Adsquare is a separate recipient relevant to your situation.
Frequently asked questions
Is an email address enough to find my location data?
Not necessarily. The current form asks for a mobile advertising ID as well as email. If you cannot obtain it, use the privacy email to ask about supported matching options. Do not assume an email-based response searched every device identifier associated with you.
Will deleting an app delete Venntel records?
That is not established by the request process. App deletion, permission changes and a request to a data recipient are different actions. Keep the provider request open until you receive its own outcome, then review future collection settings separately.
Does this remove data held by Venntel customers?
The opt-out page explicitly distinguishes customer use. Ask what downstream action is included and whether you need to contact another controller. A response about Venntel's records alone should not be described as deletion everywhere.
Can I request information before deletion?
Venntel links a Right to Know route separately. If understanding the stored data matters to you, review that route and its verification requirements. Keep any export private and decide whether you still need a separate deletion or sale opt-out request.
What if the form never loads?
Use privacy@venntel.com, which the official page publishes for opt-out requests and privacy questions. Explain the form problem and the action you want. Do not send your request through an unrelated site that merely reproduces the provider's name.
