SenioROI Opt Out: Privacy Form and Matching Details
Request SenioROI deletion or sale-sharing opt-out using its privacy form. Check old-identifier matching, email verification, timing and appeal options.

To opt out of SenioROI, use its “Submit a Privacy Rights Request” page or email privacy@senioroi.com. Choose the restriction or deletion you want and provide enough information to match the relevant record.
The form asks for identity and contact details, your state, who the request is for and the action requested. Older addresses and phone numbers can matter because SenioROI says it matches records using those details as well as your name.
We inspected the public page and embedded privacy form on November 7, 2026. We did not enter personal information, send a request or test removal. SenioROI works with senior living communities and marketing partners, so its page explicitly says it may hold information about someone who has never contacted it directly. This guide covers that privacy workflow, not a request for care or a sales inquiry.
Decide what you want SenioROI to do

| Goal | Request scope | What the outcome does not establish |
|---|---|---|
| Stop sale or sharing | Ask for the relevant privacy restriction | Every senior living company has deleted its own records |
| Delete information | Ask for deletion of eligible information | No legal or other permitted retention remains |
| Find or correct records | Ask what information is held or identify an error | A correction automatically opts you out of marketing |
| Limit certain uses | Specify the applicable restriction described by the page | Every type of processing has stopped |
The request page describes rights to know, correct, delete, stop sale or sharing and limit certain uses of sensitive information. It also explains timing for targeted-advertising and profiling opt-outs. Choose the actual concern rather than assuming that “privacy request” is one universal action.
Use the official request page as the starting point. Its marketing navigation includes other forms and services; those are not substitutes for the privacy form. For requests to different companies, the opt-out guide hub provides separate controller-specific instructions.
Complete the privacy form carefully
1. Open the embedded Your Privacy Choices form
The page contains an embedded form headed “Your Privacy Choices.” It says there is no charge and explains that you can ask about information, correction, deletion and restrictions. Allow the embedded content to load before assuming the form is absent.
If the form area stays blank, use the published privacy email. Explain which page failed and the action you want. You do not need to send the same request through a general sales or “Talk to Us” form merely because that form is easier to see.
2. Supply matching details, including relevant old records
Observed fields include email, full legal name, phone number, state, mailing address, previous addresses, other phone numbers and other email addresses. The form also has a free-text area for additional information. It marks email, full legal name and state as required in its visible labels, along with request-role, action and declaration controls.
The mailing-address explanation says it is used for verification and a written response. Previous addresses and other numbers help find records associated with earlier details. Include relevant history accurately; do not add every piece of personal information you can find. An address unrelated to the record is unlikely to solve a matching problem.
If you are helping someone else, select the truthful request role and be ready to establish authority. Do not present yourself as the person named in the record unless you are that person. Ask the privacy team how to supply authorization securely if the form or a follow-up requires it.
3. Choose the action and retain confirmation
Select what you want the company to do and review the accuracy declaration before submitting your own request. The public inspection established the field structure, not what a completed submission screen or verification message looks like. Keep any confirmation that the service provides when you submit.
- Save the request date and the requested action.
- Note which current and previous identifiers were included.
- Keep the confirmation number or acknowledgment if one appears.
- Check the reply inbox for verification questions.
- Record the final response and any retained-data explanation.
The multiple-address and former-name guide explains why accurate historical identifiers can improve matching. It does not mean you should enter a relative's information into your own request.
Verification and provider-stated response times
SenioROI says it may follow up by email with questions only you would be able to answer before completing a request. The form declaration is therefore not proof that verification is finished. Respond through the documented channel and ask why any unexpected information is needed.
Its request page states acknowledgment within 10 business days. It lists 15 business days for sale-sharing, sensitive-information, targeted-advertising or profiling opt-outs. For requests to know, correct or delete, it states 45 calendar days, with one additional 45-day extension if needed and communicated.
Treat those as SenioROI's published process statements, checked on the date above. They are not our measured results or an assurance for every request. Business-day and calendar-day periods differ, and a request that needs clarification may require more correspondence. Keep the provider's actual response and any extension notice with your original request.
If no acknowledgment arrives, follow up with the date and relevant identifiers rather than sending repeated full forms. Ask whether the request was received and whether verification is outstanding. Our identity-verification guide offers questions to ask before providing sensitive documents or delegating a request.
Email fallback, denial and appeal
The request page explicitly accepts privacy@senioroi.com as an alternative. A short message can identify the requested action, relevant name and contact history, and ask for the next verification step. Do not attach sensitive documents unless the privacy team explains the need and an appropriate channel.
The page also offers phone and postal alternatives. We observed different displayed phone numbers across browser sessions, so use the current number on the official page rather than relying on a copied number here. The policy contains the mailing address. Confirm it before posting a letter, especially if you are returning to this guide later.
SenioROI says it will explain a denial in writing. Its request page specifically describes an appeal process for residents of Texas, Oregon, Montana and Connecticut: reply to the decision or email the privacy address with “Appeal” in the subject. It states a response within 45 days and information about a state attorney general complaint if an appeal is denied.
That is a description of the provider's published route, not a complete statement of every person's legal rights. If your circumstances differ, ask the company which review process applies and consider appropriate official guidance. Do not claim a state residence that is not yours simply to select a procedure.
What removal can and cannot change
SenioROI's request concerns information it controls. A senior living community or other marketing partner may hold its own copy from an earlier interaction. If that business continues contacting you, ask it about the source and its separate privacy choices. A confirmation from SenioROI does not automatically cover every recipient in the chain.
Deletion and suppression can also differ. A company may need a limited record to remember a restriction or meet another applicable obligation. Ask what is retained and whether the response covers sale, sharing, direct contact and the original records you identified.
New inquiries, additional addresses or changed contact details may produce new matching problems later. Revisit your request record if contact resumes. State what is new and ask whether the previous restriction applies, rather than assuming every later message came from the same source.
For other direct-marketing records, the Dataman Group guide and US Marketing Group guide explain distinct request channels. You can also run a free data broker scan to identify supported exposures. A scan does not confirm that SenioROI holds a record or that any particular removal plan includes this company.
Frequently asked questions
Why might SenioROI hold my information if I never contacted it?
Its request page says it works with senior living communities and marketing partners and may hold information about people who did not contact it directly. Ask for access or source information if you need to understand a particular record; do not assume a specific partner supplied it.
Should I include an old address?
Include an accurate old address if it may relate to the record. SenioROI explicitly says previous addresses and phone numbers help matching. Avoid guessing or adding another person's history merely because you once shared a household.
Can I use email if the form is blocked?
Yes. The official request page publishes privacy@senioroi.com as another submission route.
State the right you want to exercise and ask how to complete matching and verification. This guide has not tested an emailed request outcome.
Does a deletion response stop every care-related marketing message?
No single response proves that all independent senders have removed their records. Keep the sender's name and request scope separate. Ask each relevant business whether it retains information and how to exercise its own privacy choices.
