Yobi Opt Out: Form Fields, Deletion and Verification

To submit a Yobi opt out, open yobi.ai/opt-out and select the privacy rights you want to exercise. The current form includes Delete My Information and Do Not Sell My Information, alongside access, correction and processing choices. It asks for contact details, address and date of birth to locate information and verify the request.

We checked Yobi’s public form and linked privacy notice on September 21, 2026. We did not send a request or test a completed deletion. The steps below describe the visible process and explain where Yobi’s response is still needed.

Yobi opt out quick facts

The form’s heading refers to selling or sharing personal information. Its action labels are more specific. Select the relevant choices and use the details field to clarify your intention rather than assuming every privacy action has the same effect.

The opt-out guide hub keeps other provider routes separate. A Yobi request is not an instruction to every advertiser or website that may hold your details.

Understand which Yobi data you mean

Yobi Ventures, Inc. describes behavioral AI and advertising-related services. Its trust center separates a Website Privacy Notice from a Solutions Privacy Notice and other service materials. The website notice concerns its public site and marketing or sales activities.

That distinction matters when requesting deletion. A website inquiry, a business contact and information processed in an advertising solution may be handled in different contexts. Describe the context you know, such as the email address contacted or the service named in a privacy notice.

Do not guess that Yobi holds every field shown on the form. A request for date of birth or an address is not, by itself, evidence of an existing matching record. The page says the supplied details are used to locate information and verify the request.

Complete the current request form

Start at the official Yobi opt-out page. Check the domain before entering personal details. The page is public and did not require a customer account during our check.

• Enter your first and last name in the separate name fields.
• Enter an email address and phone number you can legitimately use for the request.
• Complete the street address, city, state or province, postal code and country fields.
• Supply the date of birth requested by the form, then choose who you are acting for.
• Select the rights you want to exercise and review the optional details before submitting.

The observed contact, address and birth-date controls were marked required. Do not use invented values just to pass validation. Incorrect matching details can make a response less useful and create confusion about whose information the request concerns.

If you are uncomfortable supplying a requested field, pause and ask Yobi’s privacy team about the matching purpose or an alternative method. Its linked notice identifies privacy@yobi.ai as a privacy contact. That is a route for clarifying the request process, not evidence that all form requirements can be bypassed.

Choose deletion, sale opt-out or another right

Choose Delete My Information when you want Yobi to assess deletion of the information it holds about you. Choose Do Not Sell My Information when you want the corresponding use restricted. If both match your intention, make that explicit.

The form also offers Access My Information, Correct My Data, Object or Restrict the Processing of My Data, and Move My Data. These choices serve different purposes. Requesting a copy helps you understand a record; it does not necessarily remove the record.

A short details entry could say: Please apply the selected deletion and sale or sharing choices to information associated with the identifiers above. Please confirm which processing contexts are covered and explain any information retained.

Avoid adding unrelated financial documents or passwords to that field. It is an explanation box, not a general upload destination for sensitive evidence. If Yobi later needs more information, ask it to explain the reason and the appropriate submission channel.

Household and authorized-agent requests

The current page offers Myself, My household and Someone else. Select the truthful option. A household selection is not proof that one person can exercise every right for every adult sharing an address.

The linked website notice says agent authority may need verification where such requests are accepted. It describes possible written proof and direct verification by the individual. The exact requirements can depend on the person’s location and the request.

If you are helping another adult, let that person review the details and authorize the action. Do not submit a request simply because you know someone’s address or birthday. Yobi may need to distinguish a legitimate representative from an unrelated requester.

For an old identifier or an inaccessible email account, explain the issue through the privacy contact. Do not impersonate the mailbox holder. The public form alone does not establish what alternative proof Yobi will accept.

Verification and expected response time

Yobi’s linked Website Privacy Notice says it may request additional information to verify identity or understand the scope. It asks readers to allow up to 30 days for a response. This is notice-specific response guidance, not our measured deletion time or a promise about every service record.

After sending your own request, save the submission date, selected rights and any receipt shown. Monitor the email address you supplied, including spam folders. We did not complete a submission and cannot confirm that every request generates a particular email or button.

Before acting on a message, compare it with your request and the official contact details. A legitimate verification step should relate to the request you made. Ask for clarification if a reply asks for information whose purpose is unclear.

If no reply arrives within the stated period, follow up with the date and selected actions. Ask whether matching or authority verification is outstanding. A response saying no information was found is different from one saying information was found and deleted.

What the request does not prove

A privacy request does not establish that an AI model has been retrained or that every historical influence on a model has been removed. The public form does not provide evidence for that conclusion. Ask Yobi what action applies to your identifiable information and which processing is affected.

The website notice also describes retention for operational, legal and other specified purposes. If Yobi retains information, ask it to identify the category and reason. Avoid treating a receipt as proof that all records, backups and separate customer systems are empty.

Monitor changes without assuming reappearance

Keep a simple record of identifiers covered, rights selected, the response and any limitations. If you later encounter a new concern, compare it with that scope. A new email address or a separate advertising context may require clarification rather than a duplicate request.

An advertisement appearing on a website does not prove that Yobi still holds your information. Ads can be selected using many signals. Look for identifiable evidence before claiming an opt-out failed.

The public form loaded without a login in our check. That does not establish the verification needed after submission. Follow legitimate instructions that relate to your own request and identifiers.

What if Yobi declines my request?

The linked notice describes possible limits and says it will explain when a request cannot be fulfilled. It also describes an appeal contact where applicable. Preserve the decision and ask which scope, identity or eligibility issue needs resolving.
