To opt out of FullEnrich, open its Privacy Rights portal and choose Do Not Sell / Opt Out. To request erasure instead, select Delete My Data. The current forms collect different amounts of information, and both describe email-and-phone verification. Choose the action you actually want before completing the fields; a sale opt-out and a deletion request are separate choices.

This FullEnrich opt out guide reflects the public portal and privacy policy checked October 6, 2026. We opened both request types without entering personal data or submitting them. The portal publishes response periods, but we did not measure processing speed or verify a completed deletion.

Should you choose deletion or sale opt-out?

FullEnrich provides data enrichment through services including a web application, API, and browser extension. Its privacy portal offers access, deletion, correction, restriction, and sale-or-sharing opt-out choices. These actions address different questions: what is held, whether it is accurate, whether it can be used, and whether it can be shared.

Portal choiceStated purposeCurrent field requirements shown
Do Not Sell / Opt OutAdd you to the opt-out list and stop sale or sharingEmail, phone, and country marked required
Delete My DataReview deletion of personal data from the systemsName, email, phone, company, job title, and country marked required
Access My DataRequest a copy of collected and processed dataReview its own form before proceeding
Correct or RestrictChange inaccurate data or limit its useThese are separate request categories

The official Privacy Rights portal is the starting point. It currently opens on the sale opt-out choice, so do not assume that submitting its default view also requests deletion. For other services, the opt-out guide hub keeps provider-specific request routes separate.

How do you submit the sale opt-out?

The sale-or-sharing view says it will add the requester to an opt-out list and stop selling or sharing the information. The visible labels mark email address, phone number, and country with asterisks. First name, last name, company, and job title are explicitly optional in this view; a LinkedIn profile field is also shown without a required asterisk.

Choose the request category first

Select Do Not Sell / Opt Out and confirm that the heading matches before entering information. The portal explains that email and phone identify the requester for the opt-out list, and additional details can help locate related records. Country is used to apply the rules relevant to the request.

Use accurate identifiers associated with the record in question. If you cannot provide or verify one required identifier, ask the provider for an alternative. Do not insert another person's contact details, an unrelated phone number, or a country you do not live in simply to make the form proceed.

Complete only the relevant details

  • Open the official portal and select Do Not Sell / Opt Out.
  • Check that the heading still describes the sale-or-sharing request.
  • Enter your relevant email and phone number, then choose the correct country.
  • Add optional matching details only where they help locate the intended record.
  • Submit and follow the verification instructions the provider actually sends.
  • Save the acknowledgement and eventual response with your request date.

We did not submit the form or trigger a verification message. The instructions above describe visible intake controls and the portal's stated verification method. They do not establish the exact content of a later email, text message, or success screen.

What changes when you request deletion?

Selecting Delete My Data changes the heading to Data Deletion Request. It also changes the field labels: first name, last name, company, and job title become marked required alongside email, phone, and country. This is a material difference if you were expecting a short email-only request.

The deletion view says the privacy team verifies each deletion before confirming it. Its explanation is that the details help locate records and verify identity before review. If a field does not apply to your circumstances, contact support@fullenrich.com, the rights address published in the FullEnrich privacy policy, and explain the difficulty.

Ask about both outcomes when necessary

If you want deletion and future suppression, state both goals clearly. Ask whether the deletion action also prevents future sale or sharing of matching data, and whether a limited suppression entry will remain. The portal offers separate request types; it is safer to obtain a scoped answer than assume one button silently performs every action.

Keep the distinction between FullEnrich acting as controller and processing information on a customer's behalf. The policy covers its controller activities and directs processor questions to its data-processing agreement. A recipient's CRM record may require a separate request to that recipient, even if FullEnrich confirms action on its own systems.

What verification and response time does FullEnrich state?

The portal describes dual verification through email and phone. That means access to the relevant identifiers may matter to completing the process. It does not mean the initial form alone proves identity, and we have not confirmed a workaround for an old work address or inaccessible number.

The processing panel says FullEnrich responds within one month and may extend complex requests up to three months, with notice within the first month. These are the provider's stated response periods. They should not be converted into a measured deletion deadline or a promise that every copy disappears on the last day of that period.

If you receive a request for more information, keep it with the original request record and answer through the verified channel. If you cannot complete the stated verification, contact the published support address. Ask what alternative can establish your connection to the profile without volunteering unrelated sensitive information.

How do you check the result and manage reappearance?

A useful confirmation identifies the action, matching identifiers, date, and any exceptions or retained data. Ask for clarification if a response says only that the request was received. Receipt, verification, review, and completion are different stages, especially when a privacy team must confirm the deletion.

After completion, retain enough information to follow up if the same record returns. If your employer, email address, or phone number changes, ask whether a new identifier needs an additional request. We did not verify a universal suppression duration from the portal, so this guide does not claim that one request covers every future profile variation.

The general data broker removal guide explains why source databases and recipients need separate attention. If you find the same professional information in other services, the Apollo guide and People Data Labs guide provide distinct workflows. Their inclusion does not establish that either supplied your FullEnrich record. For another aggregator workflow, see the BetterContact opt-out guide.

A free privacy scan can help identify supported public people-search listings alongside your direct request. It cannot prove whether FullEnrich has an internal enrichment record, or whether an individual customer's database changed. Use the scan and the provider's scoped confirmation for their respective purposes.

Frequently asked questions

Does the portal offer an email-only opt-out?

The current sale opt-out view marks both email and phone as required, along with country. If that is unsuitable, the privacy policy publishes support@fullenrich.com for rights requests. Ask about an alternative; do not assume the contact route eliminates all identity checks.

Why are name and company optional on one view but required on another?

The portal assigns different matching requirements to sale opt-out and deletion. The deletion view asks for more details before privacy-team review. Check the selected heading and visible labels each time, because switching request type changes what is requested.

Is the one-month period a tested removal result?

No. It is the portal's published response period. The same panel allows longer handling for complex requests with notice. We did not submit a request or observe completion, so no measured turnaround claim is made.

Does deleting my data erase customer CRM copies?

The public portal does not establish that every independent customer copy is erased. FullEnrich distinguishes controller and processor roles in its policy. If a customer holds its own record, ask that organization to address the data it controls.

Can I request access before deciding on deletion?

The portal provides an Access My Data choice. That can help you ask what data is held before deciding on a further action. Inspect that form's own requirements; this guide verified the deletion and sale opt-out views rather than claiming every portal flow was completed.

The walkthrough is a guide to the available route, not an endorsement of a measured outcome.
