Modigie Opt Out: Privacy Form and Deletion Steps

For a Modigie opt out, open the privacy request form linked from Modigie’s privacy policy. Select Opt out, Data Deletion or the other rights you want to exercise, then complete the identity and contact fields. The current form asks for a mobile phone number as well as your name and email. It also provides privacy@modigie.com as a contact.

We checked the official policy and its linked OneTrust form on September 21, 2026. We inspected the fields without submitting a request, completing a CAPTCHA or testing an email-verification sequence.

Modigie opt out quick facts

The form offers several different actions. Selecting a request type accurately is more useful than assuming a generic contact message covers every right. An access request, correction and deletion can produce different responses.

Use the opt-out guide hub for other companies. A Modigie request does not automatically reach the sales teams, recruiting tools or separate providers that may also use your professional details.

Open the form from Modigie’s policy

Visit Modigie’s privacy policy and find the Data rights section. Follow the linked request form. This establishes that the external form is the route Modigie currently publishes, rather than an unrelated form found in search.

The destination is a Modigie-branded OneTrust webform. Its heading welcomes visitors to the Modigie Privacy Webform, and its footer identifies Modigie, Inc. with a privacy contact.

You do not need to book a demo or purchase a product to view this form. Its purpose is to request action regarding personal information Modigie processes. If the form URL changes, return to the official policy and follow its current link.

A broker or enrichment platform can handle professional information without publishing a searchable profile page. The data broker explainer describes that distinction. Not finding a public page about yourself does not prove an internal record exists or does not exist.

Choose the request types that match your goal

The current form includes Opt out, Update Data, Info Request, Data Deletion, Object to Processing, File a Complaint, Review Automated Decision, Data Portability and Restrict Processing. Choose the relevant action rather than selecting everything without an intended outcome.

For example, Opt out describes a choice about continued use, while Data Deletion asks the provider to assess removal of information. If you want both, make that intention clear through the available controls and the request-details field.

If a number is associated with the wrong person, a correction may be relevant. Explain the mismatch without providing the other person’s unnecessary details. Requesting access first can help if you need to understand what information Modigie actually holds.

The form does not show a tested outcome for each combination of rights. Review the provider’s response to learn which choices were accepted, which information matched and whether anything remains outstanding.

Enter your details carefully

Check the Country control first. In our browser session, it was prefilled with Germany. That was a session observation, not a country restriction. Set it to your actual residence if the displayed value is wrong.

• Enter the first and last name of the person whose information is involved.
• Use an email address where that person or their authorized representative can receive correspondence.
• Check the phone country code and supply the mobile number relevant to the request.
• Add an employer only if it helps identify the professional record; that field was optional.
• Complete the required request-details field with a concise explanation of the desired action.

The form marks name, email, mobile number and request details as required. The details box specifically asks users to avoid entering personal information there. Put matching data in the designated fields and keep the explanation focused on scope.

A useful details entry could be: Please apply the selected opt-out and deletion choices to the record identified by the fields above. Please explain the action taken, any verification needed and any information retained.

Review the form before submitting your own request. If a security check appears, complete it through the normal page controls. We observed the CAPTCHA component but did not solve it or test the final submission.

Follow verification without assuming a fixed email flow

The form asks for an email address for correspondence. That supports checking your inbox after submission, but it does not establish that every request produces the same confirmation email or requires a particular confirmation button.

Save your submitted choices and date privately. If a receipt or reference appears, keep it with the request. Check spam folders for a legitimate follow-up and compare the message with the official provider and form you used.

If Modigie needs additional proof, ask what is needed to match the record or confirm authority. Avoid sending passwords, payment information or unrelated identity documents. More data is not automatically better verification.

For an old business email or mobile number you no longer control, explain that limitation. Ask for an alternative process rather than pretending to control the old identifier. A phone number’s current owner and the person described by an older professional record may differ.

Timing and the email fallback

The form says Modigie will respond as soon as possible. We did not find a numeric completion promise on that form and did not measure a request. Do not treat an unsupported estimate from another guide as a confirmed Modigie processing time.

The form footer lists privacy@modigie.com. Use that contact for a request-process problem or to ask what is happening with an existing submission. Include the original date and reference if you have one, without copying unrelated sensitive material.

The policy also lists support@modigie.com for policy questions or complaints. The dedicated form and its privacy contact are the clearest starting points for the privacy request described here. Keep follow-up in one thread where possible so the history remains understandable.

If the form fails to load, return through the official policy link before retrying. Describe a persistent error to the published contact. A blank page is not proof that your earlier request was received or that the service has removed a record.

Scope, retained information and reappearance

Modigie’s policy says it deletes or anonymizes information when there is no ongoing legitimate business need to process it. That is not an unconditional promise that every request erases every category immediately. Ask the response to distinguish deletion, restriction and any retained information.

The policy also covers platform users and communications. If you have a customer account, say whether your request concerns that account, professional contact data or both. Closing an account and exercising a privacy right can involve different steps.

Keep the identifiers covered by your request in your private notes. If your job, email or phone changes, a later record may require a new matching discussion. Ask about the scope of ongoing opt-out protection instead of assuming one deletion permanently covers every future identifier.

Decide what to check next

Start with the evidence you actually have: a provider reply, a professional listing, or the source named by a sender. A sales call on its own does not identify which data supplier was involved. Ask the sender for the source and keep that answer with your request history.

Is the OneTrust page an official Modigie route?

Yes, it was linked from Modigie’s own privacy policy during our check. Use that policy link to verify the destination. An external form host does not mean you need to create a separate commercial account.

Why is a mobile number required?

The current form includes a required mobile-number field. We did not test whether every request can proceed without it or assess its necessity. Ask the privacy contact for an alternative if you cannot provide the relevant number.

Do I have to enter my employer?

The employer field was optional in our browser check. Supply it only if it helps distinguish your record. The required fields and request-type controls may change, so review the page you actually use.

Will I receive a confirmation email?

The form requests an email for correspondence, but we did not submit it. This guide therefore does not promise a specific email, button or verification sequence. Follow the instructions in a legitimate response tied to your request.

Does this remove information from my employer’s website?

No. A Modigie request concerns Modigie’s processing. Your employer and unrelated directories control their own copies. Contact the relevant source separately if that is where information remains visible.
