Use the ROR Partners privacy form to request deletion or opt out of sale and targeted ads. See current fields, suppression limits and follow-up steps.

ROR Consumer Privacy Requests form and suppression explanation on September 19, 2026

To opt out of ROR Partners, open its Consumer Privacy Requests form, identify yourself as a customer or consumer, and choose the request that matches your goal. Deletion, sale opt-out and targeted-advertising opt-out are separate choices.

The current form says deleted information goes onto a suppression list to avoid future use and sale. It also says correction requests are handled as deletion requests.

That is a meaningful limitation if you want a record corrected rather than suppressed.

This ROR Partners opt out guide covers the public form and privacy notice checked on September 19, 2026. We inspected the controls without submitting personal data or testing a completed removal. The process concerns ROR’s records; it cannot establish that every other marketing company has stopped using your information.

Preparing a straightforward request should take a few minutes if you have your matching details ready. That is a planning estimate, not a measured submission time or a promise about processing. For a broader removal plan, use the opt-out guide hub to keep each provider’s workflow separate.

What does ROR Partners collect and use?

ROR Partners provides marketing, data and audience services. Its privacy notice describes information used for business and advertising purposes, including data obtained beyond a visit to its own website. A cookie preference is therefore only one part of the privacy decision. Removing a browser identifier does not necessarily identify a person in an offsite audience record.

Start by deciding whether your concern is an individual record, targeted advertising, or both. A request to see your information can help clarify what the company holds. A deletion or sale opt-out serves a different purpose. The data broker explanation provides context for why several companies may hold overlapping records without sharing one removal system.

Do not assume that a form for ROR automatically handles an advertiser’s original customer database. If you also have a direct relationship with a retailer, gym or other business, its privacy process may be relevant. Ask the response to identify the scope it covers rather than inferring a group-wide outcome from a single confirmation.

How do you submit the manual request?

1. Open the provider-owned entry point

Go to the ROR DSAR page. The form is hosted through OneTrust and embedded within the page. If the outer page loads but the form does not, allow the embedded form to finish loading or follow the current route from the official privacy policy.

The observed form is titled Consumer Privacy Requests. A page showing only the ROR header and footer is not proof that your request was filed. No account purchase is part of the public flow we inspected.

2. Choose your relationship and request type

The relationship choices include prospective employee, customer/consumer and employee. Choose the one that describes you. For an ordinary marketing-data request, customer/consumer is the relevant visible choice.

Select deletion if you want the described deletion/suppression treatment. Use the sale and targeted-advertising options for those specific processing preferences. Do not assume one selected option silently exercises every other right. If the interface permits only one choice, ask ROR how to record any additional request you want to make.

3. Enter matching details carefully

The inspected form shows first name, last name, email and country. Use information that can identify your own record and an email address you can monitor. Do not enter someone else’s information or speculative identifiers simply to broaden the search.

The page may present an anti-abuse check. Complete any required check yourself before submitting. We did not submit the form, so we cannot confirm the exact success message, confirmation-email wording or whether additional fields appear for every country.

4. Keep the request receipt

After submitting, save any reference number or acknowledgment and note the date and selected right. Watch for verification correspondence. ROR’s policy says it may compare data points with information already held, including checking an agent’s authority when someone acts on your behalf.

If a follow-up asks for more information, check that it belongs to the official request before responding. Ask what minimum information is needed if the request is unclear. Keep sensitive identity documents out of ordinary correspondence unless a verified process specifically requires them.

What do deletion, correction and suppression mean here?

ROR’s form contains unusually important scope wording: it processes correction as deletion and places deleted information on a suppression list. The stated purpose is to avoid future use and sale. A suppression entry can retain enough information to recognize a record that should stay excluded.

That means a request marked completed need not mean every identifier has been erased from every system. Ask whether the response covers active audience use, future sale and any retained suppression identifiers. If you need a factual correction for another purpose, clarify the form’s treatment before choosing that option.

This distinction also matters in other marketing databases. The RevOptimal guide explains a separate request workflow, while the LiveRamp guide addresses a different identity and marketing-data system. Neither request substitutes for contacting ROR.

How long does processing take, and what if the form fails?

The policy describes verification and processing under applicable requirements. It also publishes historical request statistics. Those past medians are not a deadline for your request, so this guide does not convert them into a current guaranteed turnaround.

If the form fails, the policy lists 1-888-914-9661 with PIN 654417 as a rights-request route. Explain which right you are exercising and ask how to retain a record of the call.

For Canadian rights, the policy also identifies privacy@rorpartners.com. Use the route appropriate to the scope described by the current notice.

For a refused request, the policy points to the form or telephone route for an appeal. Preserve the refusal and ask which information could resolve the issue. Rights vary with circumstances and residence; this is practical navigation of the published process, not an assessment of your legal entitlement.

Could your information appear again?

Suppression aims to prevent re-use of matching information. It cannot prove that every future identifier or independent source will match that entry. Changed contact details, separate customer records and other providers can require further work. This is a reason to recheck the scope of a response, not evidence that ROR ignores requests.

Keep a small log with the request date, identity used, chosen right and response. If you later find an apparent recurrence, compare the details and send the evidence through the same verified channel. Avoid repeatedly submitting identical requests while a verified one remains pending.

For other exposures, the data broker opt-out list helps organize providers. Our guide to removing yourself from data brokers explains how to prioritize that work. You can also run a free exposure scan for supported public listings; a scan is not proof of inclusion in ROR’s private database or completion of this request.

Before you finish, check these points:

  • Choose deletion, sale opt-out or targeted-advertising opt-out deliberately.
  • Use the relationship category that accurately describes you.
  • Keep the request reference and the email used for matching.
  • Read the response for suppression scope and any retained identifiers.

Frequently asked questions

Does rejecting ROR cookies delete my marketing record?

No such equivalence is established by the policy. Browser preferences concern browser-based processing. Use the rights form for a request about personal information and choose the right that matches your intended outcome.

Can I correct an inaccurate record instead of deleting it?

The current form says correction requests are processed as deletion. Ask ROR about that limitation before submitting if preserving a corrected record matters to you.

Do I need to buy a service to use the form?

The public form can be opened without buying a removal subscription. We observed its controls but did not submit it or measure a completed request.

Is a suppression list the same as continued marketing use?

Not necessarily. The form describes suppression as a way to prevent future use and sale. Ask for the retained categories and purpose if the completion notice does not explain them.

Does one request cover other marketing providers?

Do not assume so. Follow each provider’s own process and retain separate receipts. Similar data categories or business relationships do not establish a shared removal workflow.
