Robo Shield Opt Out: Send a Privacy or Deletion Request
Use Robo Shield’s Pango privacy email to request deletion or an opt out. Understand verification and the separate marketing, app, and account choices.

To opt out of Robo Shield data processing or request deletion of personal information, email privacy@pango.co. Robo Shield's policy identifies this address as the rights-request route.
State that your request concerns Robo Shield, because the contact belongs to its operator. Turning off notifications, unsubscribing from marketing and deleting stored account data are different actions.
The public policy was checked on October 17, 2026 and displays a May 2, 2023 revision date. We did not send a request or verify an outcome. If your issue is a separate public listing, the phone-number removal guide explains how to identify its source.
What information and choices does the policy describe?
Robo Shield's policy identifies Intersections, LLC, doing business as Pango, as the operator for the website, app and related services. It describes account, device, phone-number and other information, with different privacy choices depending on the processing involved and your circumstances.
| Goal | Published route | Scope |
|---|---|---|
| Access, correct or delete personal information | Email privacy@pango.co | Rights request subject to applicable limits |
| Stop email marketing | Unsubscribe link | Promotional messages |
| Stop applicable SMS marketing | Reply STOP | That messaging preference |
| Change app tracking or notifications | Device controls described in the policy | Device-side permissions |
| Correct an unrelated public listing | Contact that listing's provider | Outside this request |
Use the Robo Shield privacy policy as the source for the operator and request address. Its Your Rights section includes access, deletion, correction and other choices, subject to location, exceptions and limitations. A list of possible rights is not confirmation that every request has the same outcome.
We did not find a verified self-service whole-number unlisting workflow in the checked material. If that is your goal, ask support to identify whether Robo Shield holds the relevant record and what process applies. Do not assume an account deletion removes every third-party spam classification.
Prepare a request the privacy team can match
Specify Robo Shield in the subject and opening sentence. Include the account identifier or email you use with that service and explain the action you want. Start with the minimum information needed to locate your record, not a collection of unrelated identification documents.
- Name Robo Shield as the service involved.
- Describe whether you want deletion, access, correction or an opt out.
- Identify the account or interaction that relates to the request.
- Ask for any required verification steps through the official channel.
- Request confirmation of completion and any retained categories.
These are suggested contents for a useful email. They are not mandatory fields from an observed intake form. If your concern involves a telephone number without an account, explain that situation and identify the issue rather than creating an account solely to file the request.
If you are helping another person, ask about the representative process. The policy discusses written authority and possible follow-up verification. Having access to someone's inbox or phone is not, by itself, a reason to represent that you are the account owner.
Send the request to the verified privacy address

The policy's rights and Contact Us sections direct requests to privacy@pango.co. Use a subject such as “Robo Shield personal information deletion request.” Ask the team to confirm receipt and explain what it needs to process the request for your circumstances.
Define deletion and opt out separately
Deletion concerns stored information; an opt out can address a particular use, such as marketing or targeted advertising. If you want both, say so. A marketing unsubscribe confirmation should not be treated as a response to every other part of the message.
Handle verification proportionately
The policy says the operator may ask you to verify your identity before acting. It does not publish one universal list of documents for all requests. Ask what evidence is necessary, whether sensitive fields can be omitted and which channel should be used for any supporting material.
Ask what remains available
A deletion request can affect service access, while some records may be retained for stated purposes. Ask the team to explain any exception or partial result. A precise response lets you distinguish information removed from information retained under a separate basis.
The RealCall guide addresses a different app's privacy-request and uninstallation distinctions. Its email address and verification statements do not apply to Robo Shield; follow the provider-specific route even when the broad problem sounds similar.
Keep marketing and device settings in scope
The policy describes unsubscribe links for marketing email and STOP for applicable SMS marketing. Those are narrower preference controls. They can be useful when your immediate goal is to stop promotional messages without requesting deletion of an entire account.
Device settings offer another layer. The policy discusses tracking permissions and notifications, but those controls do not provide a record of what the provider already stores. If stored-data deletion is your goal, use the explicit rights-request route as well.
Do not treat a browser preference signal as proof that a request was accepted. The served policy contains its own statement about how such signals are handled. Because that document has an older revision date, confirm any current operational uncertainty rather than turning its wording into a broad conclusion about compliance.
If you want to end paid use, review billing separately. The privacy email is not evidence that a subscription has been canceled or a payment refunded. Keep the subscription confirmation, device changes and privacy-response record distinct so you can verify each desired outcome.
Check completion and avoid overstating removal
The checked policy does not give a universal deletion completion time or a single verification flow. Ask for the expected next step in the acknowledgment. If a response asks for more information, record that as an open verification stage rather than a completed request.
If the team confirms deletion, read the scope carefully. A confirmation about account information may not address a separately supplied number report or data already held by another company. Ask about any unresolved part of your original message instead of assuming the broadest interpretation.
If the request receives no reply, check for delivery failure and confirm the address on the live policy. Follow up in the original thread with the service name and request date. Retain the answer in case later use of the app creates new records or requires a fresh request.
Other call-protection products have their own boundaries. The Nomorobo guide describes another support route and its limitations. The opt-out guide hub collects separate provider instructions without implying that one request reaches all of them.
Choosing a replacement service is a separate decision from a privacy request. Our data removal versus call-blocking guide explains which problem each tool addresses.
Frequently asked questions
Why does the privacy address use Pango rather than Robo Shield?
The policy names Pango as the operator and explicitly provides that address for rights requests. Identify Robo Shield in your message so the team can understand the service involved. Do not infer that every other Pango service is automatically included in your request.
Is unsubscribing the same as deleting my account data?
No. An unsubscribe instruction concerns the relevant marketing channel. If you also want stored information deleted, state that in a privacy request and ask for a separate confirmation. Ending promotional contact does not establish a full account-data deletion outcome.
Must I send an identity document immediately?
The public policy allows possible verification but does not specify that every initial request must include a document. Start with the minimum account context and ask what is required. Keep unnecessary personal information out of the first email.
Does this guide establish automated removal coverage?
No. It verifies a manual privacy contact route, not coverage in a third-party service or a successful removal rate. For exposure on supported data broker sites, you can run a free data broker scan and assess those findings separately.
Sources and research limits
The official Robo Shield privacy page was checked on October 17, 2026. Its May 2023 revision date, operator name, rights address and conditional verification wording were preserved. The screenshot documents public instructions; no request, account change, subscription purchase or deletion test was performed.
This guide describes the request route without promising an outcome or applying every listed right to every reader. If the operator declines or partially completes your request, ask for the reason and the categories affected. That response is more useful than assuming a general policy paragraph proves a particular record was erased.
