For a Roqad opt-out or deletion request, open its official privacy form. The current form is labeled for Roqad and Zeotap Data and lets you select device opt-out, data deletion or information access. It asks for contact details and country, with optional advertising or cookie identifiers. Roqad also publishes privacy@roq.ad for privacy requests.

We inspected the form, opt-out page and policy on October 26, 2026. No personal information or requests were submitted. This guide covers the observed combined form; it does not assume that every service using a similar brand name or every data partner is included in one request.

Distinguish browser preferences from graph-data requests

Roqad describes identity and audience services that connect identifiers across devices or contexts. Its opt-out page separates a desktop advertising choice from a data privacy webform. If your goal is information access or deletion, use the rights form rather than treating a browser advertising preference as a complete record-erasure process.

ConcernCurrent starting pointScope to verify

Existing dataDelete my data in the privacy formWhich identifiers and product datasets were matched
Understanding a matchInformation-access optionWhat data and linked identifiers the response covers

The form identifies both Roqad and Zeotap Data. Include the product context in additional details if you know it. Ask the response to name the covered service rather than assuming the title proves universal affiliate coverage. Keep the response with the named product so later follow-up does not mix unrelated services.

Complete the current privacy form

Choose all relevant request types

Open the Roqad privacy form from the official opt-out page. The visible request choices are device opt-out, deletion and an inquiry about held information. The form says to select all that apply. Make the combination intentional: requesting a copy and requesting deletion serve different purposes, even when submitted together.

Read the current instructions before entering information. We checked the controls but did not test delivery. A visible form and an enabled button do not establish what verification or follow-up the provider will require after submission.

Enter contact information and country

The form labels first name, last name, email address and country as mandatory. Use an email you can monitor for verification or clarification. The country field is searchable. Provide your actual location so the company can apply the appropriate process, rather than choosing a jurisdiction because you expect a more favorable result.

Additional details are useful when they narrow the request. State which service, browser or record category concerns you. Do not attach an unrelated identity document or a full browsing history simply to make the request appear more comprehensive.

Add identifiers only when you have them

The optional identifier area offers IDFA, GAID and Cookie ID types, plus an option to add another identifier. Keep the type and value paired correctly. If a device no longer exposes an advertising ID, do not invent one or substitute a serial number. Ask privacy@roq.ad about supported matching options.

Roqad's policy explains that its data may be held against advertising or cookie identifiers. Optional on the form does not mean irrelevant to locating a particular record. A name and email might be insufficient for the device data you care about; ask what the provider was able to match.

Finally, review the accuracy confirmation and the selected request types. Save the acknowledgement and any case number after you submit your own request. This article does not claim that we submitted a test request or confirmed an actual deletion.

Know what the response can establish

The Roqad opt-out page says an advertising opt-out changes personalized targeting rather than stopping all advertisements. Its policy explains that deleting browser cookies can remove the information needed to recognize an opt-out. Repeat a browser-level choice when the provider's instructions require it for a new browser or reset.

For rights requests, Roqad may verify identity and ask for reasonable matching information. Ask how the supplied identifier is used if the requested information seems unrelated. If the reply reports no match, determine whether it searched the relevant advertising or cookie ID before treating that result as absence of all data.

Publisher and partner requests remain separate where those organizations control their own information. The LiveRamp guide and Semasio guide describe other advertising-data controls. Each should be used only for the company and identifier involved, not as a substitute for this form.

The Sojern guide provides a useful comparison of access, deletion and advertising actions. It does not establish shared coverage or equivalent verification. Keep outcomes separate so you can identify which recipient actually answered which request.

Verify the response and keep a useful record

A form submission, email acknowledgement and completed request are three different events. Save the date and the wording of the action you requested. If a response says only that a ticket was created, leave the case marked pending. Wait for a response that identifies the action actually taken and the records or identifiers it covers.

Keep this record somewhere private. It should contain the official contact route, the request type, a masked identifier and any case number. There is no need to put a full advertising ID, home address or exported data file into a public discussion. If you share a screenshot with support, remove unrelated browser tabs and information about other people.

  • Record whether you requested access, deletion, an advertising opt-out or more than one action.
  • Note the specific browser, device or account involved so you can repeat a check in the same context.
  • Watch the reply address and spam folder for a verification message or a request for clarification.
  • Save the outcome separately from the initial acknowledgement, including any exception or retained-data explanation.

When a response is incomplete, reply on the existing case with the missing scope. For example, ask whether an advertising preference was saved and whether the separate deletion request was completed. Repeated new submissions can make it harder to connect the answer to the original identifier. Keep a clear chronology instead of interpreting silence as success.

The public pages checked for this guide do not establish a measured end-to-end removal time. Do not turn an estimate for filling in a form into a promise about processing. Follow any deadline or verification window in the provider's response.

If it refuses part of your request, ask for the reason and the applicable escalation or appeal route. Availability depends on your location and the request involved.

What to check if data or targeting returns

A later advertisement does not, by itself, prove that a privacy request failed. Advertising can be contextual, delivered by a different company, or associated with another identifier. Compare the same scope before drawing a conclusion. A browser preference, an email-linked record and a mobile advertising identifier can represent different pieces of the problem.

Review the apps, websites or accounts that supplied the data as well as the receiving company's response. A request sent to one recipient does not establish what every other recipient holds. If you recognize the original publisher or service, use its own privacy settings or rights process for that relationship. Keep those case records separate so the answers remain understandable.

For named broker listings, a free data broker scan can help identify a separate public-exposure task. It is not a test of whether this provider erased a cookie, device identifier or internal audience record. Do not buy a removal subscription solely on the assumption that it covers the workflow in this guide; check the current supported sources and exclusions first.

The opt-out guide hub helps you find other provider-specific routes. Work from the companies actually connected to your information, rather than sending the same detailed identity packet to every company on a list. A targeted request is easier to verify and avoids sharing unnecessary personal details.

Use the general data-broker removal guide to organize requests to other recipients. Keep each company’s identifiers and outcome together so a response from one is not mistaken for completion by another.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an advertising ID to send the form?

The identifier section is labeled optional, but an identifier may still be necessary to locate specific device-linked records. Explain what you want checked and ask about matching if the response is incomplete. Do not interpret a name-only search as a confirmed search of every device record.

Does the form cover Zeotap Data too?

The current form explicitly names Roqad and Zeotap Data. Specify the service you mean and confirm the scope in the response. That is more reliable than assuming all businesses or products with related names are handled identically.

Can I ask for access and deletion together?

The form permits multiple request types. If receiving a copy before deletion matters to you, explain that order in additional details and ask how it will be handled. Do not assume a simultaneous selection guarantees the sequence you intended.

Is newsletter unsubscribe the same as opting out?

No. A promotional-message choice concerns a different communication context. Use the desktop control or rights form for advertising identifiers and held data, and use the newsletter's unsubscribe route for the newsletter itself.

Why might a new device need another choice?

A new browser, advertising ID or device can have a different identifier from the original request. Check the provider's instructions for that context. Keep the old confirmation so support can distinguish reappearance of the same record from new data tied to another ID.
