Zeliq Opt Out Guide: Use the Official Deletion Form
Find Zeliq’s official deletion form, required matching details, and privacy email routes. Learn verification limits and how to follow up on a request.

To request deletion from Zeliq, open its official Do Not Sell My Information page and complete the embedded privacy form. During our inspection, its request selector offered Right to Erasure. The privacy policy directs deletion requests to this form and directs access, correction, and other requests to privacy@zeliq.com.
This Zeliq opt out guide reflects the public policy and embedded intake checked October 7, 2026. We inspected the controls without submitting personal details. Zeliq's policy names Getheroes SAS as the controller; seeing that name on the linked form does not mean you have reached an unrelated service.

Which Zeliq privacy route should you use?
Zeliq describes collecting professional identification and contact details and adding information to its own database for enrichment. Its policy also discusses information supplied by customers. A removal request should identify the record involved rather than assume that unsubscribing from one sales email addresses all processing.
The policy's older compliance-form link redirected to the current legal-information page during our check. That destination contains an embedded Getheroes Retool form. The surrounding page lists access, deletion, correction, and sale or sharing choices, but the actual request selector exposed one erasure option during inspection.
| What you want | Official route observed | Important distinction |
|---|---|---|
| Delete a personal record | Embedded form with erasure option | Complete the request for yourself |
| Obtain a copy of data | Privacy email listed on the page | Do not assume an access option exists in the form |
| Correct inaccurate information | Privacy email | Explain which detail is wrong |
| Understand sale or sharing controls | Page instructions and DPO clarification | Page headings and form options are not identical |
The opt-out guides hub covers other providers separately. Zeliq's form does not send requests to every company that may hold the same business address.
How do you complete the Zeliq deletion form?
Start from the official Zeliq privacy-request page. Scroll to the embedded form, which may load after the surrounding page. A page showing only the explanatory text is not evidence that the form has no additional fields.
- Open the request-type selector. Our public inspection showed Right to Erasure, with Right to be Forgotten in parentheses.
- Enter your first and last name. Use the version that matches the professional record you want Zeliq to locate.
- Supply your email and enter it again in the confirmation field. Check both entries carefully before continuing.
- Provide your LinkedIn URL and country. The inspected form marked these fields as required.
- Answer the EU or EEA citizenship question accurately and review the accuracy-and-processing declaration. Submit only if the information and declaration are correct for you.
The email confirmation field is a second typed entry. It is not proof that Zeliq sends a verification link or that such a link completes deletion. We did not submit the form and therefore cannot describe its later confirmation screen, case identifier, or email sequence.
The form says the information provided is used to process the request. Supply the relevant matching details rather than unrelated documents or a full employment history. If you cannot provide a required field, ask the DPO how to proceed instead of using another person's information.
What if the embedded form does not load?
The form runs inside the official page through a third-party host. In our initial top-level page inspection, its fields were not included in the surrounding page text. Inspecting the embedded frame revealed the actual intake. Readers may similarly need to scroll and allow the page time to load.
Check that you are using the current policy-linked page and that the browser has not blocked the embedded content. If it remains unavailable, record the URL, date, and the part that fails. You can contact the privacy address to request help reaching the designated deletion process.
Do not treat an email reporting a broken form as a confirmed deletion request. Zeliq's privacy policy specifically routes deletion through the form and other requests through its privacy inbox. Ask for an accessible way to complete the intended request and retain the reply.
The general data-broker removal guide explains why locating the correct intake and obtaining an outcome are separate stages. A failed page load, a sent message, and an accepted request should have different entries in your notes.
Who can submit, and what verification may follow?
Zeliq's policy says requests must come from the person concerned and that identity evidence may be requested where there is doubt. It also says deletion must be requested directly by that person using the form. This guide therefore does not promise that an agent can complete the process without your involvement.
