To opt out of Reklaim, use its current Do Not Sell or Share page at reklaimyou.com/do-not-sell, or email privacy@reklaimyou.com using that request as your subject.

The page offers an opt-out form and says no account is required. If you also want deletion or account closure, request those actions separately rather than assuming a sale opt out completes them.

Official public page checked September 28, 2026. No consumer request or purchase submitted.

Which Reklaim relationship are you ending?

Reklaim's policy separates its consumer platform from data-broker activities involving information received from third parties. You might be a platform member who has chosen to share information, or somebody seeking to address brokered data without a consumer account.

The consumer policy describes consent choices, rewards, marketing communications and account information. The data-broker notice describes another source of personal-information processing. Identify which concern applies so the reply addresses the right records.

For separate companies, use the opt-out guide hub. Reklaim's response about its own processing is not a certificate that every third party has erased an independent copy.

Read the rewards warning before opting out if you are a member. The current page says opting out of sale/sharing means you no longer qualify for its rewards programs and corresponding earnings. Ask about any outstanding account balance before choosing an irreversible account action.

This guide does not claim to have tested the logged-in dashboard or a payout. It documents the public request choices so you can decide which actions suit your situation.

How do you submit a Reklaim opt out?

1. Open the current official request page

Visit Reklaim's Do Not Sell or Share page. During our check, the old do-not-sell-my-data address redirected there. Review the destination domain before entering your details.

Scroll to “How to Opt Out.” The page describes a dashboard privacy toggle, cookie preferences, an email route and an automated opt-out form. You do not need to create an account just to use the public request route.

2. Complete the relevant fields

The visible opt-out form labels first name, last name and email as required, with phone optional. Provide the details associated with the record you want addressed and an email address you can monitor. Do not add an optional phone number unless it helps identify the information concerned.

The page says identity verification may be necessary. We did not press the submission button, so we cannot report a completed request, a success screen or a verified processing time. Save the confirmation actually provided when you submit your own request.

3. Use the broader form for another action

Reklaim also provides a Privacy Rights Request form. It offers sale/sharing opt out, deletion and access choices, with an email field, optional name and optional jurisdiction. It says a confirmation email will be sent to verify identity.

Select the action you want and watch the relevant inbox. A confirmation step is different from a final completion notice. If you want both a sale opt out and deletion, make the combined scope clear through the available request process or ask the privacy team how to record both.

4. Use email if the form fails

The current Do Not Sell page lists privacy@reklaimyou.com and suggests “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” as the subject. The consumer policy and data-broker notice also retain privacy@reklaimyours.com in their request instructions.

Use the address associated with the current page and action you are following. If a message fails, return to the official notice to check the alternative instead of sending identifiers to an address found only in an old third-party guide.

How do account closure and consent differ?

Reklaim's consumer policy says platform consent can be updated and describes account termination separately from unsubscribing to marketing. A sale/sharing opt out does not, on its own, demonstrate that an account has been closed or every historical record deleted.

If you are leaving the platform, ask for confirmation of account termination and the treatment of information already provided. Uninstalling an app removes software from your device; it is not a reliable account-deletion confirmation.

For third-party copies, identify the company holding them. The Optable opt-out guide addresses a different brokered-data process, and the LiveRamp guide addresses another provider. These are separate tasks, not automatic downstream effects of your Reklaim request.

What processing and verification should you expect?

The Do Not Sell page says it processes requests within 15 business days and may need identity verification. The broader Privacy Rights Request form also states 15 business days and describes an email confirmation. Those are published service statements, not timing measured by CrabClear.

The data-broker notice separately describes deletion or de-identification within 45 days after account deletion, with legally required retention exceptions. These pages discuss different events. Do not convert either statement into a promise that every external copy disappears on one date.

Keep the submission date, request type and any reference. If you receive a verification email, confirm its origin before following instructions. An agent may need written permission, and Reklaim's notice allows direct identity checks with the consumer.

What can remain after a request?

The consumer policy allows some retention for legal obligations, disputes and agreements, and it describes continued use of aggregate or anonymous information. Ask what those limits mean for your specific request rather than assuming every retained item is an active marketing profile.

Information previously supplied to other companies may require separate action. Reklaim's policy describes purchasers as having their own uses of information. Ask what notifications or downstream steps are included in its response; do not infer that from the form alone.

If you later provide new information or change a consent choice, review the effect before proceeding. The general data-broker removal guide helps keep a provider-by-provider record. For a separate check of public listings, run a free data broker scan; it cannot inspect Reklaim's internal consent history.

What if a request is rejected or data returns?

Reply with the original reference and ask whether the issue is matching, identity verification, eligibility or an exception. The privacy policy describes an email appeal for denied requests. Explain the disputed point and retain the written response.

If information appears again, record where you found it and which company is displaying it. A third-party copy and a renewed Reklaim record require different follow-ups. The Persistent.id guide illustrates another provider-specific matching process when several advertising-data systems are involved.

Before you finish

  • Record whether you requested sale/sharing opt out, deletion, access or account closure.
  • Complete any genuine confirmation step using the relevant inbox.
  • Keep the rewards consequence in mind if you are a platform member.
  • Save the provider's completion notice and any retention explanation.
  • Track independent copies separately from Reklaim's own response.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a paid subscription to opt out?

No purchase is required by the public privacy-request page. It expressly says that an account is not required.

Is deleting the app enough?

No. Ask for account termination or data deletion through the appropriate privacy process and keep the response.

Which email address is current?

The Do Not Sell page lists privacy@reklaimyou.com. Other current notices retain privacy@reklaimyours.com.

Follow the official page for the action you are taking and check it again if delivery fails.

Will opting out affect rewards?

The Do Not Sell page warns that opting out of sale/sharing ends eligibility for rewards programs and corresponding earnings. Review your account situation before proceeding.

Does a verification email mean deletion is complete?

No. It confirms an identity-related step. Look for a response explaining the requested action and its scope before marking the task complete.
