Juicebox Opt Out Guide: Remove Your PeopleGPT Profile
Request a Juicebox or PeopleGPT opt-out through its Privacy Center. Check profile matching, required fields, verification and scope limits.

To opt out of Juicebox's recruiting database, start at its official Privacy Center and choose the privacy request that matches your goal. The deletion path currently asks for email, first and last name, a LinkedIn profile URL and requestor type. Review the detected jurisdiction before continuing. Juicebox also uses the PeopleGPT name, so this is one provider workflow rather than two separate opt-outs.
This guide reflects public browser checks on September 25, 2026. We opened the deletion form without submitting identifying information or completing verification. Website cookie choices, recruiting-database removal and employer-controlled application records have different scopes.

What does a Juicebox opt out address?
Juicebox offers recruiting search and discovery tools. If you want information removed from its own candidate database, its Privacy Center is the relevant starting point. You do not need to be a paying recruiting customer to view that public request route.
The company's privacy policy distinguishes data it controls from information it processes for customers. An employer may separately hold an application, interview notes or a resume. A database request should not be treated as confirmation that the employer has deleted those records.
The policy also distinguishes browser tracking choices from removal of candidate information. Rejecting optional cookies concerns the browsing context; it is not a substitute for a database request. Likewise, unsubscribing from an email does not by itself demonstrate that the underlying candidate profile was removed.
Our data broker removal overview explains how to organize requests by the organization controlling each copy. Start with your specific concern rather than assuming one form can remove every professional reference online.
Pick the request that fits your goal
| Goal | Public portal choice or route | Scope to check |
|---|---|---|
| Request deletion | Delete my personal information | Matching and verification are still required |
| Correct a record | Correct my personal information | Describe the specific inaccurate information |
| Request access | Summarize my personal information | Access is not itself deletion |
| Opt out of sale or sharing | Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information | Explain that your concern is the candidate database |
| Restrict sensitive-information use | Relevant sensitive-information choice | Availability may depend on jurisdiction |
| Raise a different concern | Other | Describe the issue clearly |
The portal begins by detecting a jurisdiction and asking you to check it. Do not select a different location just to obtain a preferred form. Use the location that accurately applies to you and review the options it presents.
Our inspection saw a German regional selection and several rights choices. That does not establish that every visitor in every country sees identical controls. The guide documents the current entry route and deletion form while leaving room for location-specific differences.
How to request deletion from Juicebox
1. Open the provider's Privacy Center
Use Juicebox's Privacy Center. The page embeds a request portal and explains verification and representative options. Follow the portal from the official page rather than entering personal details into a similarly named tool or an unsolicited link.
The embedded provider-hosted request service may open separately. Confirm that you reached it from Juicebox's own page. If the form is absent, give it time to load or try a current browser; the surrounding privacy text alone is not a submitted request.
2. Check jurisdiction and choose deletion
Review the detected location, then select Delete my personal information if deletion is your goal. If your concern is a sale/sharing preference or an inaccurate field instead, choose the relevant action and describe it accurately.
The current portal has a distinct page after selecting deletion. Choosing a request type simply opens the form; it does not send the request. Read the matching explanation and required fields before proceeding.
3. Supply the required matching fields
The inspected deletion form requires Email, First Name, Last Name, LinkedIn URL and Requestor Type. Its explanation says the professional-networking profile URL is used to match the information provided to data in its products and services.
Use your own profile URL and a reply address you can access. Do not paste a search-results URL or another person's profile. If you no longer have a profile or cannot provide that field accurately, ask for an alternative process rather than inventing one.
Requestor Type includes consumer, employee, other and authorized-agent roles. Choose the role that reflects your request. A separate checkbox indicates that you are acting for someone else; it is not a routine box every requester should select.
4. Review, verify and retain the response
The visible form has a human-verification control and Submit. Complete the applicable steps yourself, then retain the acknowledgment and any follow-up instructions. We did not solve the control, send a request or inspect an authenticated completion page.