If you are helping someone, let them review the identifiers and declaration and ask Zeliq about any representation requirements. Do not check a statement on another person's behalf without an appropriate basis. The public form alone does not establish what authorization documents would be accepted.
If a later reply asks for proof, verify the sender and its connection to the request before responding. Ask what minimum evidence is needed when the request seems broader than necessary. Our inspection did not test document upload, email ownership verification, or a paid account.
Zeliq also distinguishes requests it considers excessive or unfounded. A practical way to avoid confusion is to retain one clear request and follow up with its date and details, rather than sending multiple versions with inconsistent identifiers.
How long should you wait for a response?
The policy says Zeliq will respond promptly and describes a maximum of three months where requests are technically complex or numerous. That is the provider's qualified response statement, not a promise that every removal takes three months or a reason to ignore earlier clarification messages.
Record when you submitted, which email you supplied, and any acknowledgement you receive. If Zeliq requests information needed to identify the record, respond through the verified channel and record that date as well. Ask for a status update when the provider's stated process is unclear or the request remains unanswered.
Read the eventual reply for the action taken and any exception. The policy describes retention for several categories and continued retention during litigation. A general deletion request does not establish that every account, invoice, or dispute-related record must disappear in the same way.
Keep the response as evidence of what Zeliq says it did. This is stronger than assuming a quiet inbox proves removal. We have not independently tested the provider's response time or retention implementation.
Can your details remain with other companies?
Yes. Zeliq's own database, an employer's website, your professional profile, and a sales team's CRM are distinct records. Deletion from one place does not prove removal from another, even when the information originally looked identical.
The policy describes enrichment using customer-provided prospect details. If a sales company continues contacting you, ask it to identify the source and address its own record. A prior export or independently collected address can remain relevant even after the provider processes your request.
For a separately confirmed source, the Surfe removal guide explains its business-contact form, while Amplemarket's removal guide explains its own consumer intake and agent rules. Do not assume either company receives a Zeliq submission.
The FullEnrich opt out guide is another useful reference when that service is identified. Tracking the exact company, affected identifiers, and outcome helps avoid confusing one provider's confirmation with another's unfinished request.
How can you check exposure beyond Zeliq?
Begin with any evidence that named Zeliq as the source. Keep the original sales message or provider response and note which address or phone number was involved. If a new message arrives later, ask for its source before concluding that the same record reappeared.
For broader public listings, run a free data broker scan. Public people-search exposure is different from a private business-contact database. A scan cannot certify that Zeliq deleted a record, and this walkthrough makes no claim that CrabClear automatically completes Zeliq's self-request process.
A useful follow-up focuses on the actual unresolved problem. If Zeliq confirms deletion but a sender continues emailing, address that sender. If the request cannot be matched, clarify the identifiers. If a new source is identified, use its separate documented route.
Frequently asked questions
Why does the form use the Getheroes name?
The official policy identifies Getheroes SAS as Zeliq. The embedded form was reached through the provider's own deletion page. Start from that official page rather than an unsolicited form link.
Can I just email a deletion request?
The current policy directs deletion to the form and other requests to the privacy inbox. Use email to ask for help if the form fails, but do not assume that this alone completes the designated deletion process.
Does the form offer every right named on the page?
Our inspection exposed one request-type option, erasure. The surrounding page describes other rights and email routes. Follow the actual controls and ask the DPO to clarify any mismatch.
Is confirming my email the same as verifying ownership?
No. The visible form asks you to type the address twice. We did not submit it, so any later ownership challenge or acknowledgement remains untested.
Will this delete my professional profile elsewhere?
No. The LinkedIn URL is a matching detail. Zeliq's request is not an instruction to LinkedIn, your employer, or another independent data controller to remove its original records.
Sources and inspection scope
Zeliq's official privacy policy, redirected request page, and embedded form were inspected October 7, 2026. Screenshots document the public route and controls. No submission, identity verification, account access, or removal outcome was tested. The guide preserves differences between page wording, observed options, and policy limits.
