To remove your information from Eyecon, email support@eyecon-app.com with your phone number including the country code if you do not use the app. Eyecon's FAQ publishes that route for non-users.

App users can request account deletion in settings. The current privacy policy also names privacy@instabridge.com for caller-ID removal and privacy requests.

Choose the route that fits your situation. Deleting an Eyecon account, correcting a caller name and removing a non-user's number are related requests, but they are not interchangeable.

Which Eyecon removal route should you use?

SituationOfficial starting pointWhat to specify
You do not have Eyecon installedsupport@eyecon-app.comPhone number with country code and removal request
You use the appAccount deletion in settingsAccount and associated data
Your caller name or classification is wrongprivacy@instabridge.comNumber, disputed information and requested correction or removal
You want to limit advertising usePrivacy contact or available opt-out controlThe particular sale/sharing or advertising preference

The official FAQ gives the detailed app path: More, Settings, About Us, Delete Account. The July 29, 2026 privacy policy refers more generally to Account Settings. Labels may differ by app version; use the deletion control available in your version rather than assuming both descriptions are identical.

How to remove a number without installing the app

Eyecon FAQ with app deletion path and non-user support email checked October 13, 2026
Official public page checked October 13, 2026. No personal request or purchase submitted.
  • Open Eyecon's FAQ and expand “How Can I Delete My Account?” to confirm the current non-user instructions.
  • Email support@eyecon-app.com from an address where you can receive follow-up questions.
  • Include the affected phone number with its country code. Explain that you do not have Eyecon installed and want the associated information removed.
  • Describe any name, photo or other caller-ID detail that needs attention. Do not attach an unrelated address book or another person's private information.
  • Keep the sent email and ask for written confirmation of the action taken.

You do not need to create an account just to use this published email route. If support needs proof that you control the number, ask what minimum evidence is required. Do not treat an email acknowledgment as a completed deletion.

Use the phone-number removal guide when the number also appears outside Eyecon. A request to one caller-ID service does not alter every place where the number is stored.

How to delete an existing Eyecon account

The FAQ's path is More → Settings → About Us → Delete Account. Before confirming, read the app's warning and decide whether you need anything from the account. Eyecon says this deletes the account and associated contacts from its service.

The policy also provides an email option for deletion requests. If the current interface differs from the FAQ, use the available Account Settings deletion option or write to the privacy team. Describe the app name and version rather than guessing at an absent menu item.

Uninstalling the app is a separate device action. Use the explicit deletion route first if your objective is a provider-side decision. Review any subscription separately; this guide does not establish that deleting data cancels app-store billing.

Check the privacy email before sending

The current policy identifies Instabridge Sweden AB as the operator and repeatedly displays privacy@instabridge.com. Some links in the policy have a different underlying mailto address from the visible text. That mismatch matters when you click a link to compose a message.

For a privacy request, type the displayed privacy@instabridge.com address yourself and check the recipient field. The FAQ's support@eyecon-app.com address is also an independently published non-user route.

If a message fails, return to those official pages for current contact details rather than trying guessed addresses.

Explain that your request concerns Eyecon. The operator offers multiple products, so naming the service helps avoid a response about a different app. Keep one clear case history if you need to move from support to the privacy contact.

Verification, timing and retained information

Eyecon's policy says it may ask for information to verify identity and locate the relevant data. Account details or an associated email may be relevant. It does not publish a single identity-document requirement for every request.

The policy commits to responding within the timeframe required by applicable law. We did not verify a universal number of days for all account or caller-ID removals. Ask for the expected date in your confirmation, and follow up with the case reference if that date passes.

The policy's separate 30-day retention statement for optional AI feature data is not a general promise that every deletion finishes in 30 days. It also discusses legal, dispute and agreement-related retention. Ask which categories remain and whether any public caller-ID information was removed.

What an Eyecon opt-out cannot change

Someone's locally saved contact can still show a name or photo after a service changes its own record. Eyecon's FAQ itself distinguishes profile changes from contacts already saved by other users. A provider cannot be assumed to erase every independent address book.

Other caller-ID and directory services have their own processes. Check CallApp removal and SyncMe removal if you have evidence of matching records there. Avoid sending unnecessary requests to services that do not show your information.

For a people-search page tied to the same number, the USPhoneBook removal guide covers a different database. You can find more targeted instructions in the opt-out guide hub.

Confirm the outcome without recreating the account

After receiving a response, compare it with your original goal. A reply that an account was closed may not answer a separate request about a non-user caller-ID result. Ask for clarification if the named action and the visible issue differ.

Check the same result where you first noticed the problem. Save only the evidence needed to explain a remaining mismatch. Reinstalling or registering again may start a new relationship with the service, so first ask support how to verify removal without recreating the account.

For exposure across supported people-search sources, start a privacy scan. A scan is a broader discovery step, not evidence that Eyecon received or completed your request.

Keep your request focused on the data source you can identify. If the same name appears in a saved contact, a search result and the Eyecon app, note each location separately. Ask Eyecon which of those surfaces it controls. That gives you a clearer follow-up than assuming one account-deletion reply answers three different exposure problems.

Frequently asked questions

Can I request removal if I never joined Eyecon?

Yes. Eyecon's FAQ explicitly provides a non-user email route and asks for the phone number with its country code. The policy also discusses reviewing non-user caller-ID information.

Should I use support or the privacy contact?

The FAQ publishes support@eyecon-app.com for non-users. The current policy names privacy@instabridge.com for privacy and caller-ID requests.

State the Eyecon service and requested action clearly whichever route you use.

Does correcting my name delete the account?

No automatic connection is established by the sources. Ask for correction if the label is wrong, or explicitly request account/data deletion if that is your objective.

Can removal guarantee that my photo disappears everywhere?

No. Other services and privately saved contacts may hold separate copies. Review the source of a remaining photo before deciding which provider to contact.

Is the email-link mismatch proof that requests fail?

No. It is a reason to inspect the recipient field and use the published address carefully. We did not send a request and do not claim a delivery or processing failure.

Sources and verification

The Eyecon FAQ and current privacy policy were checked October 13, 2026. Public evidence documents the instructions and contact ambiguity. No account, identity verification or completed removal was tested.
