For a VisitIQ opt out, use the official form at visitiq.io/opt-out, enter your first name, last name and email, and confirm that you are submitting for yourself or someone who authorized you. The form concerns VisitIQ’s identity graph. Its current footer links to a different page that did not expose the same request controls during our check.

The official VisitIQ opt-out form was readable and its controls were inspected. We did not enter personal details or send a request. This verifies the publicly available starting point, not a confirmation-email sequence or a completed removal.

Use that direct form address if the footer takes you to Data Rights and Privacy. The latter showed privacy information but no equivalent form in our check. Website navigation can change, so confirm that you actually see the name, email and authorization controls before proceeding.

What does this VisitIQ request cover?

VisitIQ describes the form as a way to begin an opt-out when you believe your data should not be in its identity graph. Identity-resolution services connect identifiers for business and advertising uses. This differs from removing a visible public people-search profile by pasting its listing URL.

The inspected form does not ask you to buy a subscription, create an application login or supply a public profile link. Its matching fields are name and email. Keep the request focused on the identifiers involved rather than assuming a paid account is required.

The data broker overview explains why identity graphs and public people-search sites need different cleanup approaches. For a broad personal cleanup, the opt-out topic hub provides separate provider routes rather than implying one submission covers all databases.

VisitIQ’s public site also contains general sales-contact fields farther down the page. Those ask about contacting the business and are not the opt-out form. Use the section headed Opt-Out Form near the top, with the ownership or authorization checkbox.

How to use the current form

1. Confirm the page and form heading

Open the direct official URL and look for the Opt-Out Form heading. Check the domain carefully before providing information. A search result, advertisement or third-party removal guide is not itself the provider’s request destination.

2. Enter your matching information

The visible form asks for first name, last name and email address. The screenshot shows required markers for the email and attestation. Supply accurate details that identify the relevant record, and use an email inbox you can monitor for a possible response.

If the exposed identifier is an old email address you no longer control, do not claim that you can verify it. Ask the provider how it handles that circumstance. The public page does not document a tested alternative matching process for every former address.

3. Read the authorization checkbox

The checkbox confirms that the submitted name and email belong to you or to a person who authorized you to act. It also states that IP and connection details are logged. Read that notice before proceeding rather than treating the checkbox as a marketing preference.

If you are acting for someone else, retain their authorization and be prepared for a follow-up question. The visible checkbox is not evidence that all agent requests are accepted without further review. Avoid submitting another person’s details simply because you know their email address.

4. Complete the browser check and retain the result

A human-verification control appears beside the form workflow. Complete the visible browser check if requested, then use the form’s submit control when you are ready. We inspected that control without completing a personal submission, so there is no verified success screen to reproduce here.

  • Save the submission date and the email used for matching.
  • Keep any confirmation screen or reference number actually shown.
  • Watch the reply inbox and spam folder.
  • Preserve any verification instructions before responding.
  • Distinguish an acknowledgement from a statement of completed processing.

The manual removal checklist can help keep these stages organized when you are contacting several providers at once.

Does VisitIQ require identity documents?

The explanatory text next to the form refers generally to providing legally required documents. However, the inspected opt-out form did not display a document-upload field or name a particular identity document that every requester must provide.

That mismatch matters. Do not interpret the general sentence as a direction to email a passport or driver’s license to an address found elsewhere. Begin with the actual visible form and ask the provider for a specific, secure verification route if more information is requested.

If a follow-up arrives, verify its domain and purpose. Ask which detail needs confirmation, how the information will be used and whether less sensitive proof can satisfy the request. This is especially useful when the original form collected only name and email.

The page’s connection-logging statement also means that “no documents uploaded” should not be confused with “no other information collected.” Browser and network metadata may accompany the form. The privacy policy is the provider’s reference for its broader handling practices.

Processing time and troubleshooting

The form we observed did not state a fixed completion period, promise an instant email or describe a mandatory confirmation link. We therefore cannot give a measured time-to-removal or tell you that a particular message must arrive within a few minutes.

If you receive a reference number, use it when requesting a status update. Ask whether your details matched a record, whether the request concerns sale or sharing, and whether further verification is pending. These questions are more informative than assuming the absence of new advertising proves completion.

If the footer route shows only explanatory text, return to the direct opt-out URL. If the form itself fails, record the page and error time and use the official site’s contact route to ask for the current privacy-request channel. Do not send identity documents through a general sales form merely to work around a technical problem.

Browser preferences are a separate layer. Deleting cookies may change tracking on that browser, but it does not establish that a named identity-graph record was removed. Keep any browser-preference changes separate from the submitted provider request in your log.

Reappearance and related data sources

Identity and marketing data can exist in several systems. A request to VisitIQ does not establish deletion at an advertiser, a source database or a separate people-search service. Ask the provider’s completion response to explain the request’s scope, including any retained information used to honor your choice.

When investigating later exposure, record the date and exact identifier involved. A marketing message may use an older customer list or another source; it is not enough on its own to show that VisitIQ reintroduced a record. Specific evidence makes a follow-up more useful.

The LiveRamp opt-out guide, FullContact guide and Data Axle guide cover other matching or marketing-data workflows. Use them only where those providers are relevant to your exposure, without assuming an ownership or data-sharing relationship with VisitIQ.

A free privacy scan can help you identify supported public listings to tackle next. It cannot certify the contents of VisitIQ’s private identity graph or replace a provider response. For ongoing help, compare scope and limitations in the data removal service comparison.

Frequently asked questions

Is the general Contact Us form the removal form?

No. The opt-out section has name and email fields plus an ownership or authorization attestation. The broader sales-contact form has a different purpose. Use the dedicated opt-out controls rather than assuming any contact submission starts removal.

Should I upload a passport before submitting?

The observed form contains no document-upload control. Although nearby text mentions documents generally, it does not specify a universal passport requirement. Ask for the exact verification need and official secure channel before sending additional sensitive information.

Why does the footer lead somewhere different?

During our check, the footer linked to a Data Rights and Privacy page without the same form controls. The direct opt-out URL remained available. That is a navigation observation, not a claim that the provider has discontinued requests.

Will the form send a confirmation email?

We did not submit it, and the visible page does not document a specific confirmation sequence. Monitor your inbox and retain whatever acknowledgement is actually provided. Do not treat a guessed email step as a requirement verified by this guide.

Does one request remove all my online information?

It concerns VisitIQ’s process. Other providers and recipients may hold separate records. Address them through their own routes and keep each response, rather than interpreting a single opt-out as universal erasure.

Sources and check date

Checked September 18, 2026: the dedicated opt-out form, Data Rights and Privacy page and privacy policy. The screenshot shows a public, unsubmitted form. No identity documentation, customer account or completed removal was used as evidence.
