To submit an SG360 opt out, open its “Do Not Sell My Info” page and enter your name and postal address in the public form.

For deletion, access or other privacy questions, use the rights-request route or dataprivacy@sg360.com listed in its privacy policy.

This guide covers sg360.com, the direct-marketing company.

There is an important source discrepancy: SG360 maintains a sale opt-out form, while its May 26, 2026 policy says it does not sell or share personal information under the CCPA. The form's existence is not proof that SG360 currently sells your data.

Before you start

  • Open the sale-control form through sg360.com.
  • Enter the name and postal address associated with the record.
  • Use the privacy contact for deletion or policy clarification.
  • Save the actual acknowledgment and any follow-up instructions.
  • Contact a mailing sender separately when it controls its own list.

What did we verify?

We inspected the official sale-control page and privacy policy on September 27, 2026. The name and address form was accessible in a browser. We did not submit a consumer request, contact the company or test a removal outcome.

SG360 describes direct-marketing services and the use of third-party names and addresses to support clients' marketing. The policy also covers information from its website and business communications. That is a broader context than a public people-search listing.

Use the opt-out guide hub for other providers. A preference submitted to SG360 does not automatically reach the advertiser that sent you mail or a separate company supplying the original address.

The sale page also lists marketing@sg360.com as an alternative contact.

The newer policy lists dataprivacy@sg360.com for privacy matters.

Use the current policy contact for questions about deletion, verification or the conflicting sale language, and identify the request clearly.

How to use the SG360 opt-out form

1. Open the official sale-control page

Navigate from SG360's site footer or use the official link above. Check that the domain is sg360.com. Several unrelated businesses use similar names, and a request to the wrong company will not affect the intended record.

Read the scope notice before entering details. The page describes a California sale opt-out request and says other transfers or sharing may be unaffected. Do not interpret it as a universal deletion form.

2. Enter the name and mailing address to match

The visible form has first and last name fields, street address, a second address line, city, state or region, ZIP/postal code and country. Use the address associated with the record or marketing material that concerns you.

We did not observe an email field in this sale-control form. Do not assume an email-confirmation step exists merely because other opt-out sites use one. If you need a written reply, ask the privacy contact how it provides confirmation.

The presence of a broad country selector does not establish that every jurisdiction receives the same rights or process. If you are outside California, ask the team which current route applies rather than drawing eligibility conclusions from a form widget.

3. Review the request and submit it yourself

Check spelling, apartment or unit information and postal code. Keep a dated copy of the request details in a private record. Do not include a full identity document or sensitive account information that the visible form does not ask for.

After submission, save whatever confirmation the site actually provides. We stopped before submission, so we cannot promise a specific success message, confirmation number or processing timeline.

4. Use the separate rights route if you want deletion

The privacy policy links a Rights Request form and provides dataprivacy@sg360.com plus 847-541-1080. Explain whether you want deletion, access, correction, marketing suppression or clarification of a prior request.

The policy labels its listed telephone number as toll-free, but we have not verified calling charges. Treat it as the published contact number rather than promising a free call. For written tracking, keep a copy of your email and any response.

5. Ask for the outcome in plain language

Request confirmation of the action actually taken. A response might concern sale preferences, a marketing list, a client-controlled record or information that must be retained. Ask which identifiers and systems the response covers.

If additional verification is requested, confirm the sender and ask why the evidence is necessary. Use a secure method for sensitive documents if the provider determines they are needed. We did not observe or complete a verification exchange.

How should you interpret the conflicting policy text?

The sale-control page describes how California consumers can opt out. The current privacy policy separately states that SG360 does not sell or share information as defined by the CCPA. It also describes marketing choices and disclosures in other sections.

These statements should not be silently combined into a claim that SG360 sells every consumer's data. Record your preference through the available control and ask the privacy team to explain which uses apply to your information.

The policy also contains an unrelated loan-product reference in its deletion section. We do not use that wording to infer that SG360 holds your loan records or that a specific deletion exemption applies. A provider's template inconsistency needs clarification, not an invented legal conclusion.

How long will the request take?

The checked sale form does not give a clear numerical completion promise for a new request. We therefore do not describe a fixed number of days as verified SG360 removal time. Ask the privacy team for the applicable response period.

Keep the date, chosen channel and any reference. Follow up on the same thread if the quoted period passes. A sent form and a completed request are separate events; maintain that distinction in your own records.

Direct mail is also a poor instant test of completion. A sender can have an existing campaign, its own customer record or another data source. The provider's response should identify what changed before you decide whether a new complaint concerns the same issue.

Why might marketing continue afterward?

One SG360 request cannot erase every advertiser's files. If a particular mailing keeps arriving, contact that sender and ask to suppress the address from its own list. Keep the mailing label because it can reveal which spelling or address variation was used.

For other marketing-data sources, the Data Axle guide and Epsilon guide describe distinct routes. Follow only the guides relevant to your situation; there is no need to send identical sensitive information to every company indiscriminately.

The general data-broker removal workflow explains how to track requests and revisit exposure. For public listings beyond direct marketing, run a free data broker scan. That scan cannot verify SG360's internal processing or prove that a private mailing record was deleted.

Use the data broker opt-out list to track other companies separately, with a distinct request date and outcome for each.

Frequently asked questions

Is the sale form the same as deletion?

No. The page asks SG360 not to sell information within its stated scope. Use the policy's rights route and explicitly request deletion if that is your goal.

Do I need an SG360 account?

The public sale-control form we inspected did not require a login. We did not verify the behavior after submitting it.

Does SG360 currently sell personal information?

Its current policy says it does not sell or share under the CCPA, while the sale-control page remains available. We do not resolve that conflict by alleging sales; ask the privacy team about your record.

Will the form send me an email?

We did not see an email field and did not submit the form. Ask the provider how to obtain written confirmation rather than assuming an email step.

Can I remove an advertiser's customer record here?

An advertiser may control that record itself. Contact the sender as well and clarify whether SG360 is acting on the client's instructions for the information concerned.
