Narvar Opt Out Guide: Privacy Forms and Preferences Deletion

Use Narvar’s privacy forms to request deletion or remove a Preferences profile. Check verification, retailer records and request scope.

To request a Narvar opt out or deletion, start with the Privacy Rights Tool linked from Narvar’s official privacy policy. Its general form lets you identify yourself as an end consumer and choose Deletion or another data request. A separate form removes a Narvar Preferences profile. Requests about information Narvar processes for a retailer may need to go to that retailer instead.

This Narvar opt out guide reflects public policy and form checks on September 26, 2026. Both policy-linked OneTrust forms loaded without entering personal data. We did not submit a request or measure removal time. The distinction between Narvar’s own services and merchant-controlled records determines which route is useful.

Which Narvar service holds your information?

Narvar provides technology for shopping experiences such as delivery updates, tracking, returns and support. Its privacy policy separates corporate activity, direct Consumer Services and Fraud Prevention Services. It also explains that information processed through Merchant Services is handled on a merchant’s behalf.

A retailer’s tracking page can therefore involve several records: the retailer’s purchase history, information needed to provide the tracking service and any separate Narvar profile you chose to create. Deleting one does not establish that all the others are erased. Start by identifying the account, message or transaction that prompted your request.

Keep those distinctions when reading the policy’s California sections. Different annexes contain different disclosures. A statement about the corporate website should not be applied to every consumer or fraud-prevention workflow.

How do you use the general privacy form?

Open the official Narvar privacy policy and follow the Privacy Rights Tool link. The policy-linked general form displayed the title “Welcome to the Narvar Privacy Webform!” during our check. Starting at the policy helps avoid unrelated tracking-support or marketing-subscription pages.

Choose the appropriate role and request

The observed role options were Brand/Retailer, End consumer and Job Applicant. For a personal shopping-related request, End consumer is the relevant starting category. The displayed request choices were Deletion, Access, Portability, Rectification and Restriction. Select the action you actually need rather than assuming every request means deletion.

Supply matching information

The form requires the requester’s email and provides an “Order number or Email address” field. It also offers Additional Information and an optional supporting-file upload. Use the contact information connected with the record you want located. Explain the relevant retailer or Narvar service if the context would otherwise be unclear.

The upload control states that files larger than 4 MB are not supported. An upload being available does not mean a passport or complete purchase archive is required. Avoid sharing unrelated orders, payment details or other people’s correspondence simply because a supporting-document control exists.

Save the submission and complete verification

After you submit your own request, retain the acknowledgment and reference number if provided. Narvar says it may verify identity, including by confirming an associated email address. Our observation stopped at the public form, so the exact confirmation message and subsequent verification steps were not tested.

  • Start from the policy’s current form link.
  • Select the role that matches the data subject.
  • Choose the specific right you want to exercise.
  • Give enough context to identify the service and record.
  • Keep the case reference and respond to legitimate verification requests.

How do you delete a Narvar Preferences profile?

The policy also links a dedicated Narvar Preferences deletion form. Its introduction specifically asks whether you want removal from Narvar Preferences. It displays First Name, Last Name, Email and Phone Number fields, with name and email requirements visible in the form controls.

Use the identity and email associated with the Preferences profile. If you have several shopping addresses, explain which one the request concerns rather than assuming Narvar will merge them automatically. Only provide a phone number when relevant to matching or when the current form requires it.

Removing a Preferences profile is different from canceling an order, reversing a return or deleting a retailer account. If your goal concerns a retailer’s records, contact that retailer using its privacy process. The Narvar policy explicitly says it cannot fulfill individual requests concerning personal information processed via Merchant Services.

For other retail-data workflows, the Retention.com opt-out guide and PostPilot opt-out guide explain separate request scopes. These links do not imply that either provider holds your information or that a Narvar request covers their databases.

What if Privacy Settings sends you back to the policy?

During the September 26 check, several Privacy Settings links pointed back to the privacy-policy page. That page still provided working direct Privacy Rights Tool links. The support article describing a privacy webform presented a security check to the research browser; the policy-linked forms remained accessible.

If you encounter that loop, use the current policy’s rights tool rather than repeatedly opening the same anchor. For a sale/share opt-out or restriction, describe that exact request and the relevant service in Additional Information. The observed general form did not show a separately labeled sale/share choice, so this guide does not invent one.

For merchant-controlled information, a form submission to Narvar may still lead to referral to the retailer. Keep the response because it clarifies responsibility. If you use an authorized agent, the policy says additional instructions and verification may apply. Do not select a role that misrepresents who is making the request.

The policy describes Global Privacy Control for qualifying website sale/share choices. That browser signal is not evidence that a Preferences profile, order history or fraud-prevention record has been deleted. Account-level and browser-level choices should be tracked separately.

How do timing, retention and later activity affect the result?

The forms say Narvar will respond as soon as possible; they do not establish a fixed completion deadline for every request. Historical response statistics in the policy are not a promise for a new case. We did not submit an identity-verified request, so no measured turnaround is claimed here.

A practical record should contain the service involved, the requested action, the date submitted and any verification deadline. When Narvar replies, distinguish a receipt notice from a completed action or a referral to the merchant. If the response is unclear, ask which records were deleted, restricted or retained and why.

The policy permits retention for purposes such as providing services, disputes, security and legal obligations. A new purchase, new profile enrollment or later interaction can generate new information. This possibility does not prove that old data was retained incorrectly; compare the new activity with the scope of the earlier response.

Use the general data broker removal guide to keep a request log. The data broker opt-out list and provider guide hub help organize separate companies. To check public people-search exposure as another task, run a free data broker scan; that scan does not inspect private retail or fraud-prevention records.

Frequently asked questions

Does deleting Narvar Preferences delete my retailer account?

No such cross-company result is established by the Preferences form. Ask the retailer directly about its customer account and order records. Keep its response separate from Narvar’s profile-deletion response.

Do I need an order number?

The general form offers an order-number-or-email field, while requester email is required. Supply the information relevant to your case; a Preferences request may concern a profile rather than one order.

Can I ask for access before deletion?

Access is an observed request option. It can help clarify what information is involved, although verification may still be required. Consider whether you need the access response before asking for deletion.

Is the file upload mandatory?

The inspected form presented supporting documentation as optional. Do not infer that sensitive identity documents are needed at the outset. Follow any later verification instruction through the genuine provider channel.

Will privacy choices stop every delivery message?

A privacy request, marketing preference and operational order notification serve different purposes. Ask the retailer or service which communications remain necessary for an active transaction and which can be disabled.

Sources and verification

Official sources checked September 26, 2026: Narvar’s privacy policy, its general Privacy Rights Tool and the dedicated Preferences form. Screenshots document public fields only. No personal information, file, request or verification email was submitted. The blocked support-page attempt is not treated as proof that the working forms are unavailable.