Do not equate opening the form, checking a box or receiving an acknowledgment with a completed deletion. The outcome matters: what information was located, what action was taken, and whether anything remains unresolved.
What if the required profile URL is unavailable?
A missing or obsolete professional-profile URL is a matching problem, not a reason to submit inaccurate data. Explain the situation through the official Privacy Center's appropriate contact route and ask which alternative identifier can be used.
Keep the request concise. State that you want to exercise a privacy choice, identify the field preventing submission and provide a reachable reply channel. Avoid sending identity documents, passwords or an entire employment history before the provider explains what it needs.
The official Privacy Center lists postal routes for the company and its representatives when the form cannot be used. Recheck the applicable address on that page before mailing anything. It also warns that direct contact may be routed back through the portal for processing.
If an embedded form fails, record the page URL, date and browser problem. A blank-form screenshot can document a technical issue without revealing your name or profile. Do not use a sales demo request as a substitute unless the provider explicitly directs you there.
Verification, timing and authorized agents
Keep verification replies in the same request thread where possible. The purpose is to connect the request with the right record and avoid changing someone else's information. Respond accurately, while asking for a narrower alternative if a requested document exposes unrelated details.
The public workflow checked does not support a universal deletion deadline for all locations and request types. Use the acknowledgment's stated period and follow up when appropriate. Do not assume that a marketing headline or a generic privacy-law summary predicts your own processing date.
If you act for another person, the public page explains that proof of authority may be needed. Preserve the person's permission and use the representative controls truthfully. A request about your own information should not be mislabeled as an agent request.
Keep a private record of:
- Request type and submission date.
- The profile URL and reply address used.
- Case reference and acknowledgment.
- Any verification step still outstanding.
- The final result, its scope and any follow-up needed.
This makes a later clarification easier. If a reply only confirms receipt, ask for the status of the requested action. If it reports no match, ask whether the professional-profile URL was sufficient before trying a different identifier.
What can still exist after Juicebox removes a record?
A request to one recruiting service does not change your original professional-network page. Review that page's visibility if you want to reduce future collection of outdated or unnecessary details. You may prefer to keep work history visible while limiting personal contact information.
An employer's own applicant-tracking system is another separate context. Contact the employer about application data it controls, especially if you supplied that information directly. A recruiter continuing to contact you is not by itself proof of a current Juicebox record.
Other recruiting databases may need their own requests. The Findem opt-out guide and SeekOut opt-out guide provide related workflows when those services are independently relevant. These links do not imply that either company supplied your Juicebox profile.
The opt-out guides hub and data broker opt-out list can help organize further requests. A free exposure scan can locate supported public exposures; it is not a comprehensive audit of private recruiting tools or evidence that Juicebox completed a request.
Juicebox and PeopleGPT opt-out questions
Do I need separate Juicebox and PeopleGPT requests?
The public product pages use PeopleGPT as the search-product name within Juicebox. Start with the same official Privacy Center and describe the profile or data you mean. This guide covers that shared intent rather than inventing separate provider workflows.
Why does the deletion form ask for a LinkedIn URL?
The visible form explains that a professional-network profile URL helps match your request with data used in its services. Provide the correct URL if you have it. If it is unavailable, ask for an alternative rather than supplying a fabricated link.
Can I just reject cookies?
Cookie preferences address website tracking and do not establish deletion of a candidate profile. Use the database privacy route for that goal. Keep a record of each action so you know which concern it actually addresses.
Does removal stop every recruiter message?
Not necessarily. A recruiter may hold a separate copy or have obtained details elsewhere. Use that sender's unsubscribe or privacy route and ask about the source when needed. A provider request does not recall every earlier email or exported record.
How do I know when the request is finished?
Read the substantive response and look for the action taken, rather than relying on a receipt or code. Save the reference and follow up on unclear scope. We have not tested a personal request or measured a removal result.
